Abstract
The invention provides a fool-proof device for a transparent material and a using method of the fool-proof device for the transparent material. It is convenient to draw lines on the transparent material and prevent fool, and does not increase the material cost while preventing fool. Background
In the die cutting industry, a transparent material belt is needed to be used for operation, when waste of a waste part of the transparent material belt needs to be discharged, a camera or a worker often cannot recognize the waste when capturing a waste area, so that waste discharge cannot be normally carried out, and defective products are generated; in the prior art, a transparent material is usually changed into a blue material or a matte material for foolproof, but the addition of a color or the change of the matte material can increase the cost of the raw material; therefore, a foolproof device without increasing material cost is urgently needed. .

A use method of a fool-proof device for transparent materials is characterized in that: the method comprises the steps of sleeving ink fountain bodies with corresponding quantity on a horizontal connecting shaft as required, enabling the water outlet pen point of each ink fountain body to face downwards, then respectively inserting two ends of the horizontal connecting shaft into insertion holes of supporting columns, adjusting the distance between the supporting columns on two sides, respectively fixedly installing the lower parts of the supporting columns on the upper surfaces of corresponding side plates of a line body support fixedly installed on a line body, adjusting the steering direction of the horizontal connecting shaft, enabling the water outlet pen point to be in contact with a transparent material belt, then locking screws to complete locking of locking holes, carrying out die cutting operation on the transparent material belt along a guide space of the line body, and carrying out line drawing operation and fool-proof processing on the water outlet pen point at a preset position.
It is further characterized in that: a transparent observation area is arranged right above the ink fountain body corresponding to the water outlet pen point, when the situation that the ink is about to be exhausted is observed, the upper end cover is opened, new ink is injected, and stable and reliable operation of continuous operation is guaranteed.
After the structure of the invention is adopted, the ink with the corresponding color is set according to the requirement, and the position of the transparent material belt needing fool-proofing is subjected to line drawing treatment through the water outlet pen point which is convex downwards, so that the line drawing fool-proofing on the transparent material is facilitated, and the material cost is not increased while the fool-proofing is realized.

each ink fountain 20 comprises an ink fountain body 21, an upper end cover 22 and a water outlet pen point 23; the ink fountain body 21 is provided with a mounting through hole 211, the horizontal connecting shaft 10 penetrates through the mounting through hole 211, the upper part of the ink fountain body 21 is provided with an ink adding opening, an upper end cover 22 is covered on the ink adding opening, the lower part of the ink fountain body 21 is provided with a water outlet pen point 23 protruding downwards, and the water outlet pen point 23 faces downwards.
In the specific implementation:
the horizontal connecting shaft 10 penetrates through the mounting through hole 211, the connection of the horizontal connecting shaft 10 and the mounting through hole 211 is in clearance fit, and the ink fountain body 21 is ensured not to move and rotate axially under the condition that the ink fountain body 21 is not driven by external force;

a side convex rod 50 is fixedly inserted at the outer side of the bottom of the support column 30, a connecting hole 51 is formed in the side convex part of the side convex rod 50, and a bolt penetrates through the connecting hole 51 and is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the corresponding side plate of the line body support;
the lower part of the ink fountain body 21 comprises a truncated cone structure 212 which is closed from top to bottom, the bottom of the truncated cone structure 212 is provided with a downward convex water outlet pen point 23, and ink is placed in the inner cavity of the truncated cone structure 212;
the ink is quick-drying and used for marking, so that the reliable performance of quick marking operation is ensured;
the upper end cover 22 is provided with a vent hole 221, and the vent hole 221 ensures reliable and stable water outlet of the water outlet pen point 23 below.
In the embodiment, the center of the horizontal connecting shaft 10 in the length direction is sleeved with an ink fountain 20, and the subsequent quick identification and waste discharge operation can be carried out only by arranging a colored fool-proof line in the middle area of the material belt in the width direction.
A method of using a device for fool proofing transparent materials: the method comprises the steps of sleeving ink fountain bodies with corresponding quantity on a horizontal connecting shaft as required, enabling the water outlet pen point of each ink fountain body to face downwards, then respectively inserting two ends of the horizontal connecting shaft into insertion holes of supporting columns, adjusting the distance between the supporting columns on two sides, respectively fixedly installing the lower parts of the supporting columns on the upper surfaces of corresponding side plates of a line body support fixedly installed on a line body, adjusting the steering direction of the horizontal connecting shaft, enabling the water outlet pen point to be in contact with a transparent material belt, then locking screws to complete locking of locking holes, carrying out die cutting operation on the transparent material belt along a guide space of the line body, and carrying out line drawing operation and fool-proof processing on the water outlet pen point at a preset position.
A transparent observation area is arranged right above the ink fountain body corresponding to the water outlet pen point, when the situation that the ink is about to be exhausted is observed, the upper end cover is opened, new ink is injected, and stable and reliable operation of continuous work is guaranteed.
The working principle is as follows: ink corresponding to colors is set as required, the position, needing to be prevented from being slow, of the transparent material belt is subjected to line drawing treatment through the downward-protruding water outlet pen point, line drawing and slow-down are facilitated on the transparent material, and the cost of materials is not increased while the slow-down is prevented.

at least one ink fountain;
and support columns on both sides;

A foolproof device for transparent materials as defined in claim 1 wherein: the two ends of the horizontal connecting shaft in the length direction are fixedly arranged at the corresponding upper parts of the supporting columns through locking accessories respectively, so that the position of the horizontal connecting shaft corresponding to the material belt is stable and reliable.
4. A foolproof device for transparent materials as defined in claim 1 wherein: and the upper part of the supporting column is provided with an insertion hole, and two ends of the horizontal connecting shaft in the length direction are respectively inserted into the insertion holes.
5. A foolproof device for transparent materials as defined in claim 4 wherein: and a locking hole is formed in the periphery of the insertion hole, and a locking screw penetrates through the locking hole and then is pressed on the outer annular surface of the horizontal connecting shaft.

A foolproof device for transparent materials as defined in claim 5 wherein: and a side convex rod is fixedly inserted at the outer side of the bottom of the support column, a connecting hole is formed in the side convex part of the side convex rod, and a bolt penetrates through the connecting hole and is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the corresponding side plate of the line body support.

A foolproof device for transparent materials as defined in claim 1 wherein: the lower part of the ink fountain body comprises a truncated cone structure which is closed from top to bottom, a downward convex water outlet pen point is arranged at the bottom of the truncated cone structure, and ink is placed in an inner cavity of the truncated cone structure.
8. A foolproof device for transparent materials as defined in claim 1 wherein: the upper end cover is provided with an air vent which ensures reliable and stable water outlet of the water outlet pen point below the upper end cover.

A use method of a fool-proof device for transparent materials is characterized in that: the method comprises the steps of sleeving ink fountain bodies with corresponding quantity on a horizontal connecting shaft as required, enabling the water outlet pen point of each ink fountain body to face downwards, then respectively inserting two ends of the horizontal connecting shaft into insertion holes of supporting columns, adjusting the distance between the supporting columns on two sides, respectively fixedly installing the lower parts of the supporting columns on the upper surfaces of corresponding side plates of a line body support fixedly installed on a line body, adjusting the steering direction of the horizontal connecting shaft, enabling the water outlet pen point to be in contact with a transparent material belt, then locking screws to complete locking of locking holes, carrying out die cutting operation on the transparent material belt along a guide space of the line body, and carrying out line drawing operation and fool-proof processing on the water outlet pen point at a preset position.
