Abstract
The invention is suitable for the field of disassembling tools, and provides an engine piston connecting rod disassembling tool which comprises a fixed outer shell, a movable inner shell, a first piston push rod and a second piston push rod, wherein the fixed outer shell is fixedly connected with the movable inner shell; one end of the fixed shell is of an n-shaped structure which is provided with two output heads and is transversely arranged, and a semicircular arc edge is arranged between the two output heads; the movable inner shell is movably arranged in the fixed outer shell, the movable inner shell can be switched between a left end state and a right end state, and when the movable inner shell is in the right end state, two output heads on the movable inner shell can extend out of the fixed outer shell; when the movable inner shell is in a left end state, the two output heads are retracted from the fixed outer shell; therefore, the piston connecting rod can be disassembled, the device has diversified functions, replaces the traditional multi-tool disassembly, simplifies the disassembly process and is convenient to disassemble.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of disassembling tools, in particular to a disassembling tool for a piston connecting rod of an engine.
Background
Referring to fig. 1, a piston and a connecting rod group are key parts for engine operation, a plurality of pistons and connecting rod assemblies are generally connected with a crank-connecting rod mechanism in different engines, a single piston and connecting rod assembly weighs about 10-12 kg, the piston and the connecting rod group are very difficult to take out from a combustion chamber space of the engine during maintenance, an upper cover and an oil pan of an engine cylinder are completely opened, a connecting rod screw for fixing the connecting rod cover and the connecting rod below the engine is disassembled, a wood stick or a stretching hand is used for pushing the piston and the connecting rod assembly upwards from the lower part of the engine, and the piston and the connecting rod assembly are pushed out of the combustion chamber upwards.
When the piston connecting rod is disassembled, nuts for connecting the connecting cover 2 and the connecting rod 3 need to be disassembled, then, the connecting rod 3 is moved to a certain position by hammering a bolt with a small hammer, so that the connecting cover 2 is conveniently taken down from the crankshaft 1, the connecting cover 2 is taken down, and finally, the connecting rod 3 is jacked down from the crankshaft 1 by a push rod.
Above-mentioned dismantlement in-process has used multiple instrument, leads to whole dismantlement process comparatively loaded down with trivial details.
In view of the above, the prior art is obviously inconvenient and disadvantageous in practical use, and needs to be improved.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a tool for disassembling a piston connecting rod of an engine, which comprises a fixed outer shell, a movable inner shell, a first piston push rod and a second piston push rod, wherein the fixed outer shell is fixedly connected with the movable inner shell; one end of the fixed shell is of an n-shaped structure which is provided with two output heads and is transversely arranged, and a semicircular arc edge is arranged between the two output heads; the movable inner shell is movably arranged in the fixed outer shell, the position of the movable inner shell can be switched between a left end state and a right end state, and when the movable inner shell is in the right end state, two output heads positioned on the movable inner shell can extend out of the fixed outer shell; when the movable inner shell is in a left end state, the two output heads are retracted from the fixed outer shell; the elastic piece is arranged between the movable inner shell and the fixed outer shell; second piston push rods are respectively arranged at the positions of the two output heads of the movable inner shell, and a first piston push rod is arranged at the other end of the movable inner shell; when the first piston push rod is pushed into the movable inner shell, the second piston push rod can extend out of the movable inner shell; when the first piston push rod is pulled out of the movable inner shell, the second piston push rod retracts into the movable inner shell; and a detachable positioning assembly is arranged between the movable inner shell and the first piston push rod.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments, it being understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the invention provides an engine piston connecting rod dismounting tool, which comprises a fixed outer shell 4, a movable inner shell 5, a first piston push rod 6 and a second piston push rod 7;
one end of the fixed shell 4 is of an n-shaped structure with two output heads 41 and is transversely arranged, a semicircular arc edge 42 is arranged between the two output heads 41, and the arc edge 42 can be attached to the outer wall of the crankshaft to achieve the positioning effect.
The movable inner shell 5 is movably arranged inside the fixed outer shell 4, and it is further explained that the movable inner shell 5 can move left and right inside the fixed outer shell 4, when the movable inner shell 5 is in a right end state, two output heads on the movable inner shell 5 can extend out from the inside of the fixed outer shell 4, the extended movable inner shell 5 can drive the second piston push rod 7 to move, and the second piston push rod 7 pushes the connecting rod 3 to move; when the movable inner shell 5 is in a left end state, the two output heads are retracted into the fixed outer shell 4;
the elastic piece 8 is arranged between the movable inner shell 5 and the fixed outer shell 4; further, the elastic member 8 is a spring. The movable inner shell 5 can move from an initial left end state to a right end state under the action of external force (at the moment, the elastic element 8 is stretched); when the movable inner shell 5 loses the external force action, the movable inner shell 5 can be restored to the initial left end state under the elastic force action of the elastic member 8.
Second piston push rods 7 are respectively arranged at the positions of the two output heads of the movable inner shell 5, and a first piston push rod 6 is arranged at the other end of the movable inner shell 5; when the first piston push rod 6 is pushed into the movable inner shell 5, the second piston push rod 7 can extend out of the movable inner shell 5; when the first piston push rod 6 is pulled out from the movable inner shell 5, the second piston push rod 7 retracts into the movable inner shell 5.
Piston 71 is all installed to the one end that second piston push rod 7 and first piston push rod 6 are located the inside of activity inner shell 5 to being filled with certain pressure's gas in the activity inner shell 5, this gas is nitrogen gas, and nitrogen gas's stability is higher, receives not dangerous after compressing in the twinkling of an eye. The first piston rod 6 is moved by driving the second piston rod 7 by air pressure.
A positioning assembly is arranged between the movable inner shell 5 and the first piston push rod 6, and the positioning assembly can fix the positions of the first piston push rod 6 and the movable inner shell 5;
the positioning assembly comprises two groups of lug plates 9 which correspond to each other and are respectively arranged on the movable inner shell 5 and the first piston push rod 6, a threaded hole 91 is formed in the center of each lug plate 9, and a long rod bolt 10 is screwed in the threaded hole 91; when the first piston push rod 6 and the movable inner shell 5 need to be fastened, the long rod bolt 10 is screwed between the two corresponding ear plates 9; when the fastening between the first piston push rod 6 and the movable inner shell 5 is cancelled, the long rod bolt 10 between the first piston push rod and the movable inner shell is detached.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, in the present example, the tool is in use;
first, the fixed case 4 with the arc edge 42 is fitted to the crankshaft 1 (the arc edge 42 is brought into close contact with the outer wall of the crankshaft 1).
Subsequently, the long-rod bolt 10 is screwed between the corresponding two lug plates 9 (the first piston push rod 6 and the movable inner case 5 are fixed).
Then, lightly hammering one end of the first piston push rod 6 by hand, during hammering, the movable inner shell 5 will continuously move on the fixed outer shell 4, the reciprocating movable inner shell 5 will drive the end of the second piston push rod 7 to impact the bolt of the fastening connection cover 2, and the connecting rod 3 will move properly; the first piston push rod 6 and the movable inner shell 5 are locked through the positioning assembly in the hammering process, so that the first piston push rod 6 drives the second piston push rod 7 to move, and the hammering effect is poor (the reason for the deterioration is that the buffering effect of air pressure can digest impact force generated by hammering).
The connecting rod 3 after moving can enable the connecting cover 2 to be in a movable state, and the connecting cover 2 is manually removed from the crankshaft;
subsequently, the long-rod bolt 10 is detached from between the first piston push rod 6 and the two ear plates 9 of the movable inner shell 5 (the first piston push rod 6 and the movable inner shell 5 are in an active state); and when the first piston push rod 6 is pushed, the first piston push rod 6 can push an air cavity in the movable inner shell 5 to move, the moved air cavity can push the second piston push rod 7 to extend out, and the extended second piston push rod 7 can push the connecting rod 3 out of the combustion chamber.
Preferably, the rubber sleeve 11 is arranged at the hammered end of the first piston push rod 6, and the rubber sleeve 11 can play a role in protection, so that the scratch of the metal end surface to an hand is avoided when the end of the first piston push rod 6 is hammered by a hand.
In addition, the output end of the second piston push rod 7 is provided with a protection pad 72, the protection pad 72 can play a role in buffering, and due to the fact that machining precision of parts inside a piston cylinder is high, in the stage of disassembling the connecting cover 2, hard collision between the second piston push rod 7 and a bolt rod is avoided, the bolt rod is prevented from being damaged, and subsequent re-assembling work is prevented from being influenced.

Claims (7)
1. A tool for disassembling a piston connecting rod of an engine is characterized by comprising a fixed outer shell, a movable inner shell, a first piston push rod and a second piston push rod;
the fixed shell is of an n-shaped structure which is provided with two output heads and is transversely arranged, and a semicircular arc edge is arranged between the two output heads;
the movable inner shell is movably arranged in the fixed outer shell, the position of the movable inner shell can be switched between a left end state and a right end state, and when the movable inner shell is in the right end state, two output heads positioned on the movable inner shell can extend out of one end of the fixed outer shell; when the movable inner shell is in a left end state, the two output heads are retracted into the fixed outer shell;
the elastic piece is arranged between the movable inner shell and the fixed outer shell;
second piston push rods are respectively arranged at the positions of the two output heads of the movable inner shell, and a first piston push rod is arranged at the other end of the movable inner shell; when the first piston push rod is pushed into the movable inner shell, the second piston push rod can extend out of the movable inner shell; when the first piston push rod is pulled out of the movable inner shell, the second piston push rod retracts into the movable inner shell;
