Referring to fig. 8, in one or more embodiments, the adjusting assembly 500 is further included, the adjusting assembly 500 includes a knob 501, a first threaded rod 502, a linkage shaft 503 and a second threaded rod 504, the first threaded rod 502 and the second threaded rod 504 are connected through the linkage shaft 503, the right end of the first threaded rod 502 is rotatably installed on the right side of the installation box 408, the left end of the second threaded rod 504 is rotatably installed on the left side of the installation box 408, the first storage rack 409 is connected to the first threaded rod 502 in a transmission manner, the second storage rack 410 is connected to the second storage rack 410 in a transmission manner, the first threaded rod 502 and the second threaded rod 504 are rotated by driving the knob 501, and then the distance between the first storage rack 409 and the second storage rack 410 is adjusted, wherein the thread direction of the first threaded rod 502 is opposite to the thread direction of the second threaded rod 504.

an operator opens the door 103, holds the connecting shaft 402 to move upwards, places one end of the oral appliance on the first shelf 409, places the other end of the oral appliance on the second shelf 410, and when the distance between the first shelf 409 and the second shelf 410 needs to be adjusted, rotates the knob 501, the knob 501 drives the first threaded rod 502 to rotate, the first threaded rod 502 drives the linkage shaft 503 to rotate, the linkage shaft 503 drives the second threaded rod 504 to rotate, the first threaded rod 502 drives the first shelf 409 to move, the second threaded rod 504 drives the second shelf 410 to move, determines that the first shelf 409 and the second shelf 410 move oppositely or oppositely according to the specification of the oral appliance, and releases the connecting shaft 402 after placing the oral appliance on the first shelf 409 and the second shelf 410, and at this time, the oral appliance is in the cleaning box 302;
an operator closes the box door 103, the cleaning box 302 cleans the oral cavity tools according to the control panel 105 on the box body 102, the cleaning time can be selected on the control panel 105, the cleaning time can be adjusted according to specific conditions, after the oral cavity tools are cleaned, the motor 201 is started, the motor 201 drives the driving shaft 202 to rotate, the driving shaft 202 drives the special-shaped plate 301 to rotate, the driving shaft 202 drives the first gear 203 to rotate, the second gear 204 is connected with the first gear 203 through chain transmission, the first gear 203 drives the second gear 204 to rotate, when the special-shaped plate 301 rotates along the first direction, the second gear 204 drives the adjusting shaft 404 to move upwards along the second direction, when the drying box 303 rotates to the position below the placing piece 403, the adjusting shaft 404 moves downwards along the second direction, the oral cavity tools on the placing piece 403 are accommodated in the drying box 303, and the oral cavity tools are dried through the first air outlet structure 308 and the second air outlet structure 309;
the same as the above steps, the disinfection box 304 is rotated to the lower end of the placing piece 403, the oral cavity appliances are subjected to ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection treatment, after the cleaning and disinfection treatment is completed, an operator opens the box door 103, the oral cavity appliances after the cleaning and disinfection treatment are taken out, and classified special racks are stored according to the types of the oral cavity appliances;
when the oral appliance is cleaned and disinfected, liquid possibly stays in the cleaning and disinfecting chamber 104 and is collected by the drainage structure 106, so that the inside of the cleaning and disinfecting chamber is kept dry.
It should be noted that the specific model specifications of the control panel 105, the motor 201, the cleaning box 302, the drying box 303, the sterilizing box 304, the first air outlet structure 308 and the second air outlet structure 309 need to be determined according to the actual specification of the device provided by the present disclosure, and the specific model selection calculation method adopts the prior art in the field, and therefore, detailed description is omitted.

Claims (6)

1. An oral appliance cleaning and disinfecting device, comprising:
the mounting assembly comprises a base, a box body and a box door, the box body is connected to the base, and the box door and the box body form a cleaning and disinfecting chamber;
the driving assembly is arranged in the cleaning and disinfecting chamber and comprises a motor, a driving shaft, a first gear and a second gear, the first gear and the second gear are connected through a chain, and the motor is configured to drive the driving shaft to rotate so that the driving shaft drives the first gear to rotate;
the cleaning and disinfecting assembly comprises a special-shaped plate, a cleaning box, a drying box and a disinfecting box, the special-shaped plate is driven to rotate along a first direction by the driving shaft, so that the cleaning box, the drying box and the disinfecting box respectively rotate along the first direction, the special-shaped plate is provided with a first end face, a second end face and a third end face, the cleaning box is detachably connected to the first end face, the drying box is detachably connected to the second end face, and the disinfecting box is detachably connected to the third end face; and
the oral appliance placing assembly comprises an adjusting part, a connecting shaft and a placing part, the adjusting part is driven by the second gear to move along a second direction so that the connecting shaft moves along the second direction, the placing part is connected to the connecting shaft and is configured to place the oral appliance, the second direction is the axial direction of the connecting shaft, the adjusting part comprises an adjusting shaft and a protruding structure, a first through groove and a second through groove are formed in the adjusting shaft, the second through groove is communicated with the first through groove, the protruding structure is connected into the second gear, the protruding structure can be contained in the first through groove and the second through groove, and the protruding structure can slide along the first through groove and the second through groove;
the placing piece comprises a mounting box, a first storage rack and a second storage rack, the first storage rack is arranged at one end of the mounting box, the second storage rack is arranged at the other end of the mounting box, and the first storage rack is matched with the second storage rack so as to place the oral appliance;
oral cavity apparatus cleaning and disinfecting device still includes adjusting part, adjusting part includes knob, first threaded rod, universal driving shaft and second threaded rod, first threaded rod with the second threaded rod passes through the universal driving shaft is connected, first supporter transmission connect in first threaded rod, second supporter transmission connect in the second supporter, through the drive the knob, so that first threaded rod with the second threaded rod is rotatory, and then adjusts first supporter with distance between the second supporter, wherein, the screw direction of first threaded rod with the screw direction of second threaded rod is opposite.
2. The oral appliance cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 1, wherein a control panel is connected to the housing, the control panel being configured to control the motor such that the motor has an operating state and a stopped state.

The oral appliance cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 1, wherein a drain structure is slidably mounted on the housing, one end of the drain structure extends into the cleaning and disinfecting chamber, and the drain structure defines a receiving slot configured to receive liquid in the cleaning and disinfecting chamber.

The oral appliance cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 1, wherein the cleaning tank is an ultrasonic cleaning tank; the drying box comprises a first air outlet structure and a second air outlet structure, and the first air outlet structure and the second air outlet structure have the same central line; the sterilizing box is internally connected with ultraviolet sterilizing lamps which are sequentially arranged along the inner side wall of the sterilizing box.
5. A method for cleaning and disinfecting oral cavity tools, which is applied to the cleaning and disinfecting apparatus for oral cavity tools according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising:
the distance between the first storage rack and the second storage rack is adjusted through the adjusting assembly, the oral appliances are placed on the first storage rack and the second storage rack, the motor is operated through the control panel, and the oral appliances are cleaned in the cleaning box; the motor drives the special-shaped plate to rotate through the driving shaft, meanwhile, the second gear rotates through the transmission principle of the first gear and the second gear, the placing piece moves upwards along the second direction through the adjusting piece, when the drying box rotates to the position below the placing piece, the motor stops running, the placing piece moves downwards along the second direction, and the oral cavity appliance is dried; similarly, the oral appliance is disinfected; the oral appliance is removed upon completion of the sterilization process.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the liquid in the cleaning and disinfecting chamber is collected and treated by a drainage structure.
