a connecting ring (21) and a fixing ring (24) are fixedly connected to the side wall of the filter pipe (6), an upper grinding roller (22) and a lower grinding roller (25) are respectively arranged in the connecting ring (21) and the fixing ring (24), a second filter screen (23) is arranged between the upper grinding roller (22) and the lower grinding roller (25), and a contact mechanism for auxiliary grinding is arranged between the lower grinding roller (25) and the fixing ring (24);
