Abstract

A coal grinding impeller device with wear plates is included in a pulverizer (10) with a plurality of blades (36) supported on a rotatable grinding table (14) of the mill for co-rotation. A diverging orifice (38) is mounted in the mill above the table to direct the gas flow to the center of the mill. The vanes act to reverse the direction of the air flow around the table, whether rotating or counter-rotating, which causes larger powder particles to be separated onto the table by the orifices.

Description

Coal grinding turbine device with wear-resisting plate
Technical Field
The invention discloses a coal grinding impeller device with an abrasion-resistant plate, particularly relates to a coal powder material grinding device, and particularly relates to a blade coal grinder suitable for being implemented in a ball-milling pulverizer.
Background
Coal is a material that requires grinding to make it suitable for use in the field of power generation. Fossil fuel fired power generation systems have also represented a long-term use of coal as a fuel source, and it is therefore desirable to pulverize the coal for this purpose. Coal is one of the most abundant fuel sources in fossil fuel energy. Energy access in all countries in the beginning of the 19 th century was obtained by combustion using coal. Then, to some extent, the power generation amount of coal decreases. This decline is primarily due to the increased use of oil and natural gas as fuel sources. However, in the last decade, coal has been the focus of attention as a fuel source to meet national energy needs as oil export has been banned, oil prices have risen rapidly, oil supplies have been limited, and world oil reserves have depleted.
Coal mills have many advantages as a means for grinding coal resources, but there are also coal mills specifically designed for coal-fired power generation systems. The method has the characteristics of reliability, low power consumption, lowest maintenance cost, wide capacity and the like. Furthermore, such a device should have the following advantages: low noise in operation, integrated lubrication system, ease of regulation and control of coal flow and particle size, and the ability to handle the hot air required for wet coal.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved primary classifier suitable for use in a ball mill apparatus.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a primary classifier for a ball mill that includes a blade suitably mounted on the circumference of a rotatable polishing surface of the ball mill and for directing a gas stream through the interior of the ball mill.
Another object of the present invention is a ball mill including a diffusion orifice assembly mounted in spaced relation on a rotatable grinding surface of the ball mill and operable to further direct a gas stream through the interior of the ball mill.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a vane arrangement which cooperates with one another such that larger particles of comminuted material entrained in the air stream flowing through a ball mill crusher are separated from the air stream and returned to the rotatable polishing surface for additional grinding.
The present invention provides a one-stage classifier which is particularly suitable for use in the form of a ball mill for grinding coal-like materials. The primary classifier includes a blade supported on the circumference of a rotatable polishing table of the ball mill. The working mode of the blade is as follows: the air flowing in the rotatable polishing table and its surrounding relationship changes direction and flows counterclockwise in the direction of rotation of the polishing table, thereby causing the pulverized material entrained in the air to be transported in a direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the polishing table. This in turn causes the larger particles in the abrasive material to lose momentum, causing the larger particles to separate from the gas stream and return to the surface of the polishing table. The primary classifier also includes a diffusion orifice assembly mounted in the ball mill in spaced relation to the surface of the rotatable polishing table. The diffusion orifice assembly is operated to direct the abrasive-laden gas stream toward the center of the ball mill. This change in the direction of the gas flow causes the larger, heavier particles in the abrasive material to lose momentum, thereby separating the particles from the gas flow and returning them to the polishing station for additive grinding.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a partial side cross-sectional view of a ball mill of a one-stage classifier made in accordance with the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention is provided, fig. 1 is a partial side sectional view of a ball mill of a one-stage classifier, showing a ball mill 10 including a nearly closed separation body 12. The polishing table 14 is disposed on a shaft 16, which shaft 16 in turn is operatively connected to a suitable drive mechanism (not shown) so as to be rotatable by the drive mechanism. In the method shown in fig. 1, the polishing table 14 is designed to be driven in a clockwise direction together with the above-described elements mounted in the separate body 12.
According to a conventional embodiment, a plurality of grating rollers 18, suitably three separate bodies 12, are equally spaced from each other around the circumference of the separate bodies 12. It is supported appropriately inside. For simplicity of the drawing, only one polishing roller 18 is shown in fig. 1. As best understood in fig. 1 with respect to the polishing rollers 18, each polishing roller is suitably supported on a shaft (not shown), with the polishing rollers 18 working with the shaft being urged against the surface of the polishing table 14. Typically, the biasing device (not shown) is provided with some form of conditioning device located between the surface of the polishing roll 18 and the polishing table 14, wherein the material (e.g., coal) is ground by operation of the conditioning device.
According to the embodiment of the ball mill 10 shown in fig. 1, the coal feed conduit 20 extends outwardly from the separation body 12 and suitably has one end terminating in a funnel-shaped member (not shown). A suitably sized tube 22. The funnel member (not shown) is suitably shaped to facilitate collection of the coal particles entering the ball mill 10 for introduction into the tube 22. The other end 24 of the tube 22 of the coal supply apparatus 20 is operated to efficiently discharge the coal on the surface of the polishing table 14. To this end, the tube end 24 is ground by appropriately supporting the tube end 24 in the separation body 12 using any suitable type of conventional supporting means (not shown) shown in fig. 1.
