Furthermore, aggregate is stored at the surface of upper screen sheet 6, through the rotation between aggregate ripples pearl 603 and the aggregate, can roll to the screening net 306 in to aggregate, thereby effectively prevent that aggregate from blocking in the silo down, effectively reduce the jam card material between aggregate and the screen disc 601, and through the setting of shock motor 705, make screen disc 601 can stretch out and draw back the regulation through second expanding spring 704, thereby screen disc 601 can carry out the elastic expansion control at the surface of mounting panel 701, shock control is carried out to screen disc 601, break up the aggregate of conglomeration, prevent piling up, effectively prevent that aggregate from causing to pile up the jam at the surface of screening net 306, influence the screening unloading, aggregate after the last screening carries out the unloading operation in the feed bin 8 through the not unidimensional unloading net respectively.

1. A concrete crushing and screening device is characterized by comprising:
the screening machine comprises a machine body (1), a screening cylinder (2) and a limiting mechanism (3), wherein the screening cylinder (2) is arranged on the outer surface of the machine body (1), an adjusting mechanism (4) is arranged inside the screening cylinder (2), the bottom end of the adjusting mechanism (4) is fixedly connected with a rotating mechanism (5), an upper-layer sieve sheet (6) is arranged inside the adjusting mechanism (4), a vibrating sieve mechanism (7) is arranged on the outer surface of the upper-layer sieve sheet (6), the outer surface of the bottom end of the screening cylinder (2) is fixedly connected with a discharging bin (8), the outer surface of the left side of the screening cylinder (2) is connected with a working motor (9), the bottom end of the working motor (9) is fixedly connected with a control chip (10), a feed inlet (11) is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the right side of the screening barrel (2), and a crushing device (12) is arranged at the upper end of the feed inlet (11);
the limiting mechanism (3), the outer surface of the sieving barrel (2) is fixedly provided with the limiting mechanism (3), the limiting mechanism (3) comprises a fixed seat (301), the fixed seat (301) is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the adjusting mechanism (4), the top end of the fixed seat (301) is connected with a first telescopic spring (302), the outer surface of the first telescopic spring (302) is fixedly connected with an inserting rod (303), the top end of the inserting rod (303) is provided with a stretching seat (304), the bottom end surface of the stretching seat (304) is provided with a limiting block (305), the outer surface of the limiting block (305) is buckled with a sieving net (306), the top end of the first telescopic spring (302) is arranged on the outer surface of the telescopic seat, the first telescopic spring (302) is provided with two groups, and the fixed seat (301) is fixedly connected with the telescopic seat through the first telescopic spring (302), the inserting rod (303) penetrates through the inside of the telescopic seat, the stretching seat (304) is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the top end of the inserting rod (303) through screws, and the screening net (306) is buckled on the outer portion of the telescopic seat through a limiting block (305).
