A vegetable seedling substrate mixing and stirring device comprises a support frame (1), a stirring frame (2), a first fixing frame (3), a first motor (4), a rotating rod (5) and a rotating knife (6), wherein the stirring frame (2) is rotatably arranged in the middle of the upper portion of the support frame (1), the first fixing frame (3) is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the stirring frame (2), the first motor (4) is arranged on the first fixing frame (3), the rotating rod (5) is arranged on an output shaft of the first motor (4), the rotating rod (5) is rotatably connected with the stirring frame (2), the rotating knives (6) used for stirring, crushing and mixing substrates are arranged at intervals on the upper portion of the rotating rod (5), the rotating knives (6) are all positioned inside the stirring frame (2), the vegetable seedling substrate mixing and stirring device is characterized by further comprising a feeding mechanism (7), a spraying mechanism (8) and a material taking mechanism (12), the feeding mechanism (7) used for feeding substrates and perlite is arranged on the support frame (1), the feeding mechanism (7) is provided with a spraying mechanism (8) for feeding liquid medicine, and the stirring frame (2) is provided with a material taking mechanism (12) for taking materials conveniently.

The vegetable seedling substrate mixing and stirring device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism (7) comprises a second fixing frame (71), a feeding frame (72), a guide hopper (73), a first fixing block (74), a first spring (75) and a push rod (76), the second fixing frame (71) is arranged between the lower parts of the left side and the right side of the support frame (1), the upper part of the stirring frame (2) is rotatably connected with the upper part of the second fixing frame (71), the feeding frames (72) for storing substrates and perlite are arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper part of the second fixing frame (71), the guide hopper (73) is arranged on the lower part of the inner side of the feeding frame (72), the first fixing block (74) is arranged on one side of the lower part of the feeding frame (72) far away from the guide hopper (73), the push rod (76) is arranged in the middle part of the first fixing block (74), and the push rod (76) is slidably connected with the adjacent feeding frame (72), the push rods (76) are all wound with first springs (75), and two ends of each first spring (75) are connected with the first fixing block (74) and the push rods (76) respectively.

A vegetable seedling substrate mixing and stirring device as defined in claim 2, wherein the spraying mechanism (8) comprises a third fixing frame (81), a storage box (82), a plug (83), a first connecting rod (84), a second spring (85), a lower pressing rod (86), a fixing ring (87) and a spraying pipe (88), the third fixing frame (81) is arranged at the upper part of the rear side of the second fixing frame (71), the storage box (82) for storing liquid medicine is arranged on the third fixing frame (81), the plug (83) is slidably arranged at the upper part of the rear side of the storage box (82), the first connecting rod (84) is arranged in the middle of the inner bottom of the storage box (82), the lower pressing rod (86) is slidably arranged at the upper part of the first connecting rod (84), the lower pressing rod (86) is slidably connected with the storage box (82), the second spring (85) is wound on the first connecting rod (84), and two ends of the second spring (85) are respectively connected with the storage box (82) and the lower pressing rod (86), the middle of the bottom of the storage box (82) is provided with a fixing ring (87), the left side and the right side of the fixing ring (87) are respectively provided with a spray pipe (88), and the upper end of each spray pipe (88) is connected and communicated with the bottom of the storage box (82).

A vegetable seedling substrate mixing and stirring device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the material taking mechanism (12) comprises a fifth spring (121), a placing plate (122) and a second fixed block (123), slide bar (124), sixth spring (125) and material blocking block (126), swing arm (5) middle part has through bearing sliding type to place board (122), it is equipped with fifth spring (121) to place the interval between board (122) bottom and the interior bottom of stirring frame (2), the front side upper portion bilateral symmetry of stirring frame (2) is equipped with second fixed block (123), second fixed block (123) front portion all is equipped with slide bar (124), sliding type is equipped with material blocking block (126) between the lower part of slide bar (124), material blocking block (126) block the front side lower part of stirring frame (2), all around sixth spring (125) on slide bar (124), the both ends of sixth spring (125) are connected with second fixed block (123) and material blocking block (126) respectively.

A vegetable seedling substrate mixing and stirring device as defined in claim 4, characterized by further comprising a rotating mechanism (9) for driving the stirring frame (2) to rotate, wherein the rotating mechanism (9) comprises a fourth fixing frame (91), a second motor (92), a connecting frame (93) and a rotating ring (94), the fourth fixing frame (91) is arranged in the middle of the lower portion of the supporting frame (1), the second motor (92) is arranged in the middle of the fourth fixing frame (91), the connecting frame (93) is arranged on an output shaft of the second motor (92), the upper portion of the connecting frame (93) is connected with the lower portion of the stirring frame (2), the rotating ring (94) is arranged on the upper portion of the outer side of the stirring frame (2), and the rotating ring (94) can be in contact with the lower pressing rod (86) when rotating.

A vegetable seedling substrate mixing and stirring device as defined in claim 5, characterized in that it further comprises a material blocking mechanism (10) for blocking the substrate and perlite, the material blocking mechanism (10) comprises a fifth fixing frame (101) and a material blocking rod (102), third spring (103) and second connecting rod (104), the outside lower part of material loading frame (72) all is equipped with fifth mount (101), the lower part of fifth mount (101) all slidingly is equipped with material blocking rod (102), material blocking rod (102) all with adjacent material loading frame (72) sliding connection, material blocking rod (102) all blocks adjacent through-hole below, material blocking rod (102) all are equipped with two third spring (103) with between fifth mount (101) of homonymy, material blocking rod (102) bottom all is equipped with second connecting rod (104), swivel (94) rotate can with second connecting rod (104) contact.

A vegetable seedling substrate mixing and stirring device as claimed in claim 6, characterized by further comprising a clamping mechanism (11) for clamping the push rod (76), wherein the clamping mechanism (11) comprises a fixing rod (111), a connecting block (112), a fourth spring (113) and a wedge rod (114), the fixing rod (111) is arranged on the inner side of the material blocking rod (102), the wedge rods (114) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the fixing rod (111) in a sliding manner, the connecting block (112) is arranged on the upper portion of each wedge rod (114), and the fourth spring (113) is arranged between the left side and the right side of the top of each connecting block (112) and the adjacent feeding frame (72).
