Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of breast pads, in particular to a pocket type breast pad.
Background
The existing disposable breast pad adopts a water absorption layer, V-shaped notches are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the water absorption layer, and a water guide layer and a waterproof layer are respectively arranged at the inner side and the outer side of the water absorption layer; the water guide layer and the waterproof layer on the outer edge of the water absorption layer are formed by heat seal connection, the breast pad is folded in half towards one side of the water guide layer along the connecting line of the pair of V-shaped notches, and the two water guide layers attached to the V-shaped notches are formed by heat seal connection, so that the breast pad is in a conical shape or a bowl shape when being unfolded for use.
The breast pad in the prior art has the following defects: when two water guide layers in the V-shaped notch are formed in a heat-seal connection mode, the area of the two water guide layers adjacent to the inner side of the V-shaped notch is small, the heat-seal connection cannot be achieved, the breast pad is unfolded to be conical when the breast pad is used, and a large gap is formed between the water guide layers and the waterproof layer at the V-shaped notch; when the V-arrangement breach sets up downwards during the use, the emulsion gets into this space easily, and then overflows downwards for the user uses the travelling comfort relatively poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pocket type breast pad which has a simple structure and can greatly reduce the gap in use.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a pocket type breast pad, which comprises a water absorption layer, wherein the inner side and the outer side of the water absorption layer are respectively provided with a water guide layer and a waterproof layer; the water-conducting layer and the waterproof layer on the outer edge of the water-absorbing layer are connected through thermal synthesis or ultrasonic welding to form a connecting part; the edge of the water absorption layer is provided with a U-shaped opening; after the water absorbing layer is folded in half along the central line of the U-shaped opening, the water guide layer and the waterproof layer form a folded edge at the U-shaped opening, two layers of connecting parts in the folded edge are connected through heat sealing or ultrasonic welding, or the inner side surfaces of the two layers of connecting parts are bonded together through adhesive tapes or glue, and/or the outer side surfaces of the two layers of connecting parts are connected together through rubber bands to form a combined part, and the combined part extends to the bottom of the U-shaped opening; when in use, the breast pad is unfolded and is in a pocket shape. In this application, along the layer fifty percent discount back will absorb water to U-shaped open-ended central line, water guide layer and waterproof layer are in the U-shaped opening part forms the hem, and the width of this hem is unanimous basically, and the hem realizes that the heat seal is connected width is great also, so the hem can be connected by whole heat seal (and the hem that the V-arrangement opening among the prior art corresponds is acute triangle-shaped, and the hem of acute angle department can't realize the heat seal and connect), has avoided the above-mentioned space of record in the background art appears at the U-shaped opening part.
One preferable scheme is that a pair of waist-shaped holes are arranged at one end of the water absorption layer, which is far away from the U-shaped opening, and the waist-shaped holes are symmetrically distributed at two sides of the center line of the U-shaped opening; rubber bands or adhesive tapes for enabling the waist-shaped holes to shrink are arranged on the waterproof layer on the outer side of each waist-shaped hole, so that the breast pad is conical when being unfolded.
Another preferred scheme is that a round or kidney-shaped hole is arranged at one end of the water absorption layer far away from the U-shaped opening, and the central line of the round or kidney-shaped hole is the central line of the U-shaped opening; after the water absorbing layer is folded along the central line of the U-shaped opening, a semi-waist-shaped hole is formed at the round or waist-shaped hole, and the two water guide layers in the semi-waist-shaped hole are connected with each other once so as to be in a conical shape when the breast pad is unfolded.
Furthermore, a U-shaped notch is formed in one side or two sides of the U-shaped opening on the edge of the water absorption layer; rubber bands or adhesive tapes for enabling the U-shaped notches to shrink are arranged on the waterproof layer on the outer side of each U-shaped notch, so that the breast pad is conical when being unfolded.
Optionally, the U-shaped opening has a pair with a central symmetry.
The invention has the technical effects that: (1) in the breast pad, after the water absorbing layer is folded in half along the central line of the U-shaped opening, the water guide layer and the waterproof layer form the folded edge at the U-shaped opening, the width of the folded edge is basically consistent, namely the folded edge realizes larger width of heat seal connection, so that the folded edge can be integrally connected in a heat seal manner (the folded edge corresponding to the V-shaped opening in the prior art is in an acute triangle, and the folded edge at the acute angle can not realize heat seal connection), and the gap recorded in the background technology is avoided from appearing at the U-shaped opening; (2) the rubber band is adopted, so that a larger expansion space can be provided when the product absorbs water and expands, and the size of the opening of the breast pad can be conveniently adjusted by a user so as to meet the requirements of different users on size change.
