the recycling device comprises a supporting plate (1) and a control box (2), wherein the control box (2) is arranged on the supporting plate (1), a switching power supply, a control module and a power module are installed in the control box (2), the switching power supply supplies power to the whole recycling device, the output end of the switching power supply is electrically connected with the power module, the power module is connected with a power main switch through a circuit, the control module is electrically connected with the power module, and the control module is connected with a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit;
the contact switch (3) is arranged at the top of the control box (2), and the contact switch (3) is electrically connected with the control module;
a fixing mechanism (5), wherein the fixing mechanism (5) is arranged between the lower side of the supporting plate (1) and the bottom of the control box (2);
the turnover mechanism (6) is arranged on the supporting plate (1);
the adjusting mechanism (7) is arranged on the turnover mechanism (6);
the turning plow (4) is arranged on the adjusting mechanism (7).
2. An alternately adjustable reversible plow according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means (5) comprise:
the fixing plate (51) is arranged on the lower side of the supporting plate (1), and the top of the fixing plate (51) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the control box (2);
the middle of the fixing plate (51) is provided with a telescopic rod (52);
the hook (54) is arranged on the telescopic rod (52);
the first spring (53) is wound on the telescopic rod (52), and two ends of the first spring (53) are respectively connected with the hook (54) and the fixing plate (51);
the hook (54) is rotatably provided with a first rotating shaft (55);
the middle of the first rotating shaft (55) is provided with a coupler knuckle (56);
the upper side and the lower side of the first rotating shaft (55) are wound with the torsion springs (57), and two ends of each torsion spring (57) are respectively connected with the latch (56) and the hook (54).

the supporting plate (1) is provided with a circular sliding rail (61);
the middle of the supporting plate (1) is provided with the first speed reducing motor (62), and the first speed reducing motor (62) is connected with the control module through a direct current motor positive and negative rotation module;
the middle of the upper side of the supporting plate (1) is provided with a first distance sensor (63), and the first distance sensor (63) is electrically connected with the control module;
the middle of the lower side of the support plate (1) is provided with a second distance sensor (64), and the second distance sensor (64) is electrically connected with the control module;
and the output shaft of the first speed reducing motor (62) is provided with the turntable (65).
4. An alternative adjustable reversible plow as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the adjusting mechanism (7) comprises:
the first mounting plate (71) is arranged on the rotary table (65);
the first sliding block (72) is arranged on the lower side of the circular sliding rail (61) in a sliding manner;
the electric push rod (73) is mounted on the first sliding block (72), and the electric push rod (73) is connected with the control module through the relay control module;
the second rotating shaft (75) is rotatably arranged on the first mounting plate (71);
the second rotating shaft (75) is provided with a rotating plate (76), and the rotating plate (76) is fixedly connected with the turnover plow (4);
the mounting rack (77) is arranged on the rotating plate (76);
the slide rails (78) are arranged on the two sides of the mounting rack (77);
the second sliding block (74) is arranged on the telescopic rod of the electric push rod (73), the second sliding block (74) is connected with the two slide ways (78) in a sliding mode, and the second sliding block (74) is connected with the rotating plate (76) in a sliding mode.

the upper side and the lower side of the sliding rod (86) are respectively wound with a second spring (87), and two ends of the second spring (87) are respectively connected with a second mounting plate (83) and a mounting rod (82).
6. An alternately adjustable reversible plow according to claim 5, characterized in that it further comprises a steering mechanism (9), the steering mechanism (9) comprising:
the mounting block (91) is arranged on the turnover plow (4);
the mounting block (91) is provided with a second speed reducing motor (92), and the second speed reducing motor (92) is connected with the control module through a direct current motor forward and reverse rotation module;
and the belt (93) is connected between the output shaft of the second speed reducing motor (92) and the third rotating shaft (81) through a belt pulley.
