本申请实施例提供一种无线资源分配策略的配置方法、装置及系统,涉及通信技术领域,用以简化小区的无线资源分配策略的配置,该方案包括:第一网络管理单元获取第一无线资源分配策略,其中,所述第一无线资源分配策略用于描述第一子网络的一个或多个对象中每个对象可使用的无线资源在所述第一子网络的第一无线资源中的第一比例。第一网络管理单元根据所述第一无线资源分配策略,确定第二无线资源分配策略;其中,所述第二无线资源分配策略用于描述第一小区的对象中每个对象可使用的无线资源在所述第一小区的第二无线资源中的第二比例;第一小区的对象包括所述一个或多个对象中的至少一个对象,所述第一小区为所述第一子网络的小区。
