Background
Conditional handover is a mechanism to enhance the robustness of handover or to enhance the robustness of secondary node additions. In order to solve the problem that the UE cannot normally complete handover or addition of an auxiliary node due to sudden channel degradation (especially high frequency) between the UE (User Equipment) and a serving cell, a base station may configure the UE to trigger measurement reporting at a lower threshold. Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, to further facilitate parameter optimization of the network device, when the terminal has CPA failure or CPAC failure, the terminal may further send sixth information to the network device, where the sixth information is used to indicate information of the network device that configures the terminal, and the network device includes an MN and an SN. Specifically, for a scenario of CPA or CPAC, since both MN and SN can configure CPA or CPAC for the terminal, the terminal needs to report whether the received configuration information is from MN or SN.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, to further facilitate the network device to perform parameter optimization, when the terminal has an RLF or HO failure or a CHO failure or a CPA failure or a CPAC failure and when the network device is configured with a CHO, CPA or CPAC (CPA/CPAC) at the same time, the terminal may further send seventh information to the network device, where the seventh information is used to indicate scene information applicable to the configuration of the terminal, and the scene includes the CHO, CPA or CPAC. I.e. whether the configuration of the terminal is adapted to CHO or CPA/CPAC. That is, if the network device configures the CHO and CPA/CPAC to the terminal at the same time, the terminal may also report whether the above information is for the CHO or the CPA/CPAC.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, to further facilitate the network device to perform parameter optimization, when the terminal has an RLF or HO failure or a CHO failure or a CPA failure or a CPAC failure, the terminal may further send, to the network device, eighth information, where the eighth information is used to indicate a PLMN corresponding to the configuration performed on the terminal, and thus, the eighth information may be used to determine which operator gives the configuration information to the terminal.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, to further facilitate the network device to perform parameter optimization, when the terminal has an RLF or HO failure or a CHO failure or a CPA failure or a CPAC failure, the terminal may further send, to the network device, ninth information, where the ninth information is used to indicate at least one of the following information corresponding to the configuration performed on the terminal: time information, geographical location information of the terminal, and Network (e.g., Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), bluetooth) measurement results.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, to further facilitate parameter optimization of the network device, the terminal may further report at least one of the following information to the network device:
the cell quality measurement method comprises the following steps of identifying the cell related to RLF or HO failure or CHO failure or CPA failure or CPAC failure, identifying the PLMN to which the cell belongs, measuring results (including cell (cell) level and beam level) of a serving cell and a neighboring cell, and measuring the number of beams with the signal quality meeting the preset requirement in the cell. Wherein the preset requirements can be set as required.
For example, the cells related to RLF or HO failure or CHO failure or CPA failure or CPAC failure may include, for example: information (e.g., identity) of a cell in which RLF occurs, information (e.g., identity) of a cell in which HO failure occurs (before or after handover), information (e.g., identity) of a cell in which CHO failure occurs (before or after handover), information (e.g., identity) of a cell in which CPA failure occurs (before or after CPA), information (e.g., identity) of a cell in which CPAC failure occurs (before or after CPAC), and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information processing method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and is applied to a network device. Wherein the network device may be a base station. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps:
step 201, receiving first information sent by a terminal.
Wherein the meaning of the first information can refer to the description of the foregoing embodiments.
Step 202, configuring according to the first information.
Specifically, the network device performs configuration according to the first information, including at least one of the following:
changing a CHO target cell or a CPA or CPAC target cell of the terminal;
modifying the configuration that allows the terminal to try the CHO or the CPA or the CPAC again into a configuration that does not allow the terminal to try the CHO or the CPA or the CPAC again;
modifying the configuration that the terminal is not allowed to try the CHO or the CPA or the CPAC again to allow the terminal to try the CHO or the CPA or the CPAC again;
and adjusting the configuration information of the PLMN where the terminal is located.
The terminal reports information about whether the cell to which the UE attempts to connect after the RLF or HO or conditional handover or CPA or CPAC failure is a previously configured candidate cell, whether the network side allows the UE to try CHO or CPAC again, and the like, which can help the network side to configure a reasonable target cell and related parameters of conditional handover or CPAC.
Specifically, in practical applications, the network device may perform conditional handover or CPAC configuration optimization in combination with other information such as RA report (radio access report) and RLF report (RLF report).
For example, the network device may optimize the configuration of CHO candidate cells or CPA/CPAC target cells.
The network device configures a CHO candidate target cell or CPA/CPAC PSCell candidate cell1 for the terminal, but rarely or no terminal cell selects or tries again to connect to the cell1, which indicates that the cell1 is not on the moving route of the nearby terminal. Then, the network device may consider not to configure the target cell for the terminal in combination with the received first information; or the network device does not configure the CHO or CPA/CPAC candidate target cell2 for the terminal, but the terminal always performs successful re-establishment or connection of the cell2 through the cell2, the subsequent network device may consider configuring the cell2 as the CHO or CPA/CPAC target cell of the terminal.
Also for example, the network equipment may optimize whether to allow the terminal to re-attempt the configuration of CHO after HO/CHO or CPA/CPAC failure.
The network device configures the terminal with a configuration that the terminal is allowed to try HO/CHO or CPA/CPAC again, but the terminal is always unsuccessful at the HO/CHO or CPA/CPAC for the second time, so that the network device can consider that the terminal is not allowed to try HO/CHO or CPA/CPAC again later, and directly enable the terminal to reestablish or wait for the configuration of the network side, thereby helping the terminal to establish RRC connection with the network quickly; or, if the network device configures the terminal with a configuration that HO/CHO or CPA/CPAC is not allowed to try again, but the terminal can always reselect to a CHO candidate target cell or the terminal can always successfully connect to a CPA/CPAC candidate cell, the network device may allow the terminal to try again HO/CHO or CPA/CPAC later, let the terminal Access the network using a HO/CHO or CPA/CPAC dedicated RA (Radio Access) resource, and help the terminal to quickly establish an RRC connection with the network.
For another example, the network device may optimize the configuration information of the PLMN where the terminal is located.
The network device may optimize the configuration information of the PLMN where the terminal is located in combination with the received first information. Under the scene of wireless network sharing, different operators may have different strategies and configurations, and the configuration information of the PLMN where the terminal is located is adjusted according to the first information, so that the operators can perform targeted optimization.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal sends the first information acquired when the cell selection is carried out due to RLF or HO failure or CHO failure, or sends the first information acquired when the cell selection is carried out due to CPA failure or CPAC failure to the network equipment, so that the network equipment can know the process information related to the cell selection of the terminal in time, and the network equipment can optimize the parameter configuration of the network equipment to the terminal conveniently.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an information processing device which is applied to the terminal. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a block diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Because the principle of solving the problem of the information processing device is similar to the information processing method in the embodiment of the invention, the implementation of the information processing device can refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated details are not repeated.

Claims (16)

1. An information processing method applied to a terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring configuration information;
sending first information to network equipment according to the configuration information;
wherein, when the terminal has radio link failure RLF or handover HO failure or conditional handover CHO failure, the first information comprises at least one of the following:
the terminal selects whether the selected cell is a CHO candidate cell through reconstruction or cell selection;
second information, the second information is used for indicating whether the network equipment configures information for the terminal, wherein the information allows the terminal to try the CHO candidate cell again when RLF or HO failure or CHO failure occurs;
third information, the third information is used for indicating whether the configuration of the network equipment to the terminal allows the terminal to try the CHO candidate cell again when RLF or HO failure or CHO failure occurs; or
When a terminal fails to add CPA (primary and secondary cell) or fails to change CPAC (primary and secondary cell) conditions, the first information comprises at least one of the following information:
whether the primary cell and the secondary cell PScell selected again by the terminal are PSCell candidate cells configured by the network equipment or not, or whether the PScell configured again by the network equipment for the terminal is a PSCell candidate cell configured by the network equipment or not;
fourth information, the fourth information is used for indicating whether the network device configures information for the terminal, wherein the information allows the terminal to try CPA or CPAC candidate cells again when CPA failure or CPAC failure occurs;
and fifth information, wherein the fifth information is used for indicating whether the configuration of the network equipment to the terminal allows the terminal to try CPA or CPAC candidate cells again when CPA failure or CPAC failure occurs.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when the terminal fails to add CPA or change CPAC, the method further comprises:
and sending sixth information to the network equipment, wherein the sixth information is used for indicating the information of the network equipment configuring the terminal, and the network equipment comprises a main node MN and an auxiliary node SN.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein when the terminal has Radio Link Failure (RLF) or Handover (HO) failure or Conditional Handover (CHO) failure or primary-secondary cell conditional addition (CPA) failure or primary-secondary cell conditional change (CPAC) failure and when the network device is configured with CHO, CPA or CPAC at the same time, the method further comprises:
and sending seventh information to the network equipment, wherein the seventh information is used for indicating scene information applicable to the configuration of the terminal, and the scene comprises CHO, CPA or CPAC.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein when a terminal experiences a Radio Link Failure (RLF) or a Handover (HO) failure or a Conditional Handover (CHO) failure or a primary-secondary cell conditional addition (CPA) failure or a primary-secondary cell conditional change (CPAC) failure, the method further comprises:
and sending eighth information to the network equipment, wherein the eighth information is used for indicating a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) corresponding to the configuration of the terminal.

The method of claim 1, wherein when a Radio Link Failure (RLF) or a Handover (HO) failure or a Conditional Handover (CHO) failure or a primary-secondary cell condition adding (CPA) failure or a primary-secondary cell condition changing (CPAC) failure occurs in a terminal, the method further comprises:
ninth information is sent to the network equipment, and the ninth information is used for indicating at least one of the following information corresponding to the configuration of the terminal:
time information, geographical location information of the terminal, and network measurement results.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the first information to the network device comprises:
and when the terminal is in a connected state or in the process of converting the terminal into the connected state, sending first information to network equipment.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein sending the first information to the network device comprises at least one of:
sending first information to the network equipment according to the request of the network equipment;
actively sending first information to network equipment;
and sending a first request to the network equipment, and sending first information to the network equipment after receiving a first response of the network equipment.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
reporting at least one of the following information to the network equipment:
the number of beams is the number of the cell related to RLF or HO failure or CHO failure or CPA failure, the PLMN identification to which the cell belongs, the measurement results of the serving cell and the neighboring cell, and the signal quality measured in the cell according with the preset requirement.
9. An information processing method applied to a network device, comprising:
receiving first information sent by a terminal;
configuring according to the first information;
wherein, when the terminal has RLF or HO failure or CHO failure, the first information comprises at least one of the following:
the terminal selects whether the selected cell is a CHO candidate cell through reconstruction or cell selection;
second information indicating whether the network device configures information for the terminal that allows the terminal to try the CHO candidate cell again when RLF or HO failure or CHO failure occurs;
third information indicating whether the configuration of the terminal by the network equipment allows the terminal to try again the CHO candidate cell when RLF or HO failure or CHO failure occurs; or
When the terminal has CPA failure or CPAC failure, the first information comprises at least one of the following items:

fourth information, which is used for indicating whether the network device configures information for the terminal that allows the terminal to try CPA or CPAC candidate cells again when CPA failure or CPAC failure occurs;
and fifth information, wherein the fifth information is used for indicating whether the configuration of the network equipment to the terminal allows the terminal to try CPA or CPAC candidate cells again when CPA failure or CPAC failure occurs.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the configuring according to the first information comprises at least one of:
changing a CHO target cell or a CPA or CPAC target cell of the terminal;
modifying the configuration that allows the terminal to try the CHO or the CPA or the CPAC again into a configuration that does not allow the terminal to try the CHO or the CPA or the CPAC again;
modifying the configuration that the terminal is not allowed to try the CHO or the CPA or the CPAC again to allow the terminal to try the CHO or the CPA or the CPAC again;
and adjusting the configuration information of the PLMN where the terminal is located.
11. An information processing apparatus applied to a terminal, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring configuration information;
the first sending module is used for sending first information to the network equipment according to the configuration information;
wherein, when the terminal has RLF or HO failure or CHO failure, the first information comprises at least one of the following:
the terminal selects whether the selected cell is a CHO candidate cell through reconstruction or cell selection;
second information indicating whether the network device configures information for the terminal that allows the terminal to try the CHO candidate cell again when RLF or HO failure or CHO failure occurs;
third information indicating whether the configuration of the terminal by the network equipment allows the terminal to try again the CHO candidate cell when RLF or HO failure or CHO failure occurs; or
When the terminal has CPA failure or CPAC failure, the first information comprises at least one of the following items:
whether the PScell selected again by the terminal is a PScell candidate cell configured by the network device, or whether the PScell configured again by the network device for the terminal is a PScell candidate cell configured by the network device;
fourth information, the fourth information is used for indicating whether the network device configures information for the terminal, wherein the information allows the terminal to try CPA or CPAC candidate cells again when CPA failure or CPAC failure occurs;
and fifth information, wherein the fifth information is used for indicating whether the configuration of the network equipment to the terminal allows the terminal to try CPA or CPAC candidate cells again when CPA failure or CPAC failure occurs.
12. An information processing apparatus applied to a network device, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving first information sent by a terminal;
the first configuration module is used for configuring according to the first information;
wherein, when the terminal has RLF or HO failure or CHO failure, the first information comprises at least one of the following:
the terminal selects whether the selected cell is a CHO candidate cell through reconstruction or cell selection;
second information indicating whether the network device configures information for the terminal that allows the terminal to try the CHO candidate cell again when RLF or HO failure or CHO failure occurs;
third information indicating whether the configuration of the terminal by the network equipment allows the terminal to try again the CHO candidate cell when RLF or HO failure or CHO failure occurs; or alternatively
When the terminal has CPA failure or CPAC failure, the first information comprises at least one of the following items:
whether the PScell selected again by the terminal is a PScell candidate cell configured by the network device, or whether the PScell configured again by the network device for the terminal is a PScell candidate cell configured by the network device;
fourth information, the fourth information is used for indicating whether the network device configures information for the terminal, wherein the information allows the terminal to try CPA or CPAC candidate cells again when CPA failure or CPAC failure occurs;
and fifth information, wherein the fifth information is used for indicating whether the configuration of the network equipment to the terminal allows the terminal to try CPA or CPAC candidate cells again when CPA failure or CPAC failure occurs.
13. An information processing apparatus applied to a terminal, comprising: a processor and a transceiver;
the processor is used for acquiring configuration information; sending first information to network equipment according to the configuration information;
wherein, when the terminal has RLF or HO failure or CHO failure, the first information comprises at least one of the following:
the terminal selects whether the selected cell is a CHO candidate cell through reconstruction or cell selection;
second information indicating whether the network device configures information for the terminal that allows the terminal to try the CHO candidate cell again when RLF or HO failure or CHO failure occurs;
third information indicating whether the configuration of the terminal by the network equipment allows the terminal to try again the CHO candidate cell when RLF or HO failure or CHO failure occurs; or
When the terminal has CPA failure or CPAC failure, the first information comprises at least one of the following items:
whether the PScell selected again by the terminal is a PScell candidate cell configured by the network device, or whether the PScell configured again by the network device for the terminal is a PScell candidate cell configured by the network device;
fourth information, the fourth information is used for indicating whether the network device configures information for the terminal, wherein the information allows the terminal to try CPA or CPAC candidate cells again when CPA failure or CPAC failure occurs;
and fifth information, wherein the fifth information is used for indicating whether the configuration of the network equipment to the terminal allows the terminal to try CPA or CPAC candidate cells again when CPA failure or CPAC failure occurs.
14. An information processing apparatus applied to a network device, comprising: a processor and a transceiver;
the transceiver is used for receiving first information sent by a terminal;
the transceiver is configured according to the first information;
wherein, when the terminal has RLF or HO failure or CHO failure, the first information comprises at least one of the following:
the terminal selects whether the selected cell is a CHO candidate cell through reconstruction or cell selection;
second information indicating whether the network device configures information for the terminal that allows the terminal to try the CHO candidate cell again when RLF or HO failure or CHO failure occurs;
third information indicating whether the configuration of the terminal by the network equipment allows the terminal to try again the CHO candidate cell when RLF or HO failure or CHO failure occurs; or
When the terminal has CPA failure or CPAC failure, the first information comprises at least one of the following items:
whether the PScell selected again by the terminal is a PScell candidate cell configured by the network device, or whether the PScell configured again by the network device for the terminal is a PScell candidate cell configured by the network device;
fourth information, the fourth information is used for indicating whether the network device configures information for the terminal, wherein the information allows the terminal to try CPA or CPAC candidate cells again when CPA failure or CPAC failure occurs;
and fifth information, wherein the fifth information is used for indicating whether the configuration of the network equipment to the terminal allows the terminal to try CPA or CPAC candidate cells again when CPA failure or CPAC failure occurs.

A communication device, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; characterized in that the processor, which is configured to read the program in the memory, implements the steps in the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
16. A readable storage medium storing a program, wherein the program realizes the steps in the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 10 when executed by a processor.
