Claims (8)

1. The utility model provides a perpendicular pressfitting connector plug, includes insulating plug body and a plurality of elastic contact spare that are used for electrically conductive, and a plurality of elastic contact spare are installed in the spacing groove of plug body, and elastic contact spare's termination end stretches out in order to constitute the conductive connection end of plug, its characterized in that from spacing groove bottom: the elastic contact piece is provided with an elastic cantilever which extends out of the contact piece base body, the terminating ends of the cantilever and the elastic contact piece are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the contact piece base body, and the end part of the cantilever is provided with a conductive contact head capable of ejecting a pressing plane from the top of the limiting groove; the conductive plate is assembled on the plug body in a mode of being perpendicular to the pressing plane, and the conductive plate is fixed by a locking mechanism capable of providing a vertical locking force, so that a conductive contact part of the conductive plate vertically presses a conductive contact head of the elastic contact piece;
The locking mechanism is a fixed cover and a locking piece which are matched with each other, the fixed cover is rotatably arranged on the plug body, a fixed boss is arranged on the surface of the fixed cover, a fixed table is arranged on the back surface of the plug body, the locking piece is provided with two mutually-angled fixed faces, one fixed face is clamped on the fixed table, and the other fixed face is clamped on the fixed boss so as to lock the fixed cover.

A vertical compression connector plug as defined in claim 2, wherein: the limiting structure comprises a limiting groove locating surface arranged at the bottom of the limiting groove, a contact piece locating step arranged in the limiting groove and a cantilever limiting step arranged at the top of the limiting groove.

A vertical compression connector plug according to claim 3, wherein: the limiting part on the elastic contact piece comprises a terminating end locating surface positioned between the terminating end of the elastic contact piece and the contact piece base body and an elastic fixing claw on the contact piece base body, wherein the terminating end locating surface is in contact fit with the limiting groove locating surface, the elastic fixing claw is clamped on the contact piece locating step, and the outer side of a cantilever of the elastic contact piece is propped against the inner side of the cantilever limiting step.

The vertical compression connector plug of claim 1, wherein: the plurality of elastic contact pieces are divided into two types according to the arrangement mode of the terminating ends of the tail parts of the elastic contact pieces, the horizontal distance between the terminating ends of the first type of elastic contact pieces and the cantilever is smaller than that between the terminating ends of the second type of elastic contact pieces and the cantilever, the terminating ends of the first type of elastic contact pieces are lower than the contact heads of the cantilever, the terminating ends of the second type of elastic contact pieces are higher than the contact heads of the cantilever, and the two types of elastic contact pieces are alternately arranged on the plug body to form two rows of conductive connecting ends.

The vertical compression connector plug of claim 5, wherein: the cantilevers of the two types of elastic contact pieces are obliquely arranged, the root parts of the cantilevers are connected with the contact piece base body through extension parts, and empty grooves are formed between the extension parts and the contact piece base body.

The vertical compression connector plug of claim 5, wherein: the cantilever of the two elastic contact pieces is provided with a plurality of sections of bending parts, the tail ends of the sections of bending parts are provided with the conductive contact heads, the connecting ends of the sections of bending parts are connected with the contact piece base body through the extending parts, and empty slots are arranged between the extending parts and the contact piece base body.

The vertical compression connector plug of claim 1, wherein: the elastic contact piece is forcedly arranged in the limit groove, the terminating end of the elastic contact piece and the contact piece base body are positioned on the same straight line, and the cantilever of the elastic contact piece extends to one side of the contact piece base body.
