Claims (10)

1. An intelligent MES system abnormal state processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
an initiator initiates an abnormal information processing request to a system through a mobile terminal, wherein the abnormal information processing request comprises abnormal behavior description and abnormal behavior categories;
the system automatically selects a corresponding item handler according to the abnormal behavior category, and a mobile terminal of the item handler is allocated and reminded through the system;
and the item processor receives the abnormal information processing request distributed by the system through the mobile terminal and confirms the abnormal information processing request, and after the item processor completes the abnormal information processing request, the item processor confirms that the abnormal information processing request is completed on the mobile terminal.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of the transaction handler confirming on the mobile end that the exception information handling request is completed further comprises: and checking the working hours of the event handler completing the abnormal information processing request.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein before the step of initiating the request for exception handling to the system by the initiating person through the mobile terminal, the method further comprises: and setting the abnormal behavior types, wherein the abnormal behavior types comprise a design type, a processing type, an assembly type, a raw material type and a mismatch type.

The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein before the step of initiating the request for exception handling to the system by the initiator through the mobile terminal, the method further comprises: and setting abnormal behavior description, wherein the abnormal behavior description comprises BOM construction errors, drawing design errors, machining errors, assembly errors, system import errors, unqualified appearance, type selection errors, material distribution errors and other errors.

The intelligent MES system abnormal state processing method according to claim 2, wherein the step of the event handler completing the work hour approval of the abnormal information processing request further comprises: and storing the information of the abnormal information processing request, wherein the information comprises abnormal behavior description, abnormal behavior type, consumed labor hour and specific processing measures.

The method as claimed in claim 5, further comprising the step of storing the information of the request for processing exception information after the step of processing exception information: and carrying out classified statistics on the information of the abnormal information processing request according to the abnormal behavior category.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the content of the classification statistics is related to the order information.
8. An intelligent MES system abnormal state processing device, which is characterized by comprising:
the request module is used for initiating an abnormal information processing request to the system by an initiator through the request module, wherein the abnormal information processing request comprises abnormal behavior description and abnormal behavior types;
the system automatically selects a corresponding item handler according to the abnormal behavior category, and the mobile terminal of the item handler is allocated and reminded through the system;
and the processing module is used for receiving the abnormal information processing request distributed by the system and confirming the abnormal information processing request by the transaction handler, and confirming the completion of the abnormal information processing request on the processing module after the transaction handler completes the abnormal information processing request.
9. An intelligent MES system abnormal state processing device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation of the intelligent MES system exception state processing method according to any one of claims 1-7.

A computer readable storage medium having stored therein at least one executable instruction which, when run on an intelligent MES system exception handling apparatus/device, causes an intelligent MES system exception handling apparatus/device to perform the operations of an intelligent MES system exception handling method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
