Abstract
The invention relates to an electronic file assembly method, a system, a medium and a terminal, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring case service information of a target case, wherein the case service information comprises service information generated in the law enforcement process of the target case; according to the case service information, case catalog information and legal document information of the target case are constructed; and assembling the electronic files of the target files according to the file catalog information and the legal document information. Technical Field

Background
An electronic case refers to an electronic document and related electronic data with a specific format, which are made by binding paper case materials into a roll by means of medium technologies such as digital image technology, character recognition technology, database technology and the like before or during case acceptance. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
FIG. 1 is a flowchart of an electronic file assembly method according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be applied to a terminal such as a computer having processing capability. As shown in FIG. 1, the electronic file assembly method may include steps 11 to 13.
In step 11, case service information of the target case is acquired.
Wherein, the target case can be a case needing to assemble the electronic case. The case service information may include service information generated during law enforcement of the target case. In one embodiment, the case service information may include case type information, case routing information, personnel information, article information, service information of the target case. Wherein, the case type information can be used for representing whether the target case is a criminal case, an administrative case, a civil case or an economic case. The case routing information can be used to characterize the target case as either guilty or non-guilty. The person information may include information about the person to which the target case relates, such as the name, gender, etc. of the person. The item information may include information about the item to which the target case relates. The business information may include business data of the target case during law enforcement.
In step 12, case catalog information and legal document information of the target case are constructed according to the case service information.
In step 13, the electronic files of the target case are assembled according to the file catalog information and the legal document information.
Wherein, the file directory is a file directory arranged according to the order of the volume numbers. Legal documents are documents used by law administration, parties, lawyers and the like to solve litigation and non-litigation cases, and include non-normative documents of law administration, such as summons, case registries and the like.
Because the cases of different case types and different case reasons have different materials to be prepared and different legal documents to be opened, if law enforcement personnel manually open various legal documents and case catalogues and manually assemble the cases, errors are easy to occur and the accuracy is low. In order to avoid the problem, the invention can automatically construct the case catalog information and the legal document information of the target case according to the case service information, and automatically assemble the electronic case without manual intervention, thereby improving the accuracy and efficiency of opening the legal document and the case catalog and improving the accuracy and efficiency of assembling the electronic case.

In an embodiment, an exemplary implementation of step 12 above may be as shown in fig. 2, including steps 121 to 123.
In step 121, the case binding sequence is determined according to the case type information and the case routing information.
In step 122, sorting the table of contents based on the binding sequence of the case to construct table of contents information of the case;
wherein, the case types are different, the case groups are different, and the binding sequence of the corresponding cases is different. For example, according to the regulations, the administrative records need to put the conclusive materials in front, and then the document materials are arranged in time sequence according to the records handling process, the criminal records, namely, criminal investigation volumes, are divided into investigation volumes and working volumes, the investigation volumes are moved along with the records when being moved to examine and start to prosecution, and the working volumes are filed and filed. In one embodiment, step 13 may comprise: and according to the electronic case model library, associating the case catalog information with the legal document information according to the binding sequence related in the case catalog information so as to assemble the electronic case of the target case.
The electronic case model library can be constructed according to actual law enforcement experience, business experience, a large number of cases (structured and unstructured data), an artificial intelligence technology, a big data technology, a model algorithm technology and the like, the legal documents and the case catalog are related according to the case catalog related among different cases in the electronic case model library, the legal documents and the order of the case catalog are related according to the binding order related in the case catalog information, the electronic cases are automatically assembled and generated, and the electronic cases can be assembled according to the case business information.
In the invention, when the target case is an administrative case, the electronic case of the target case correspondingly comprises a file content file, an ending report, file materials related to case processing results, file materials related to case sources, receiving conditions and avoidance, file materials related to case investigation, file materials related to execution conditions, other file materials to be stored in the case, and notes;
in case the target case is a criminal case, accordingly, the electronic case of the target case may include: litigation documents, evidence materials, and working rolls.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an electronic case assembly method shown in an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 3, an electronic case may be automatically assembled through a mapping relationship of data according to case service information, so as to break through the limitation of manually assembling the electronic case, achieve deep association between service data information generated in a law enforcement process and a standardized case, and implement operation and maintenance simultaneously in combination with periodic synchronous maintenance and update of documents related to actual law enforcement and parallel synchronous implementation of operation and maintenance, so as to achieve the most authoritative and standardized relationship between the electronic case and legal documents.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present invention also provides an electronic file assembly system, as shown in fig. 4, the electronic file assembly system 400 may include:
an information obtaining module 401, configured to obtain case service information of a target case, where the case service information includes service information generated in a law enforcement process of the target case;
a construction module 402, configured to determine case catalog information and legal document information of the target case according to the case service information;
an assembling module 403, configured to assemble the electronic case of the target case according to the case catalog information and the legal document information.
Optionally, the building module 402 is further configured to determine a case binding sequence according to the case type information and the case routing information; performing catalog sequencing based on the case binding sequence to construct the case catalog information; and according to the case type information and the case routing information, establishing the legal document information which needs to be opened by the target case.
Optionally, the assembling module 403 is further configured to associate the case catalog information with the legal document information according to the binding order involved in the case catalog information according to an electronic case model library, so as to assemble the electronic case of the target case.
The present embodiment discloses a readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the electronic file assembling method as described above. The module/unit integrated with the electronic file assembly terminal device may be stored in a readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a separate product.
