When the pigs on the car need to be weighed, the pigs are driven to the weighing plate 2 manually, then the weighing doors 41 on the second baffles 15 at two sides are pulled to be closed towards the middle, so that the influence of other pigs on the weighing plate 2 on the weighing effect is prevented when the pigs are weighed, the scale 39 will then weigh the pigs on the weighing plate 2, and the weighing data will then be displayed on the scale display 40, thereby weighing the pigs, manually driving the weighed pigs to the vehicle when the pigs are weighed, then the weighing door 41 is opened, one pig in the fence mechanism is driven onto the weighing plate 2, then the pigs are weighed in sequence, can weigh the pig when catching up with the car through weighing machine structure, need artifically tie the pig when having solved among the prior art to the pig weigh and then lift the loaded down with trivial details step on the weighing machine with the pig again.
As shown in fig. 15 and 19, the pig catching mechanism further comprises a pig catching mechanism, the pig catching mechanism comprises a transmission motor 42, a transmission convex block 43, a rotation shaft 44, a rotation block 45, a rotation torsion spring 46, a knock-out rod 47, a support frame 48 and a pig catching drum 49, the transmission motor 42 is symmetrically and uniformly installed on the third baffle plate 19, the rotation shaft of the transmission motor 42 is fixedly connected with the transmission convex block 43, the rotation shaft 44 is symmetrically and uniformly and fixedly connected on the third baffle plate 19, the rotation shaft 44 is rotatably connected with the rotation block 45, the rotation block 45 can rotate on the rotation shaft 44 but cannot fall off, the transmission convex block 43 contacts with the right side of the rotation shaft 44 and applies pressure to the right side of the rotation shaft 44 when rotating, the rotation torsion spring 46 is sleeved on the rotation shaft 44, two ends of the rotation torsion spring 46 are respectively connected with the third baffle plate 19 and the rotation block 45, the rotation torsion spring 46 can be twisted when the rotation block 45 rotates, the knock-out rod 47 is fixedly connected on the rotation block 45, when the rotating block 45 rotates, the knocking rod 47 is driven to rotate together, a support frame 48 is fixedly connected to the third baffle plate 19, and a pig driving drum 49 is mounted on the support frame 48.
When a pig is driven from the inside of the enclosing wall channel to the car, the transmission motor 42 is started, so that the rotating shaft of the transmission motor 42 drives the transmission lug 43 to rotate, when the transmission lug 43 contacts with the knocking rod 47 in the rotating process and continues to rotate, so that downward pressure is applied to the right side of the knock bar 47, and the knock bar 47 rotates the rotating block 45, so that the right end of the knock bar 47 will tilt up and twist the rotational torsion spring 46, and when the cam continues to rotate and does not contact the knock bar 47, the rotational torsion spring 46 will bring the knock bar 47 to reset, so that the end of the knock rod 47 far from the transmission motor 42 can hit the pig catching drum 49, thereby catch up with the pig drum 49 and can send out the drum sound and threaten the pig to run away the car with pig threatened automation, catch up with the pig mechanism through utilizing the comparatively sensitive characteristic help of pig ear still people catch up with the car with the pig.
