Furthermore, various embodiments or examples and features of different embodiments or examples described in this specification can be combined and combined by one skilled in the art without contradiction.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention provides an egg storage container, which includes a first support plate 3 and a second support plate 4. Wherein, a storage channel is formed above the first support plate 3, and the storage channel is inclined downwards from the upstream to the downstream. The second support plate 4 is positioned below the first support plate 3; a storage channel is formed between the first support plate 3 and the second support plate 4; the storage channel is inclined downwards from the upstream to the downstream, the upstream of the storage channel is communicated with the downstream of the corresponding storage channel, and a taking outlet 6 is formed at the downstream of the storage channel; the upper surfaces of the first and second support plates 3 and 4 are formed with guide units 13, and the guide units 13 include first and second guide surfaces 131 and 132, the first guide surface 131 guiding the eggs to roll toward one side of the storage passage or passage where the eggs are located, and the second guide surface 132 guiding the eggs to roll toward the other side of the storage passage or passage where the eggs are located.
According to the egg storage container provided by the embodiment of the invention, the eggs placed firstly move to the storage channel along the storage channel and move to the taking outlet 6 along the storage channel, so that the eggs placed firstly can be taken firstly through the taking outlet 6, and then the eggs placed secondly are positioned in the storage channel or the storage channel, and the eggs are prevented from deteriorating after being placed for a long time. In addition, the rolling direction of the eggs can be changed all the time by the guide surface (without additional limitation, the guide surface refers to at least one of the first guide surface 131 and the second guide surface 132), so that the eggs can be ensured to roll down along the storage passage and the storage passage at a low speed, and a strong impact between the eggs and the egg storage container can be avoided.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the "first guiding surface 131 is used for guiding the eggs to roll towards one side of the storage passage or the storage passage where the eggs are located, and the second guiding surface 132 is used for guiding the eggs to roll towards the other side of the storage passage or the storage passage where the eggs are located" specifically refers to:
as for the storage passage, since the first support plate 3 includes the guide unit 13, and thus the first guide surface 131 of the guide unit 13 serves to guide the eggs to roll toward one side of the storage passage, the second guide surface 132 of the guide unit 13 serves to guide the eggs to roll toward the other side of the storage passage. Wherein, the "one side" and the "other side" of the storage passage refer to both sides in the width direction of the storage passage.
As for the storage aisle, since the second support plate 4 includes the guide unit 13, and thus the first guide surface 131 of the guide unit 13 of the second support plate 4 serves to guide the eggs to roll toward one side of the storage aisle, the second guide surface 132 of the guide unit 13 serves to guide the eggs to roll toward the other side of the storage aisle. Wherein, the "one side" and the "other side" of the storage channel refer to both sides in the width direction of the storage channel.
The greatest difference between the storage channel and the storage channel is as follows: the storage channel is positioned above the storage channel, and when the cover plate 2 is not arranged, the whole storage channel can be used for taking and placing eggs; the storage channel is located below the storage channel and is limited by the first support plate 3 except for the access outlet 6, and cannot be directly used for taking and placing eggs.
The application of the egg storage container in the embodiment of the present invention is described by taking the egg 7 as an example, but of course, without loss of generality, the egg storage container in the embodiment of the present invention may be used for storing any kind of eggs, and even may be used for storing other articles with similar attributes.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the guiding unit 13 comprises a transition plane 133 between the first guiding surface 131 and the second guiding surface 132. Taking fig. 5 as an example, the area enclosed by four points of JDCB between the first guide surface 131 and the second guide surface 132 corresponds to the transition plane 133. The eggs 7 thus pass the transition plane 133 when entering the second guide surface 132 from the first guide surface 131 or the eggs 7 pass the transition plane 133 when entering the first guide surface 131 from the second guide surface 132, so that a smooth movement of the eggs 7 is ensured. Of course, the arrangement of the transition plane 133 is not necessary, or the transition plane 133 may be replaced by a transition curved surface.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, the area enclosed by three points ABJ corresponds to the first guiding surface 131, and the area enclosed by three points IJD corresponds to the second guiding surface 132. When an egg 7 is placed on the first guide surface 131, the first guide surface 131 will guide the egg 7 towards the lower right, and when the egg 7 moves to the second guide surface 132, the second guide surface 132 will guide the egg 7 towards the lower left.
In fig. 5, the first guide surface 131 and the second guide surface 132 respectively include three vertexes, a line connecting the three vertexes forms a triangle, two vertexes of the first guide surface 131 are located on the transition plane 133, the other vertex of the first guide surface 131 is located above the transition plane 133, two vertexes of the second guide surface 132 are located on the transition plane 133, and the other vertex of the second guide surface 132 is located below the transition plane 133. Here, "the other vertex of the first guide surface 131 is located above the transition plane 133" means that when the transition plane 133 is extended to be infinite, the space is divided into a space located above the transition plane 133 and a space located below the transition plane 133, and one of the three vertices of the first guide surface 131 is located in the space above the transition plane 133. In this case, the eggs 7 are placed on the first guide surface 131, and the eggs 7, in addition to moving downwards towards the transition plane 133 under the influence of gravity, also move in the width direction of the channel (storage channel or storage channel) under the influence of the first guide surface 131. Likewise, the second guide surface 132 causes the eggs 7 to move in the width direction of the passage (storage passage or storage passage), and the first guide surface 131 and the second guide surface 132 cause the eggs 7 to move in both sides in the width direction of the passage. Therefore, the rolling direction of the eggs 7 can be continuously changed in the process of moving along the channel after the eggs are placed in the channel, and the eggs 7 can be guaranteed to roll instead of slide when the eggs 7 are placed in the channel at any angle.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the transition plane 133 is triangular, the first guide surface 131 and the second guide surface 132 are each formed by a surface located between three vertices, the transition plane 133 and the first guide surface 131 are connected by a first common edge, and the transition plane 133 and the second guide surface 132 are connected by a second common edge.
In one embodiment, the first guide surface 131 and the second guide surface 132 are curved, thereby ensuring a slow movement of the eggs 7 along the curved surfaces. Of course, the first guide surface 131 and the second guide surface 132 may be flat surfaces.
Furthermore, although the transition plane 133 of fig. 5 is triangular, it does not constitute a limitation on the shape of the transition plane 133, for example, the transition plane 133 may also be trapezoidal, rectangular, even shaped, etc. Similarly, the shapes of the first guide surface 131 and the second guide surface 132 are not limited by the drawings, and for example, the first guide surface 131 and the second guide surface 132 may be curved surfaces formed by four points, or curved surfaces formed by four or more points, or the first guide surface 131 and the second guide surface 132 may be flat surfaces having any shapes.
In fig. 5, two guiding units 13 are shown, namely the guiding unit 13 surrounded by AJIDCB and the guiding unit 13 surrounded by IHGFED. In the guiding unit 13 surrounded by the IHGFED, three points IED surround the second guiding surface 132, which is adjacent to the second guiding surface 132 surrounded by three points IJD; three points of the GFE enclose the first guide surface 131. In fig. 5, the AJIDCB surrounded guide unit 13 and the IHGFED surrounded guide unit 13 are connected by the second guide surface 132; of course, other adjacent guide units 13 may be connected by the first guide surface 131.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the adjacent guiding units 13 may adopt the same structure, such as the guiding unit 13 defined by ajidc in fig. 5 and the guiding unit 13 defined by IHGFED, and the two structures are the same but different in orientation. Of course, the adjacent guide units 13 may have different structures as long as it is ensured that the guide units 13 include the first guide surface 131 and the second guide surface 132.
In fig. 5, point J is the midpoint of line AI, point H is the midpoint of line IG, point C is the midpoint of line BD, and point E is the midpoint of line DF. Of course, the drawings are only examples of the guide unit and do not limit the structure of the guide unit.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the number of the guide units 13 is plural, and the specific number may be determined by the lengths of the storage passage and the storage passage. Furthermore, it should be noted that the smaller the size of the guide unit 13 along the length of the storage and retrieval channels, the higher the frequency of reversal during rolling of the eggs 7 and thus the lower the speed at which the eggs 7 roll off. Also, when the size of the guide unit 13 is sufficiently small along the length direction of the storage passage and the storing passage, it is possible to ensure that the eggs 7 can be rolled normally regardless of the angle from which they are placed.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the distribution of the guide units 13 is also not limited, for example, for the first support plate 3 and the second support plate 4, the guide units 13 may be disposed at intervals, that is, a plurality of guide units 13 are disposed, and the plurality of guide units 13 are connected by other structures. For another example, the guide unit 13 may be provided only upstream of the storage passage, or the guide unit 13 may be provided both upstream of the storage passage and the storage passage.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the egg storage container further comprises a cover plate 2 and two side plates 1. The cover plate 2 is arranged above the first supporting plate 3; two curb plates 1 are located the both sides of apron 2 respectively, and apron 2, first backup pad 3 and second backup pad 4 are connected to curb plate 1 to form between apron 2, curb plate 1 and first backup pad 3 and deposit the passageway, form storage channel between curb plate 1, first backup pad 3 and second backup pad 4. Through the arrangement of the cover plate 2 and the side plate 1, a relatively closed storage channel and a storage channel can be formed, and further eggs in the storage channel and the storage channel are protected.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the egg storage container includes the cover plate 2, the storage passage defined by the cover plate 2, the side plate 1 and the first support plate 3 has the storage inlet 5. In one embodiment, the storage inlet 5 and the access outlet 6 are located on the same side, so that the storage channel of the egg storage container is approximately located right above the storage channel, and the occupied space of the egg storage container is saved.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the cover plate 2, the side plate 1, the first support plate 3 and the second support plate 4 are constructed as shown in fig. 1, but of course, the egg storage container may be formed by combining other components as long as the storage passage and the storage passage can be defined.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the egg storage container further comprises a first rib 9 and a second rib 11. A first rib 9 extends from the cover plate 2 towards the first support plate 3 for separating adjacent storage channels; the second ribs 11 extend from the first support plate 3 towards the second support plate 4 for separating adjacent storage channels. Through the arrangement of the first rib plate 9 and the second rib plate 11, the egg storage container can be provided with a plurality of storage channels and storage channels, so that the accommodating capacity of the egg storage container is ensured, and interference between adjacent channels is avoided.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the side plate 1 includes an escape hole 8. Specifically, the avoiding hole 8 includes a first avoiding hole and a second avoiding hole. The first avoidance hole is arranged corresponding to the storage channel and extends along the inclined direction of the storage channel; the bottom edge of the first avoidance hole is flush with the edge of the first support plate 3, and the maximum width of the first avoidance hole is smaller than a set size H; the second dodges the hole and corresponds the storage channel setting and extends along the incline direction of storage channel, and the bottom edge in hole and the marginal parallel and level of second backup pad 4 are dodged to the second, and the maximum width in hole is dodged to the second is less than and sets for size H. The set size H is determined by the eggs to be deposited.
Still taking the egg 7 as an example for explanation, when the egg 7 is placed in the channel, since the bottom edge of the first avoiding hole is flush with the edge of the first supporting plate 3, the lower part of the egg 7 is not blocked by the outside in the rolling process; the maximum width of the first avoidance hole is smaller than the set size H, so that the eggs 7 can be guaranteed to be limited to move in the channel, and the eggs 7 are prevented from entering other channels and rolling out of the channels from the side; moreover, the upper part of the egg 7 is acted by the upper edge of the first avoiding hole in the rolling process, and then an acting force is exerted on the egg 7, and the acting force can not only enable the egg 7 to change the rolling direction, but also prevent the egg 7 from being blocked and stopping or being incapable of continuously rolling in the rolling process. Taking the short axis of the egg 7 as an example, under the collision of the upper edge of the avoidance hole 8, the direction pointed by the short axis is constantly changed, which is beneficial for the egg 7 to slowly roll down along the inclined plane. Likewise, when the eggs 7 roll along the storage channel, the upper edge of the second avoiding hole will also give the eggs 7 a force actually contributing to the slow roll-off of the eggs 7.
In fig. 2, the side plate 1 is an integrated structure, and the first avoiding hole and the second avoiding hole are formed in the side plate 1. Of course, other structural forms may also be adopted, for example, two side plates 1 may be adopted, wherein a first avoidance hole is formed between one side plate 1 and the first support plate 3, and a second avoidance hole is formed between the other side plate 1 and the second avoidance hole, and the specific structural form is not limited.
In one embodiment, the set dimension H is greater than three quarters of the short axis of the eggs to be stored, i.e. the short axis of the eggs to be stored is taken as the set dimension. Likewise, the height of the storage aisles and storage aisles may be determined by the size of the eggs to be stored so as not to take up too much space while ensuring storage of the eggs.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the escape hole 8 may be formed between the first rib 9 and the first support plate 3, so that when eggs roll in a direction of the first rib 9 of the storage passage, the rolling direction of the eggs may be changed by the upper edge of the escape hole 8 between the first rib 9 and the first support plate 3. Similarly, a relief hole 8 may be formed between the second rib 11 and the second support plate 4, and when the eggs roll toward the second rib 11 of the storage passage, the rolling direction of the eggs may be changed by the upper edge of the relief hole 8 between the second rib 11 and the second support plate 4.
It is worth mentioning that except that the avoiding holes 8 are formed to change the rolling direction of the eggs, the stopping reversing pieces above the channel can be arranged at the positions close to the two sides of the width direction of the channel, the stopping reversing pieces have the function of applying acting force to the upper parts of the eggs, and further in the process of rolling the eggs, the eggs cannot be prevented from rolling, and the acting force is applied to the upper parts of the eggs, so that the eggs have the tendency of rolling towards the lower part and the side. For example, a force application plate extending in the channel inclination direction may be provided inside the side plate 1, and the edge of the force application plate may apply a force to the eggs during rolling of the eggs.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the end part of the first supporting plate 3 is connected with the first baffle plate 10, the first baffle plate 10 is positioned at the upstream of the storage channel, and the eggs are prevented from falling out by arranging the first baffle plate 10 to enable the eggs to enter the storage channel from the position of the first baffle plate 10.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the end of the second support plate 4 is connected to a second baffle 12, the second baffle 12 being located downstream of the storage channel. Through the arrangement of the second baffle plate 12, when eggs move along the storage channel, the eggs can contact the second baffle plate 12 when moving to the taking outlet 6, and then the eggs stop moving and stay at the taking outlet 6.
In one embodiment, the edge of the second baffle 12 away from the second support plate 4 is provided with a buffer layer to ensure that when eggs move to the edge of the second support plate 4, the eggs are decelerated and finally stopped by the buffer layer, thereby protecting the eggs.
According to an embodiment of the invention, a buffer may be provided at the transition junction of the storage channel and said storage channel. And then when eggs enter the storage channel from the storage channel, the egg protection function can be achieved under the action of the buffer piece, and the eggs can be smoothly transited between the upper layer channel and the lower layer channel.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the materials of the buffer member and the buffer layer are not limited, for example, any one of silica gel, sponge, foam, or the like may be used for the buffer member and the buffer layer, respectively.
The egg storage container according to the present invention is not limited in material, as long as it satisfies storage of eggs. In addition, the inclination of the storage aisles and storage aisles may take on a value between zero and ninety degrees.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the egg storage container comprises a back panel. In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the back panel, the cover plate 2 and the second support plate 4 are connected. Wherein the above-mentioned cushion member can be fixed between the back panel and the second support plate 4. Wherein, the buffer part can be arc-shaped and is convex towards the channel; of course, the curved buffer member may also be recessed toward the channel. When the arc-shaped buffer piece protrudes towards the channel, the buffer effect can be better; when the curved buffer member is recessed towards the channel, a guiding effect may be provided.
According to the egg storage container provided by the embodiment of the invention, a user is not required to place eggs according to a specified direction, so that the convenience of the user in placement is improved.
According to an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, a storage cabinet is provided, which comprises the egg storage container. The specific type of storage cabinet is not limited, for example, the storage cabinet may be a cabinet, a refrigerator, or any other product that may be configured with an egg storage container.
In one embodiment, when the storage cabinet is a refrigerator, the egg storage container may be secured within the cold storage compartment and above the shelf. In this case, the taking outlet 6 is located at the front side of the egg storage container (the front side is oriented in the same direction as the refrigerator, that is, the side close to the user is the front side) to facilitate the taking and placing of eggs. When the eggs are stored and taken, the eggs are put in from the storage channel, and are taken through the taking outlet 6 of the storage channel, so that the first-in first-out of the eggs can be ensured, and the freshness of the eggs is ensured.
According to the refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the invention, the egg storage container can be fixed on the door liner, and no matter how the egg storage container is installed, the eggs can be stored and taken when the door body is opened.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various combinations, modifications or equivalents may be made to the technical solution of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention, and the technical solution of the present invention is covered by the claims of the present invention.
