Abstract
The invention relates to a light guide combination with light uniformity, which comprises an LED light source, a first light guide and a second light guide, wherein the first light guide and the second light guide are arranged in a different surface mode, the projections of the first light guide and the second light guide on at least one plane are intersected, and light emitted by the LED light source is transmitted through the first light guide and the second light guide. The invention avoids the problem that the common intersecting light guide is easy to generate bright spots at the intersection, thereby improving the integral lighting uniformity; by adopting the light guide combination, the dark area at the intersection is made up without adding a triangular piece, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle lamps, in particular to a light guide combination with light uniformity.
Background
Light guides are increasingly being used in the design of vehicle light fixtures due to the ease of striping. When the vehicle lamp is designed in the whole automobile factory, the lamp model is not limited to a single light guide model, and various light guides with special models such as a complex C-shaped light guide or a round light guide are pursued.
Currently, there are mainly 2 of these types of specially shaped light guide designs:
(1) direct cross-type light guides, but bright spots are generated at the light guide cross positions, and the lighting appearance of the lamp is affected.
(2) The parallel light guide and the triangular piece are added, but the whole lightening effect of the model is not uniform, and the triangular piece has the problem of superbrightness.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a light guide combination with light uniformity, aiming at solving the problems that the lighting effect is not uniform and bright spots are generated in the current two light guide designs.
Preferably, the first light guide is S-shaped, the second light guide is linear, and the first light guide and the second light guide are combined to form a C-shape. Light guide one and light guide two do not intersect, but the projections intersect, so that bright spots are generated at the light guide intersections.
Further, the light inlet end of the first light guide is positioned below the light inlet end of the second light guide.
Preferably, the light inlet end of the first light guide is located above the light inlet end of the second light guide.
Furthermore, the LED light source comprises a first light source and a second light source, the first light source and the second light source are located on the same pcb, and light rays emitted by the first light source and the second light source are transmitted through the first light guide and the second light guide respectively.
Preferably, the light guide is made of a PC material or a PMMA material. The PC material or PMMA material light guide has good light guide performance.
Further, the light guide is fixed in the vehicle lamp by a light guide holder.
Has the advantages that: the invention avoids the problem that the common intersecting light guide is easy to generate bright spots at the intersection, thereby improving the integral lighting uniformity; by adopting the light guide combination, the dark area at the intersection is made up without adding a triangular piece, and the manufacturing cost is saved.

Example one
A light guide combination with light uniformity comprises an LED light source, a light guide I1 and a light guide II 2, wherein the light guide I1 and the light guide II 2 are arranged in a non-coplanar mode, the projections of the light guide I1 and the light guide II 2 at least on one plane are intersected, and light emitted by the LED light source is transmitted through the light guide I1 and the light guide II 2. The first light guide 1 and the second light guide 2 are in a linear shape, and the first light guide 1 and the second light guide 2 are different in surface, but the projections of the first light guide 1 and the second light guide 2 at least on one plane are intersected, so that the problem of bright spots easily generated at the intersection by adopting a common intersected light guide is avoided, and the uniformity of integral lighting can be realized.
The LED light source comprises a first light source and a second light source, the first light source and the second light source are located on the same pcb, and light rays emitted by the first light source and the second light source are transmitted through the first light guide 1 and the second light guide 2 respectively.
The material of the first light guide 1 and the second light guide 2 is PC material or PMMA material. The PC material or PMMA material light guide has good light guide performance. The first light guide 1 and the second light guide 2 are fixed in the car lamp through the light guide frame.
