A method for controlling a hydraulic system for a tractor plow depth, comprising the steps of: the tractor plow depth control hydraulic system comprises a speed regulation module, a pressure compensation module and a reversing module; the tractor oil pump is connected with the input end of the speed regulation module, the output end of the speed regulation module is connected with the input end of the reversing module, the output end of the speed regulation module is also connected with a rod cavity of the tractor plow depth control oil cylinder through a special valve group, a first port of the reversing module is connected with a rodless cavity of the tractor plow depth control oil cylinder, a second port of the reversing module is connected with the tractor oil tank, a pressure compensation module is provided with an oil way and is communicated with the first pressure sensing port with a pressure sensing function, the first pressure sensing port with the oil way is communicated with the input end of the speed regulation module, the second pressure sensing port with the pressure sensing function is connected with the output end of the speed regulation module, and the pressure compensation module is provided with the oil way communication function and is connected with the tractor oil tank; the speed regulation module is used for regulating the flow of hydraulic oil output by the tractor oil pump and passing through the speed regulation module, so as to further push the tractor plough depth control oil cylinder to rise and fall, and realize stepless speed regulation of the rising and falling actions of the tractor plough; the pressure compensation module is used for keeping the pressure difference between the input end and the output end of the speed regulation module constant so as to enable the flow rate of hydraulic oil output by the speed regulation module to be constant; the reversing module is used for controlling the flow direction of hydraulic oil, so as to control the hydraulic oil in the rod cavity and the rodless cavity of the tractor plow depth control oil cylinder to go in and out, and realize pushing the tractor plow depth control oil cylinder to rise and fall;
the method comprises the following steps of executing the following steps aiming at a tractor plow depth control hydraulic system to realize the control of the up-and-down movement of the tractor plow, wherein the speed regulating module is a proportional speed regulating valve (1), the pressure compensating module comprises a throttling piece (4) and a pressure compensating valve (5), and the reversing module comprises a first electromagnetic reversing valve (2) and a second electromagnetic reversing valve (3);
step A: when the tractor plow moves upwards, the tractor plow depth control hydraulic system receives comprehensive feedback of the tractor plow force and the tractor plow depth, controls the proportional speed regulating valve (1), the second electromagnetic directional valve (3) and the special valve group to be electrified, and controls the first electromagnetic directional valve (2) to be powered off; the oil inlet port to the oil outlet port of the proportional speed regulating valve (1) are conducted, the flow of hydraulic oil in the proportional speed regulating valve (1) is controlled based on comprehensive feedback of the plough force and the depth of the tractor, and the descending speed of the plough depth control oil cylinder of the tractor is further controlled; the oil inlet port to the oil outlet port of the second electromagnetic directional valve (3) are conducted; the oil inlet port to the oil outlet port of the special valve bank are conducted; closing and isolating an oil inlet port to an oil outlet port of the first electromagnetic directional valve (2);
based on the upward displacement of the tractor plow, hydraulic oil of a tractor oil pump enters a tractor plow depth control hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil enters a rod cavity of a tractor plow depth control oil cylinder through a proportional speed control valve (1) and a special valve group, the tractor plow depth control oil cylinder is pushed to descend to a position corresponding to the upward displacement of the tractor plow, hydraulic oil of a rodless cavity of the tractor plow depth control oil cylinder enters the tractor plow depth control hydraulic system, and the hydraulic oil enters a tractor oil tank through a second electromagnetic reversing valve (3), so that the tractor plow is moved upward for a set displacement;
step B, when the tractor plow moves downwards, the tractor plow depth control hydraulic system receives comprehensive feedback of the plow force and the depth of the tractor, controls the proportional speed regulating valve (1) and the first electromagnetic directional valve (2) to be electrified, and controls the second electromagnetic directional valve (3) and the special valve bank to be powered off; the oil inlet port of the proportional speed regulating valve (1) is conducted to the oil outlet port, and the flow of hydraulic oil in the proportional speed regulating valve (1) is controlled based on comprehensive feedback of the plough force and the depth of the tractor, so that the rising speed of the plough depth control oil cylinder of the tractor is controlled; controlling the flow of hydraulic oil in the proportional speed regulating valve (1); the oil inlet port to the oil outlet port of the first electromagnetic directional valve (2) are conducted; the oil inlet port to the oil outlet port of the second electromagnetic directional valve (3) are blocked in a sealing way; blocking and closing an oil inlet port to an oil outlet port of the special valve group;
based on the displacement of the tractor plow downward movement, hydraulic oil of a tractor oil pump enters a tractor control hydraulic system, and the hydraulic oil enters a rodless cavity of a tractor plow depth control oil cylinder through a proportional speed regulating valve (1) and a first electromagnetic reversing valve (2), so that the tractor plow depth control oil cylinder is pushed to rise to a corresponding position of the tractor plow upward movement displacement, and the hydraulic oil of a rod cavity of the tractor plow depth control oil cylinder enters a tractor oil tank through a special valve group, so that the tractor plow downward movement is set by displacement.

A method of tractor plow depth control hydraulic system according to claim 1, wherein: the throttling plate (4) buffers impact of an oil outlet port of the proportional speed regulating valve (1) on a second pressure sensing port of the pressure compensation valve (5), and the pressure compensation valve (5) ensures constant pressure difference between an oil inlet port and two ends of the oil outlet port of the proportional speed regulating valve (1) in the ascending and descending processes of the oil cylinder, so that the flow of hydraulic oil output by the proportional speed regulating valve (1) is constant.

A method of tractor plow depth control hydraulic system according to claim 1, wherein: the speed regulation module is a proportional speed regulation valve (1), an oil pump of the tractor is connected with an oil inlet port of the proportional speed regulation valve (1), and an oil outlet port of the proportional speed regulation valve (1) is respectively connected with an input end of the reversing module and a rod cavity of a plough depth control oil cylinder of the tractor.

A method of tractor plow depth control hydraulic system according to claim 1, wherein: the pressure compensation module comprises a pressure compensation valve (5) and a throttling plate (4), wherein the pressure compensation valve (5) is provided with an oil way communicated with a first pressure sensing port with a pressure sensing function and is connected with the input end of the speed regulation module, the pressure compensation valve (5) is provided with an oil way communicated with a second pressure sensing port with a pressure sensing function and is connected with the output end of the speed regulation module through the throttling plate (4), and the pressure compensation port of the pressure compensation valve (5) is connected with the tractor oil tank.

A method of tractor plow depth control hydraulic system according to claim 1, wherein: the reversing module comprises a first electromagnetic reversing valve (2) and a second electromagnetic reversing valve (3), wherein an oil inlet port of the first electromagnetic reversing valve (2) is connected with an output end of the speed regulating module, an oil outlet port of the first electromagnetic reversing valve (2) is used as a first port of the reversing module and is respectively connected with an oil inlet port of the second electromagnetic reversing valve (3) and a rodless cavity of the tractor plough depth control cylinder, and an oil outlet port of the second electromagnetic reversing valve (3) is used as a second port of the reversing module and is connected with the tractor oil tank.
