Background
At present, reinforced concrete columns have two construction modes: traditional cast in place and prefabricated assembly. The assembled reinforced concrete structure is one of the important directions of the development of the building structure in China, and is beneficial to the development of the industrialization of the building in China, the improvement of the production efficiency, the energy conservation, the development of green and environment-friendly buildings, and the improvement and the guarantee of the quality of the building engineering. In the assembly type concrete frame structure, the connection between the prefabricated columns is often related to the anti-seismic performance and the structural collapse resistance of the whole structure, and is the last defense line of the frame structure under the action of earthquake loads
The prior art has the following defects or problems:
1. the existing hoisting structure of the prefabricated column connecting structure mainly comprises two groups of hoisting rings, during hoisting, the prefabricated column is difficult to stabilize in the air, the single hoisting structure is not firm enough, and when the prefabricated column is large, the hoisting rings are difficult to hoist the prefabricated column, so that accidents are easy to happen;
2. the prefabricated post connection structure of current assembled lacks supplementary fixed knot structure, and is fixed with the cooperation of prefabricated basic unit when prefabricated post, then when pouring, does not have supplementary fixed knot structure and fixes in advance prefabricated post, and prefabricated post easily takes place the skew, and fixed effect is pour in the influence, makes the structure unstable.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an assembly type prefabricated column connecting structure aiming at the defects of the prior art so as to achieve the purposes of being stable in hoisting and capable of pre-fixing a prefabricated column during pouring.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an assembly type prefabricated column connecting structure comprises a prefabricated base layer, wherein a cement ground is arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated base layer, a prefabricated column is arranged at the top of the prefabricated base layer, a first reinforcing steel bar is arranged at the top of the prefabricated column, a prefabricated hole is arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated column, a grout outlet is arranged on one side of the top of the prefabricated hole, a grouting hole is arranged at the top of the grout outlet, a threaded hole is formed in the top of the grouting hole, a right-angle steel block is arranged at the top of the threaded hole, a first fixing bolt is arranged between the prefabricated column and the right-angle steel block, a first fixing plate is arranged at the bottom of the first fixing bolt, a second fixing bolt is arranged between the first fixing plate and the prefabricated column, a first hinged support is arranged on one side of the first fixing plate, a second fixing plate is arranged on the side edge of the prefabricated base layer, and a third fixing bolt is arranged between the second fixing plate and the prefabricated base layer, the top of the third fixing bolt is provided with a second hinged support, a supporting rod is arranged between the first hinged support and the second hinged support, and a second steel bar is arranged in the middle of the prefabricated base layer.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the models and the layouts of the first steel bars and the second steel bars are consistent, the number of the prefabricated holes is the same as that of the second steel bars, and the prefabricated holes are matched with the second steel bars.
According to the preferable technical scheme, the threaded holes are matched with the second fixing bolts, four groups of first fixing plates are arranged and evenly distributed on the surfaces of the four sides of the prefabricated column, and the first fixing plates and the threaded holes are arranged in an opposite position.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, four groups of right-angle steel blocks are uniformly distributed at the four right-angle sides of the prefabricated column, the prefabricated column and the right-angle steel blocks are fixed by a plurality of groups of first fixing bolts, and one end of each first fixing bolt is provided with a lifting rope fixing groove.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the second fixing plates are four groups and are uniformly distributed on four sides of the prefabricated base layer.
As a preferable technical scheme of the present invention, the second fixing plate is fixed to the cement ground by a third fixing bolt, and the first hinged support and the second hinged support are arranged in an aligned manner.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, three groups of circular through holes are arranged on two right-angle sides of the right-angle steel block, and the inner diameter size of each circular through hole is matched with the outer diameter size of the first fixing bolt.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides an assembly type prefabricated column connecting structure which has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the prefabricated column connecting structure, the right-angle steel and the first fixing bolts are arranged, when the prefabricated column is lifted, the lifting rope and the first fixing bolts on the right-angle steel are wound and fixed in a crossed mode along the lifting rope fixing grooves, and the four groups of right-angle steel are designed, so that the prefabricated column is lifted more stably;
2. this prefabricated post connection structure of assembled, through setting up the bracing piece, cooperation fixed plate and hinged-support's use, four group's bracing pieces support prefabricated post four sides, and it is pre-fixed to the prefabricated post when conveniently pouring, prevents that the prefabricated post from taking place the skew, makes the structure more stable.

The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: according to the prefabricated column connecting structure, the right-angle steel block 9 and the first fixing bolt 10 are arranged, when the prefabricated column connecting structure is lifted, a lifting rope and the first fixing bolt 10 on the right-angle steel block 9 are wound and fixed in a crossed mode along a lifting rope fixing groove, and the prefabricated column 3 is lifted more stably due to the design of four groups of right-angle steel blocks 9; through setting up bracing piece 17, the use of cooperation first fixed plate 11, first hinged-support 13 and second fixed plate 14, second hinged-support 16, four groups of bracing pieces 17 support prefabricated post 3 four sides, and it is fixed in advance to carry out prefabricated post 3 when conveniently pouring, prevents that prefabricated post 3 from taking place the skew, makes the structure more stable.
