Technical Field
The present invention relates to a shower device with a shower head/shower head. Such shower devices may be used in shower stalls or bathtubs, which are particularly useful for personal body cleaning.
Background
The shower device can have a shower rod, by means of which the shower head can be fixed on the wall. The shower head can be designed as an overhead shower head of the type in which the spray jet is directed from above to the user of the shower when showering, and/or as a hand-held shower head which can be held by the user when showering. The fixing of the spray head bar on the wall can be effected by at least one fixing element, which can be screwed, for example, to the wall. Shower devices of this type are known in which at least one fixing element is rigidly connected to the spray head rod. A disadvantage of this shower device is that the fastening element may not be fastened to the wall at the desired position or height. Thus, shower devices are known in which at least one fixing element can be adjusted along the spray head rod. However, these shower devices have the disadvantage that tools are required for adjusting the fastening element, which leads to increased installation outlay and to an increased risk of the shower device being damaged when coming into contact with the tools.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to at least partially solve the problems described with reference to the prior art and in particular to provide a shower device whose fastening element can be adjusted with little installation effort.
This object is achieved with a shower device according to the features of the independent claim. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are given in the dependent claims. It is to be noted that the features listed individually in the dependent claims can be combined with one another in any technically meaningful way and define further embodiments of the invention. a fixing element for fixing the spray head rod on the support, wherein the fixing element has a rotary handle which in a locking position fixes the spray head rod in the receptacle of the fixing element and in a release position releases the fixing element in the receptacle, so that the spray head rod can be adjusted in the receptacle relative to the fixing element.
Shower devices are particularly useful in shower stalls or bathtubs. Such shower or bath tubs may be used by a user, in particular for body care purposes or for therapeutic applications. For this reason, showers or bathtubs are often provided in sanitary installations, for example bathrooms. In addition, showers or bathtubs may also be used in facilities having bathing facilities, such as saunas, massage bathrooms, swimming pools, and the like. The shower apparatus comprises at least one shower head. The shower head is, for example, a head-top shower head or a hand-held shower head. The shower head is used for delivering liquid, in particular water. The shower equipment comprises a spray head rod, and the bathroom spray head is fixed on the spray head rod. The shower head can be fixed to the head rod in a rigid, fixed, detachable, plug-in, clampable, movable and/or height-adjustable manner. Furthermore, the liquid can be guided to the shower head by means of a head rod. For this purpose, the spray head rod can be at least partially tubular and/or communicate with the liquid supply line of the shower head. In addition, the nozzle rod can connect the bathroom nozzle with the bathroom accessories. The sanitary fitting can be used in particular for mixing cold water and hot water to form mixed water having a desired mixed water temperature. For this purpose, the sanitary fitting can in particular have a mixing valve or thermostatic mixing valve. Furthermore, the sanitary fitting can comprise in particular at least one operating element for adjusting a desired mixed water temperature and/or for controlling the output of the mixed water.
Furthermore, the shower device has at least one fastening element for fastening the spray head rod to the support. For example, the shower device may also comprise a plurality of fixing elements, for example two or three fixing elements. Furthermore, the sanitary fitting can also be used as a fixing element. The support may in particular be a wall, for example in the form of a building wall or a shower wall. The support element has in particular a (substantially) vertical course. The fastening element can be connected to the support, for example, by a screw connection and/or an adhesive connection. Furthermore, the spray head rod can be fastened to the support, in particular at least partially vertically, by means of at least one fastening element. The fixing element has a receptacle for the spray head stem. The receiving portion may be an opening and/or a hole, in particular. The shower rod can in particular extend through the receptacle, in particular when the shower device is in the installed state. The fixing element can be fixed in the receptacle by means of a rotary handle. For this purpose, the rotary handle can be pivoted, in particular clockwise, about the axis of rotation into the closed position. The rotary handle is in particular designed such that it can be turned by hand into the locking position. Thus, the nozzle rod can be fixed in the receptacle without tools. For this purpose, the rotary handle can be at least partially configured in a cylindrical and/or hood-shaped manner, for example. Furthermore, the rotary handle can be at least partially made of plastic or metal and/or have a chrome-plated surface. Furthermore, the rotary handle can be rotated, in particular counterclockwise, about the axis of rotation into a release position in which the spray head lever in the receptacle is released. In the release position, the fixing element can be adjusted to a desired position along the longitudinal axis of the spray head wand and can be fixed to the spray head wand again by rotating the rotary handle into the blocking position. For example, the swing handle may be covered by a covering such that the swing handle is not visible and/or accessible. The cover can be configured, for example, according to the type of cover.
The spray head stem can be clamped in the receptacle by means of a rotary handle. This means in particular that the spray head rod is fixed in the receptacle in a friction-locking manner.
The clamping element can be adjusted by rotating the handle in order to fixedly clamp the spray head rod in the receptacle. For this purpose, the clamping element can be moved into the locking position, in particular in the direction of the receptacle, when the rotary handle is rotated, and/or the clamping element can be moved into the release position, in particular from the receptacle, when the rotary handle is rotated. The clamping element may be formed at least partially of rubber and/or may have a coating formed at least partially of rubber.
The rotary handle and the clamping element can be connected to one another by means of a plug connection. For this purpose, the clamping element can have a pin or hub which is inserted into a rotary handle opening of the rotary handle.
The turning handle may be connected to the fixing element by means of a screw thread. This can mean, in particular, that the rotary handle is configured in the manner of a (hand-operated) screw. The rotary handle can thus be adjusted in particular relative to the fastening element.
The position of the receptacle on the fixing element can be changed, so that the distance between the spray head rod and the support can be adjusted. The position of the receptacle can vary in particular along the longitudinal axis of the fixing element. This makes it possible in particular to achieve a depth adjustment.
The length of the fixation element may be adjustable. This may particularly mean that the fixing element can be shortened and/or lengthened parallel to its longitudinal axis.
The receptacle can be formed on a functional part of the fastening element, which is screwed to the wall element of the fastening element. The functional component may be at least partially made of plastic and/or metal. The wall element is in particular a component by means of which the fastening element can be fastened to the support. The wall element can likewise be at least partially made of plastic and/or metal. Furthermore, the wall element can be at least partially tubular and/or have a tubular section. Furthermore, the wall element can be designed in the manner of a wall plate and/or have a disk-shaped section. The wall element can be fixed to the support, for example, by a screw connection and/or an adhesive connection. For example, the wall element may have at least one opening or hole for a screw. For example, the opening may be embodied as a central bore which is embodied coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the fixing element and/or the rotational axis of the rotary handle. In order to fix the fastening element on the support, the rotary handle can be unscrewed from the fastening element and the clamping element can be removed, for example, so that the screw can then be guided through the functional component together with the screwdriver. Alternatively, a plurality of circumferential bores for the screws, for example three, four or five circumferential bores, can also be provided in the wall element. A thread can be formed between the wall element and the functional component, so that the wall element can be screwed in particular into the functional component. Furthermore, the wall element can be covered, in particular at least partially, by the cover. For this purpose, the cover can be connected to the wall element, in particular by screwing. The cover can be constructed at least partially of plastic and/or metal. Furthermore, the cover can have a chrome-plated surface at least in part. Furthermore, the functional component can be covered at least partially by the cover sleeve. The cover sleeve can be made at least partially of plastic and/or metal. Furthermore, the cover sleeve may have a chrome-plated surface in part.
The functional component can be at least partially tubular.
The functional component can be fixed to the wall element by means of a locking nut. In particular, this makes it possible to compensate for the play between the flanks of the thread between the functional part and the wall element, so that the functional part and the wall element can be connected to one another in particular without play.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a side view of a shower device 1. Shower device 1 comprises a nozzle rod 3, to which a first shower head 2 according to the overhead shower type and a second shower head 16 according to the handheld shower type are fixed. Both sanitary spray heads 2, 16 serve to output a not shown liquid for a human shower. For this purpose, the first shower head 2 is connected in a fluid-conducting manner via a head rod 3 and the second shower head 16 via a shower hose 17 (only partially shown) to a sanitary fitting 18, by means of which cold water and hot water can be mixed to form mixed water having a desired mixed water temperature. The shower device 1 has a fastening element 4, by means of which the spray head rod 3 is fastened to the support 5. Here, the support 5 is a building wall.
Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section through the fastening element 4. The fastening element 4 has a receptacle 7 for the spray head rod 3 shown in fig. 1. The receiving means 7 is designed here in the form of a through-hole which extends through the cover sleeve 19 and the functional part 13 of the fastening element 4. The receiving portion 7 has a central axis 29. The functional part 13 is tubular in configuration and extends along a longitudinal axis 20. At the longitudinal side end 21 of the functional part 13, the rotary handle 6 is connected to the functional part 13 by means of a first thread 10. The rotary handle 6 can be rotated about a rotational axis 22, which extends coaxially with the longitudinal axis 20, between a locking position and a release position. By turning the rotary handle 6 into the closed position, the clamping element 8 with the rotary handle 6 is displaced in the direction of the receptacle 7, so that the spray head wand 3 shown in fig. 1 is clamped securely in the receptacle 7. For this purpose, the clamping element 8 is connected to the rotary handle 6 by means of a plug connection 9. By rotating the rotary handle 6 to the release position, the clamping member 8 is moved away from the receiving portion 7 together with the rotary handle 6, thereby releasing the head rod 3 in the receiving portion 7. The fixing element 4 can thus be adjusted to the desired position along the spray head rod 3 and can be fixed there again by turning the rotary handle 6 into the locking position.
The functional part 13 is connected to the wall element 14 by means of a second thread 23. The wall element 14 comprises a disk-shaped section 25 which is oriented perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis 20 and with which the fastening element 4 can be fastened to the support 5 shown in fig. 1. For this purpose, the disk-shaped section 25 has an opening 26 for a screw, not shown here. The cover 24 is fastened to the circumferential surface 27 of the disk section 25 by means of a third thread 28, which covers the disk section 25 in the assembled state of the fastening element 4. The wall element 14 can be screwed into the functional part or out of the functional part 13 about the axis of rotation 22 by means of the second thread 23, so that the length 12 of the fastening element 4 can be adjusted. The length 12 is measured from a fastening side 30, with which the fastening element 4 can be fastened to the support 5 shown in fig. 1, up to the center axis 29 of the receptacle 7. If the desired length 12 is reached, the union nut 15 on the second thread 23 can be screwed onto the functional part 13, so that the wall element 14 and the functional part 13 are connected to one another without play. By varying the length 12 of the fixing element 4, it is possible to set the spacing between the spray head wand 3 (the spray head wand longitudinal axis) and the support 5 shown in fig. 1 or the spacing 11 between the central axis 29 of the receptacle 7 of the fixing element 4 and the support 5.
By means of the invention, the fixing element can be adjusted along the spray head rod with low installation effort.
