After the carrier vehicle carries the mobile tunnel work protection device to the destination, the first leg 21 is extended to support the frame 20 and the box 10 until the frame 20 is above the vehicle off the vehicle, as shown in fig. 6. The vehicle may then be released from the frame 20, completing the unloading maneuver.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the mobile tunnel work protection apparatus in an operating state. The operation of the mobile tunnel operation protection device will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1, 6 and 7.
In a normal state, as shown in fig. 1, the case 10 is turned to be overlapped with the longitudinal direction of the frame 20, the first leg 21 is in a contracted state, and the frame 20 is located on a vehicle, and can be moved to a place of the tunnel 30 where work is required by the vehicle.
After the vehicle moves to the destination, as shown in fig. 6, the first leg 21 is extended to the ground, and the roof support frame 20 and the box 10 are lifted away from the vehicle, so that the vehicle can be opened, and the unloading operation of the mobile tunnel work protection device is completed.
As shown in fig. 7, when the first leg 21 is extended to the ground to prop the frame 20, the frame 20 extends in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel 30 and is located on the side of the tunnel 30. Then, the case 10 is rotated by the rotating disc 11 to a position crossing the tunnel 30, and is substantially perpendicular to the vehicle frame 20. In some embodiments, the box 10 may also be angled relative to the frame 20 as the case may be. Meanwhile, the roll-over panel 14 is turned over until the outer panel 142 is in a horizontal state, the inner panel 141 is in a vertical state, and the through hole 13 is in an open state. At this time, the through hole 13 of the box 10 is communicated with the tunnel 30, the box 10 forms a protection space on the working site of the tunnel 30, the operator can work in the tunnel 30, and the box 10 plays roles of wind prevention and shielding.
The above-mentioned portable tunnel operation protective device carries the box 10 through frame 20, and after frame 20 moves to the tunnel 30 vicinity of waiting to be operated, box 10 rotates to crossing tunnel 30 along the width direction of tunnel 30 relative to frame 20 for box 10 can communicate with tunnel 30 through the through-hole 13 of bottom surface, forms the guard area in the region of tunnel 30 operation, so that the staff maintains the operation in tunnel 30.
