Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the rotating cylinder 252 is rotatably connected with a rotating rod 254, one end of the rotating rod 254 is fixedly connected with a second gear 2541, the second gear 2541 is in meshing transmission with a first gear 2512, the other end of the rotating rod 254 is fixedly connected with a fixing rod 2542, two ends of the fixing rod 2542 are slidably connected to the lifting groove 2532, the second gear 2541 is bolted to one end of the rotating rod 254, and the fixing rod 2542 is welded and fixed to the other end of the rotating rod 254.
