Description

Storage tank and storage system capable of effectively reducing pollutant emission
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of environmental protection and energy conservation, in particular to a storage tank and a storage system for chemicals and oil products, which can effectively reduce the emission of pollutants.
Background
During storage and transportation of oil and chemicals, large amounts of oil and gas or Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are lost. Not only wastes a large amount of oil gas resources, but also pollutes the environment and influences the health of operators and surrounding environment personnel. Traditionally, for oil and organic chemical storage tanks with high vapor pressure, a floating plate is installed in the tank to build an external floating roof tank or an internal floating roof tank to control the discharge of VOCs. The floating plate is arranged to meet the discharge requirement, and the outer floating roof or the inner floating roof tank is usually subjected to closed air entraining treatment, so that the introduced gas is subjected to VOCs recovery or high-temperature oxidation treatment. The recovery technology comprises a condensation method, an absorption method, an adsorption method, a combined process thereof and the like. The high-temperature oxidation method comprises catalytic oxidation, regenerative oxidation, thermal oxidation and the like.
CN201010222137.3 discloses a method for treating foul waste gas discharged from a storage tank, wherein the waste gas discharged from the storage tank is introduced into a waste gas treatment device, when the waste gas treatment device operates, the waste gas firstly passes through a low-temperature absorption tower, and the waste gas is absorbed by distillate oil to purify most of hydrocarbons and most of organic sulfides; the waste gas passing through the absorption tower enters a loop desulfurization reactor for purification, and the purified gas passing through the loop desulfurization reactor is discharged by an exhaust funnel. The invention has the advantages of simple process, easy obtaining of the absorbent, high purification efficiency and the like. Is suitable for treating various chemical storage tank respiratory gases. However, the method for treating the storage tank exhaust gas has the problems of large device investment, substandard purified gas and the like.
CN200910011767.3 discloses a storage tank for reducing exhaust emission, which comprises a tank body, wherein the upper part inside the tank body is a gas phase space, the top inside the tank body is provided with a temperature control system, the temperature control system comprises an air conditioner system and a control device, the air conditioner system can refrigerate and heat and is divided into an in-tank machine and an out-tank machine, the control device detects the temperature of the gas phase space inside the storage tank, and the control device adjusts the operation of the air conditioner according to the comparison between the detected gas phase space temperature and the set control temperature of the gas phase space inside the storage tank. The storage tank can reduce or eliminate the phenomena of air suction and exhaust caused by the change of the gas phase temperature in the storage tank due to the change of the environmental temperature, greatly reduce the discharge amount of waste gas of the storage tank, and particularly can greatly reduce the discharge amount of the waste gas caused by small breath; in addition, the method has the biggest problem that the problem of exhaust gas generated in the process of large breath of the storage tank cannot be solved.
ZL 200820012769.5 discloses an elasticity breathing gas storehouse, and elasticity breathing gas storehouse bottom is seal structure, and fixed seal structure upper portion sets up sealed soft material air pocket, and the air pocket outside sets up the protection screen panel, and the air pocket hugs closely at the protection screen panel inner wall when the air pocket is inflated, and the protection screen panel is as an organic whole with bottom fixed seal structure fixed connection. The utility model is used for the storage tank district can effectively reduce exhaust emission and reduce the protection gas quantity simultaneously. But this elasticity breathing gas storehouse sets up in the storage tank district, and the elasticity breathing gas storehouse exists and takes up an area of greatly, and its wind load also influences the safe normal use of elasticity breathing gas storehouse.
The existing storage tank is mainly a vault tank, an inner floating roof tank and an outer floating roof tank, air suction and exhaust processes exist in the storage tank breathing process, the storage tank has the phenomenon of pollutant discharge, the discharged gas needs to be subjected to standard treatment, and the problems of more complex treatment process, high treatment cost and the like exist. In addition, in order to intensively treat the storage tank exhaust gas, the storage tank gas phase space needs to be communicated, so that the safety problem of the tank field needs to be considered when the exhaust gas is intensively treated.

As shown in fig. 1, the storage tank of the present invention includes a case 1, and a floating plate 3 and an inner bag 2 are provided inside the case 1. The inner air bag 2 is positioned above the floating plate 3, and the bottom of the air bag is fixed on the floating plate. The diameter of the inner air bag is consistent with that of the floating plate. The bottom of the inner air bag 2 penetrates through the floating disc and is provided with an air interface 9. The upper or top portion of the housing 1 is provided with a pressure monitoring system 5. The shell 1 is also provided with a tank wall air interface 10, and the tank wall air interface 10 is communicated with an air interface 9 at the bottom of the air bag through a hose 4. The diameter of the floating plate 3 is slightly smaller than that of the shell 1. Air can be introduced into or discharged from the inner airbag through the tank wall air connection 10, the hose 4 and the air connection 9, so that the gas filling amount of the inner airbag 2 can be controlled.
The floating plate 3, the inner air bag 2 and the housing 1 divide the space in the tank into three regions: a region a below the floating plate 3, a region B inside the inner bag 2, and a region C between the housing 1 and the inner bag 2.
As shown in fig. 1, the storage system of the present invention comprises an energy-saving storage tank, a control module 8, an intake air blower 7 and an exhaust valve 6. The pressure monitoring system 5, the air inlet fan 7 and the exhaust valve 6 form a control module 8.
With reference to fig. 1, the working process of the storage system of the present invention is as follows:
when the volume of oil in the area A in the storage tank is increased, the floating disc 3 rises, the gas pressure in the area C is increased, or the gas pressure in the area C is increased due to the temperature rise in the storage tank; when the pressure in the area C increases to the exhaust pressure value, the control module 8 opens the exhaust valve 6, and the air in the area B in the air bag is exhausted to the atmosphere through the air interface 9 at the bottom of the air bag, the hose 4, the air interface 10 at the wall of the air bag and the exhaust valve 6. When zone C is vented so that its pressure drops to a steady pressure, the control module 8 commands the exhaust valve 6 to close. The exhaust pressure value of the control module 8 can be set to any value between 0.8kPa and 1.2kPa, and the stable pressure value can be set to any value between 0.4kPa and 0.7 kPa.
When the gas pressure in the area C in the storage tank is reduced to the suction pressure value, the control module 8 starts the air inlet fan 7 to send the hollow gas to the area B in the air bag 2; at this time, the pressure in the area B increases, the space in the area C decreases, the gas pressure increases, and when the gas pressure in the area C increases to a stable pressure, the control module 8 turns off the air inlet fan 7. The air suction pressure value of the control module 8 can be set to any value between 0kPa and 0.2 kPa.
The storage tank and the storage system for effectively reducing pollutant emission basically cannot emit pollutants to the environment, and have the advantages of safety, reliability, simple equipment and the like.
