Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic film roll packaging machine, which integrates a film coating mechanism and a heat sealing mechanism together, changes the heating mode of the heat sealing mechanism, changes direct heating into indirect heating, is beneficial to uniform heating of a food box and has better protection effect on small packages of internal food.

Background
In the food production process, after the food is boxed or boxed, a layer of film is generally required to be sleeved on the outside, so that the safety of the food is improved, the risk of food pollution is reduced, and the food boxing box also has the effect of beautifying the appearance.
The existing equipment for sleeving the film is mainly a film roll packaging machine, but the equipment is mainly semi-automatic equipment, namely, the processes of sleeving the film and heat sealing are separated, manual transfer is needed, and the efficiency is low; some assembly line operation modes require large-scale tracks, and equipment is high in price and occupies a large area; meanwhile, the existing heat sealing equipment is of an upper heating type and generally directly heats, the temperature of the top of the food box is high, and small food packages are easily cracked due to uneven heating.
Therefore, there is a need for an automatic film roll wrapping machine that solves the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses an automatic film roll packaging machine, which integrates a film coating mechanism and a heat sealing mechanism together, changes the heating mode of the heat sealing mechanism, changes direct heating into indirect heating, is beneficial to uniform heating of a food box and has better protection effect on small packages of internal food.
An automatic film roll packaging machine comprises a conveying table 1, wherein the conveying table 1 penetrates through a film laminating mechanism 2, an upper film positioning roller 3 and an upper film conveying combined roller 4 are arranged above the film laminating mechanism 2, and a lower film positioning roller 5 and a lower film conveying combined roller 6 are arranged below the film laminating mechanism 2; the middle part of the conveying table 1 close to the upper film conveying combined roller 4 is provided with a groove, the top of the film laminating mechanism 2 is connected with a cylinder 7, and the cylinder 7 is connected with a heating cutting frame 9 through a telescopic rod 8; carry and install heat-seal machine 10 on 1 back half section of platform, heat-seal machine 10 is separated for heating chamber 12 and heat-seal chamber 13 by middle division board 11, install a plurality of heaters 14 on the middle division board 11, set up a plurality of air outlets 15 on the middle division board 11.

3. the arrangement of the gas dispersion cover is beneficial to the uniform distribution of hot air, so that the whole food box can be uniformly heated;
4. the arrangement of the circulating fan is beneficial to the cyclic utilization of hot air, the escape amount of the hot air at two ends is reduced, and the utilization rate of energy is improved;
5. the arc-shaped plate is beneficial to converting the circulating hot air led out by the circulating air outlet pipe from a vertical flow direction into a transverse flow direction, so that the circulating hot air is uniformly heated by each heater, the uniformity of the air temperature in the heating cavity is improved, and local backflow and overheating are prevented.

As shown in fig. 1, an automatic film roll packaging machine comprises a conveying table 1, wherein the conveying table 1 penetrates through a film laminating mechanism 2, an upper film positioning roller 3 and an upper film conveying combined roller 4 are arranged above the film laminating mechanism 2, and a lower film positioning roller 5 and a lower film conveying combined roller 6 are arranged below the film laminating mechanism 2; the middle part of the conveying table 1 close to the upper film conveying combined roller 4 is provided with a groove, the top of the film covering mechanism 2 is connected with a cylinder 7, and the cylinder 7 is connected with a heating cutting frame 9 through a telescopic rod 8; a heat-sealing mechanism 10 is arranged on the rear half section of the conveying table 1, the heat-sealing mechanism 10 is divided into a heating cavity 12 and a heat-sealing cavity 13 by a middle partition plate 11, a plurality of heaters 14 are arranged on the middle partition plate 11, and a plurality of air outlets 15 are formed in the middle partition plate 11; the air outlet 15 is connected with an air dispersing cover 16, the air dispersing cover 16 comprises an air duct 161 and a hemispherical cover 162, and the hemispherical cover 162 is provided with a plurality of dispersing holes 163, as shown in fig. 3; two ends of the middle isolation plate 11 are respectively provided with a circulating fan 17, and the circulating fans 17 are used for air inlet through a circulating air inlet pipe 18 penetrating through the middle isolation plate 11 and air outlet through a circulating air outlet pipe 19; an arc-shaped plate 20 is arranged at the corner of the heating cavity 12 above the circulating air outlet pipe 19; the support legs 21 are installed below the conveying table 1.
When the automatic film roll packaging machine is started to work, the lower film penetrates through the middle slotted part of the conveying table and is connected with the upper film in a heat-sealing mode; conveying the food boxes on a conveying table to enter a film laminating mechanism, wrapping the food boxes by an upper film and a lower film, and then fully coating the food boxes under the action of a heating cutting frame; and then enters a heat sealing cavity of the heat sealing mechanism for heat sealing.
Air is heated in the heating cavity of the heat-sealing mechanism, under the action of the circulating fan, hot air enters the heat-sealing cavity through the air outlet and the air dispersion cover, is drawn back into the heating cavity by the circulating fan near the inlet and the outlet of the heat-sealing mechanism, is reflected by the arc-shaped plate and is reheated by the heater.
