the clamping positioning device further comprises a plurality of detection measuring tools (5) with different lengths, the second positioning elements (3) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the detection measuring tools (5) and are fixedly connected, and the positioning base (1) is provided with a plurality of second mounting grooves (12) which are used for being arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the detection measuring tools (5) along the horizontal direction and are used for mounting the second positioning elements (3).

The clamping and positioning device for welding a spray gun according to claim 4, wherein the pressing piece (6) comprises two supporting legs vertically arranged on two opposite sides of the positioning base (1), a connecting block (62) arranged between the two supporting legs, and a pressing bolt (63) penetrating through the connecting block (62) and in threaded connection with the connecting block (62) and used for pressing a gun body vertically downwards to position the spray gun.

The clamping and positioning device for welding a spray gun according to claim 5, wherein the support legs (61) are provided with third mounting grooves, the third mounting grooves are kidney-shaped grooves distributed vertically, the pressing piece (6) further comprises fixing screws (64) which are sequentially arranged in the two third mounting grooves in a penetrating manner in the horizontal direction and are used for fixing the pressing piece (6) in the horizontal direction, and fixing nuts (65) which are in threaded connection with the fixing screws (64) and are used for pressing the support legs (61) through rotation so as to fix the fixing screws (64) on the support legs (61).

The clamping and positioning device for welding a spray gun according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the end surface of the positioning base (1) in the horizontal direction is closely attached to the end surface of the third positioning member (4), and the clamping and positioning device further comprises a fixing screw penetrating through the third positioning member (4) and in threaded connection with the positioning base (1) for fixing the third positioning member (4) to the positioning base (1).

Clamping and positioning device for welding of spray guns according to any of the claims 1-6, characterized in that a plurality of support blocks (13) for vertically supporting the positioning base (1) to provide an assembly space for mounting the first positioning member (2) and the second positioning member (3) are arranged at intervals of the bottom of the positioning base (1).
