2. The highly protective automotive parts stamping apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein: the moving assembly (88) comprises:
two guide rails (881) respectively fixedly connected to the left and right ends of the lower surface of the oil tank (82);
a slide block (882) which can be inserted into the inner cavity of the guide rail (881) in a front-back sliding manner;
a mounting plate (883) mounted to the inner front end of the slider (882);
the second hydraulic cylinder (884) is arranged at the center of the lower surface of the oil tank (82) and is electrically connected with the controller (84), and the output end of the second hydraulic cylinder (884) is arranged at the rear side of the mounting plate (883);
the photoelectric sensor (885) is arranged at the center of the front side of the mounting plate (883) and is electrically connected with the controller (84);
the number of the oil spray nozzles (886) is two, the oil spray nozzles are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the upper surface of the mounting plate (883), and the oil spray nozzles (886) are connected with the tee joint (87) through oil pipes.
3. The highly protective automobile part stamping apparatus as recited in claim 2, wherein: the oil nozzle (886) is positioned at the bottom end of the punch head (6).
4. The highly protective automotive parts stamping apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein: the guard mechanism (9) comprises:
a base (91) fixedly connected to the front side of the lifting seat (4);
two buffer assemblies (92) which are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the bottom of the base (91);
a baffle plate (93) mounted to a bottom end of the cushion assembly (92);
and the rubber pad (94) is adhered to the lower surface of the baffle (93).
5. The highly protective automobile part stamping apparatus as recited in claim 4, wherein: the baffle (93) is U-shaped, and the length of the baffle is the same as that of the rack (1).
6. The highly protective automobile part stamping apparatus as recited in claim 4, wherein: the cushioning assembly (92) includes:
the sleeve (921) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the base (91);
the spring (922) is inserted into the inner cavity of the sleeve (921);
and the telescopic rod (923) is inserted into the bottom end of the inner cavity of the sleeve (921) in a vertically sliding manner, and the bottom end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the rear side of the baffle plate (93).
7. The highly protective automobile part stamping apparatus as recited in claim 6, wherein: the top end of the telescopic rod (923) is provided with a stop block.
8. The stamping method of the highly protective automobile part stamping device according to claim 6, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, a die is installed on a rack (1), a metal plate to be punched is placed on the die, a lifting seat (4) is driven to move downwards along an upright post (3) through a first hydraulic oil cylinder (5), a punch (6) presses the metal plate in the die downwards to complete press forming, the lifting seat (4) moves upwards to return to an initial position, the photoelectric sensor (885) is triggered to send an electric signal to a counter (85) when the lifting seat (4) passes through the photoelectric sensor (885), and the counter (85) counts once;
secondly, counting the punching times of the punch (3) by a counter (85), when the punching count reaches a mineral oil supplementing node, sending an electric signal to a controller (84) by the counter (85), controlling a second hydraulic oil cylinder (884) and an oil pump (86) to work by the controller (84), driving a mounting plate (883) to move forwards by the second hydraulic oil cylinder (884) until an oil nozzle (886) moves to the position right below the punch (6), conveying mineral oil in an oil tank (82) to the oil nozzle (886) under the action of the suction force of the oil pump (86), spraying atomized mineral oil to the punch (6) by the oil nozzle (886), and lubricating the punch (6);
step three, when the punch (6) punches, the rubber pad (94) is in contact with the rack (1), the base (91) moves downwards under the driving of the lifting seat (4), the telescopic rod (923) moves towards the inside of the sleeve (921), so that the movement of the punch (6) is not obstructed, the baffle (93) blocks the exposed space during punching, and the metal plate is prevented from popping out to hurt people.
