Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a control method for a sleep-assisting blanket, which comprises the following steps in sequence:
step S1: establishing a corresponding table of the temperature H and the time point value B;
step S2: raising the temperature of the sleep-assisting blanket to a preset temperature A1;
step S3: cooling the temperature of the sleep-assisting blanket to a preset temperature A2;
step S4: acquiring a current time point value B;
step S5: obtaining a corresponding temperature H in the corresponding table of the step S1 according to the current time point value B, and changing the temperature of the sleep-assisting blanket to the temperature H;
step S6: the steps S4 to S5 are continuously repeated.
The control method for the sleep-assisting blanket can control the sleep-assisting blanket to be heated to a preset temperature A1 firstly, and then control the sleep-assisting blanket to be cooled to a preset temperature A2, so that the process that a user heats and cools firstly and then keeps the body temperature when falling asleep is realized by controlling the sleep-assisting blanket to heat and cool firstly, and the temperature regulation effect of bathing before the human body falls asleep is achieved, so that the user is prompted to fall asleep quickly, and the sleep-assisting effect is improved; moreover, after falling asleep, the control method for the sleep-assisting blanket can also obtain the current time point value B according to the established corresponding table of the temperature H and the time point value B, and then change the temperature of the sleep-assisting blanket to the temperature H corresponding to the current time point value B in the corresponding table (for example, increase or decrease the temperature of the sleep-assisting blanket to the temperature H corresponding to the current time point value B in the corresponding table), so that the temperature change of the sleep-assisting blanket is controlled to ensure the temperature change of the body of the user after falling asleep, thereby better maintaining the sleep of the user after falling asleep, ensuring that the user does not wake up in the middle of the night, further improving the sleep-assisting effect and further ensuring the sleep quality of the user. Wherein, the preset temperature A1 and the preset temperature A2 can be determined according to the temperature curve of the human body when falling asleep, and a corresponding table of the temperature H and the time point value B is established according to the temperature change curve of the human body after falling asleep; the scientific sleep aiding is realized, and the sleep quality of the user is further ensured.
In step S2, after the temperature of the sleep-assisting blanket is raised to the preset temperature a1, the sleep-assisting blanket is maintained at the preset temperature a1 for a time period T1, so as to ensure the temperature raising process of the user when the user falls asleep, and further prompt the user to fall asleep quickly through the process of raising the temperature first and then lowering the temperature and then maintaining the body temperature when the user falls asleep. The preset temperature A1 and the time length T1 can be determined according to the temperature curve of the human body when the human body falls asleep.
In step S3, the temperature of the sleep-assisting blanket is decreased to the preset temperature a2 for the preset time period T2, and is maintained for the time period T3. Of course, in other examples of the embodiment, the preset time period T2 may not be set during the process of cooling the sleep-assisting blanket to the preset temperature a 2. Preferably, the preset time duration T2 is set to ensure that the sleep-assisting blanket can realize rapid and accurate cooling within the preset time duration T2, so that after the temperature rise process when the user falls asleep, the stable temperature rise process of the user can be ensured, the user is prompted to fall asleep quickly, and the sleep-assisting effect is improved; in addition, in order to ensure that the sleep of the user is more stable, after the temperature is reduced to the preset temperature a2, the temperature is maintained for a time period T3. The preset temperature A2, the preset time length T2 and the time length T3 can be determined according to the temperature curve of the human body when the human body falls asleep.
In order to raise the temperature of the sleep-aid blanket, the present embodiment provides the following two schemes:
the first scheme is as follows: in step S2, a fluid with a temperature greater than or equal to a predetermined temperature a1 is introduced into the sleep-aid blanket, so that the fluid transfers heat to the sleep-aid blanket when flowing through the sleep-aid blanket, thereby promoting the temperature of the sleep-aid blanket to rise. Preferably, to ensure that the temperature of the fluid is greater than or equal to the preset temperature a1, in step S2, the fluid is heated by a PTC heater, a resistance wire heater, a graphene heater, or an electronic cooling sheet. Similarly, when the temperature of the sleep-aid blanket needs to be raised to the temperature H corresponding to the current time point B in the corresponding table in step S5, a fluid with a temperature greater than or equal to the temperature H is introduced into the sleep-aid blanket, so that the fluid transfers its heat to the sleep-aid blanket when flowing through the interior of the sleep-aid blanket, thereby promoting the temperature of the sleep-aid blanket to be raised. Preferably, to ensure that the temperature of the fluid is greater than or equal to the temperature H, the fluid is heated by a PTC heater, a resistance wire heater, a graphene heater, or an electronic cooling sheet in step S5. In the first scheme, referring to fig. 1, a heating member 63 (such as a PTC heater, a resistance wire heater, a graphene heater or an electronic refrigeration sheet) for heating is separated and independent from the sleep-assisting blanket and the human body, so that the safety factor during heating can be improved, the safety of a user is ensured, and the maintenance and replacement of the heating member 63 are more convenient.
Scheme II: in step S1, a heating member 63 (refer to fig. 2) is directly provided on the sleep-aid blanket, and the heating member 63 is preferably a resistance wire heater, a graphene heater, or an infrared heater; in this way, in step S2, the temperature of the sleep-assisting blanket is raised by heating the resistance wire heater, the graphene heater or the infrared heater; similarly, when the temperature of the sleep-aid blanket needs to be increased to the temperature H corresponding to the current time point value B in the corresponding table in step S5, the temperature of the sleep-aid blanket can be increased by heating the resistance wire heater, the graphene heater or the infrared heater. In the second scheme, as the heating member 63 (such as a resistance wire heater, a graphene heater or an infrared heater) is directly arranged on the sleeping aid blanket, the sleeping aid blanket and the temperature rise of the human body are more convenient and faster.
Wherein, in order to reduce the temperature of the sleep-assisting blanket, the embodiment provides the following scheme:
in step S3, a fluid with a temperature less than or equal to the preset temperature a2 is introduced into the sleep-assisting blanket, so that the fluid transfers a cold flow to the sleep-assisting blanket when flowing through the interior of the sleep-assisting blanket, thereby causing the sleep-assisting blanket to cool to the preset temperature a 2. Preferably, to ensure that the temperature of the fluid is less than or equal to the preset temperature a2, the fluid is cooled by an electronic cooling fin, a compressor, a water circulation or an air cooler, or naturally cooled in step S3. Similarly, when the temperature of the sleep-assisting blanket is required to be decreased to the temperature H corresponding to the current time point value B in the corresponding table in step S5, the fluid with the temperature less than or equal to the temperature H is introduced into the sleep-assisting blanket, so that the fluid is cold-fluid transferred to the sleep-assisting blanket when flowing through the interior of the sleep-assisting blanket, thereby further promoting the temperature of the sleep-assisting blanket to be decreased to the temperature H. Preferably, to ensure that the temperature of the fluid is less than or equal to the temperature H, the fluid is cooled by an electronic cooling fin, a compressor, a water circulation, or an air cooler, or naturally cooled in step S5. In the scheme, the refrigerating piece 64 (such as an electronic refrigerating piece, a compressor, a water circulation or an air cooler) with the refrigerating function is separated and independent from the sleeping aid blanket and the human body, so that the continuous cooling of the sleeping aid blanket can be effectively avoided, the sleeping aid blanket is accurately cooled to the preset temperature A2 or the preset temperature H, and the refrigerating piece 64 is more convenient to maintain and replace.
The preset temperature A1 is greater than the preset temperature A2, the preset temperature A1 is preferably 30-60 ℃, and the preset temperature A2 is preferably 24-36 ℃, so that the temperature required by a human body when falling asleep can be better adapted, and a user can be prompted to fall asleep more quickly.
The control method for the sleep-assisting blanket provided by this embodiment further includes step S7: the sleeping aid blanket is heated to a preset temperature A3 at a preset time point value. The preset time point value and the preset temperature a3 may be determined according to a sleep temperature profile of a human body to help a user wake up naturally by warming up a sleep aid blanket when the user is woken up. The predetermined temperature a3 is preferably 30 to 60 ℃.
