Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of heating appliances, and particularly relates to a filter tip device, an application and a use method thereof, and an aerosol generating system. The filter device includes: a filter body and a jaw disposed at a distal lip end of the filter body and extending axially; an axial airflow channel is arranged in the filter device main body. The invention provides a filter tip device independent of an aerosol generating product and an aerosol generating device, which is provided with a claw with a barb, can hold the aerosol generating product from the periphery or be inserted into the aerosol generating product, and plays roles of cooling, filtering, increasing aroma and the like on the aerosol during suction.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of heating appliances, and particularly relates to a filter device, an application and a using method thereof, and an aerosol generating system.
Background
In the prior art of aerosol generation, the aerosol-generating article is of at least a three-part construction: a smoking section, a cavity section and a filter section. This increases the overall length and production cost of the aerosol-generating article. Some are designed in aerosol-generating devices to match the use of a smoking segment or cartridge, but because the cavity and filter segments are longer, the overall length and production cost of the aerosol-generating device is also increased. Furthermore, the cavity and filter segments are not conveniently designed for disassembly in the aerosol-generating device due to the need for frequent replacement and cleaning.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides, in a first aspect, a filter device comprising: a filter body and a jaw 7 disposed at a distal lip end of the filter body and extending axially;
an axial airflow channel 2 is arranged in the filter device main body and used for realizing the circulation of smoke.
Preferably, the jaws 7 are barbed jaws in order to achieve extraction of the aerosol-generating article.
Of course, the claws 7 may be provided with no barbs, and the aerosol-generating article may be manually removed or poured out after the aerosol-generating article has been smoked.
Preferably, the filter device body comprises: a proximal lip filter segment 3 and a distal lip filter segment 6; wherein the distal lip filter segment 3 and/or the distal lip filter segment 6 has a cavity in communication with the axial airflow passage. The inner diameter of the cavity is larger than the inner diameter of the axial airflow channel. More preferably, the cavity is a tapered cavity 9. The closer the tapered cavity 9 is to the claw 7, the larger the inner diameter of the cavity is. The tapered cavity 9 functions as: cooling the flue gas and gathering the flue gas.
Preferably, a filler chamber 4 is provided in the body of the filter device, communicating with the axial airflow channel 2, for filling the filtering or flavouring means.
Preferably, the proximal lip filter segment 3 and the distal lip filter segment 6 are detachably coupled or integrally coupled.
Preferably, the filter device body outer wall has an outer diameter enlargement 5 or outer flange. The outer diameter enlargement 5 or outer flange is for fitting with an aerosol generating device.
Preferably, the joint of the proximal lip filter segment 3 and the distal lip filter segment 6 is the filler cavity 4, so that the proximal lip filter segment 3 and the distal lip filter segment 6 can be conveniently detached to replace the filler in the filler cavity 4.
Preferably, the proximal lip segment of said proximal lip filter segment 3 is a divergent cavity 1 communicating 2 with the axial airflow channel. The function of the divergent cavity 1 is as follows: cooling the smoke, diffusing the smoke and enhancing the mixing effect of the smoke. The gradually expanding cavity 1 is such that the closer to the labial end of the labial filter segment 3, the larger the inner diameter.
Preferably, the outer diameter expansion section 5 or the outer flange is located at the distal labial end of the proximal labial filter segment 3.
A second aspect of the invention provides an aerosol-generating system comprising: a filter device, an aerosol-generating article and an aerosol-generating device according to any one of the first aspect;
wherein the claws 7 of the filter device grip the labial end of the aerosol-generating article 10 into which the aerosol-generating article 10 is inserted.
In a third aspect, the invention provides a use of the filter device of any of the first aspects in combination with an aerosol-generating article free of a cavity segment and a filter segment. The tapered cavity 9 in the filter device provides the functions of cooling and gathering smoke of the hollow cavity section of the conventional heating cigarette. When the filler cavity in the filter device is filled with a filter component, it serves the filtering function of the filter segment in a conventional heated cigarette.
In a fourth aspect, the invention provides a method of using a filter device according to the first aspect, wherein, during smoking, an aerosol generating article 10 is inserted into a heating cavity 11-1 of the aerosol generating device, and then the filter device is placed in the direction of the aerosol generating article 10, so that the filter device is connected with the aerosol generating device, and meanwhile, claws 7 on the filter device hold the aerosol generating article 10 from the periphery or are inserted into the interior of the aerosol generating article 10;
then, the heating chamber 11-1 heats the aerosol-generating article 10 to generate an aerosol for the user to draw;
after the completion of the suction, the filter device is pulled out from the opposite direction.
When the claws 7 are barbed claws, the claws 7 on the filter device will simultaneously carry the aerosol-generating article 10 out of the heating chamber 11-1, performing the function of extracting the aerosol-generating article 10.
The fifth aspect of the invention provides the use of a filter device as defined in any of the first aspects, in combination with a side-air inlet aerosol generating device to act as an oxygen barrier to an aerosol-generating article 10 within a heating chamber. The aerosol-generating article 10 may thus be heated under oxygen-deficient conditions.
In the present invention, the end of the aerosol-generating article 10 or filter device that is closer to the user's lips when drawn by the user is designated the "near lip end" and the end that is further from the user's lips is designated the "far lip end".
Of course, a certain portion on the aerosol-generating article 10 or a certain portion on the filter device, the end close to the user's lips is also denoted as "near lip end", and the end remote from the user's lips is also denoted as "far lip end".
Accordingly, the segment containing the "proximal lip end" is referred to as the "proximal lip segment", and the segment containing the "distal lip end" is referred to as the "distal lip segment".
The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention provides a filter tip device independent of an aerosol generating product and an aerosol generating device, which is provided with claws or claws with barbs, can hold the aerosol generating product from the periphery or be inserted into the aerosol generating product, and plays roles of cooling, filtering, flavoring and the like on the aerosol during suction; after the completion of the smoking, the barbed claws on the filter device can take the aerosol-generating product out of the heating cavity, thereby realizing the function of extracting the aerosol-generating product.
2. In a preferred embodiment, the outer wall of the filter body has an outer diameter expansion section or outer flange. When the filter tip device is matched with an aerosol generating device with air intake from the side edge, the lower end part of the outer diameter expansion section 5 abuts against the upper end part of the shell of the aerosol generating device to block an air flow channel, so that the effect of isolating oxygen from aerosol generating products in a heating cavity is achieved, the heating temperature of the heating cavity can be increased without worrying about the combustion of the aerosol generating products, and the aerosol generated by the pyrolysis of the aerosol generating products at higher temperature is more sufficient.
3. The filter device of the present invention is for use in combination with an aerosol-generating article that is free of a cavity segment and a filter segment. The filter device can be reused. The aerosol generating device does not need to be provided with a cavity section and a filter section. This reduces the volume of the aerosol generating article and the aerosol generating device, which is more economical and environmentally friendly.
4. The filter device of the present invention can be more widely adapted to existing aerosol generating devices of various shapes because it is only clamped on the aerosol generating article by the jaws to produce a coupling relationship with the aerosol generating device.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the filter device of the present invention comprises: a filter body and an aerosol-generating article holder 8 disposed at a distal lip end (i.e., a lower end in fig. 1) of the filter body and extending axially downward. The aerosol-generating article holder 8 comprises two axially extending circular arcs. The inner wall of each circular arc piece is provided with two claws 7 with barbs.
An axial airflow channel 2 is arranged in the filter device main body.
The filter device body includes: a proximal lip filter segment 3 and a distal lip filter segment 6 removably connected. The detachable connection mode can be selected from a threaded connection, a clamping connection and the like. In this embodiment a threaded connection.
Wherein the distal lip filter segment 6 has a tapered cavity 9 in communication with the axial airflow passage 2, the tapered cavity 9 having a larger internal diameter the closer it is to the claw 7. In this embodiment, the outer wall of the near-lip filter segment 3 is substantially a rounded curve. The outer diameter enlargement 5 is the largest outer diameter of the lip-proximal filter segment 3. The outer diameter expansion section 5 is positioned at the far lip end of the near lip filter tip section 3. One function of the outer diameter expansion section 5 is: when the filter device is used with an aerosol generating device with side air inlet (such as the aerosol generating device disclosed in application number 201280070578.3, the side air inlet specifically refers to air inlet in a gap between an aerosol generating device shell and a heating cavity), the lower end part of the outer diameter expansion section 5 abuts against the upper end part of the aerosol generating device shell to block an air flow channel, so that the function of isolating oxygen from aerosol generating products in the heating cavity is achieved, the heating temperature of the heating cavity can be increased without worrying about the combustion of the aerosol generating products, and the aerosol generated by the aerosol generating products is more fully pyrolyzed at higher temperature.
Of course, in alternative embodiments, an external flange may be provided on the outer wall of the filter body, and the external flange and the outer diameter expansion section 5 may act as a seal to block the air flow path between the housing of the aerosol generating device and the heating chamber.
The near lip section of the near lip filter tip section is a gradually-expanding cavity 1 communicated with the axial airflow channel. The divergent cavity 1 is capable of emitting and softening the smoke so that the smoke entering the lips of the user is soft and even.
Of course, in alternative embodiments, the sidewall of the tapered cavity 9 may be provided with a vent hole to introduce the outside air to cool the aerosol and increase the amount of the smoke.
As shown in fig. 2, an aerosol-generating system comprising a filter device of the present invention comprises: a filter device, an aerosol-generating article 10, an aerosol-generating device 11 as described above. Other parts of the aerosol-generating device 11, such as a battery, control elements, etc., are omitted from fig. 2.

Even if a gap exists between the shell of the aerosol generating device 11 and the heating cavity 11-1, the gap is blocked by the outer diameter expansion section 5 and cannot be communicated with the outside air to play a role in air intake.
In alternative embodiments, the aerosol generating device 11 may of course employ other forms of heating, such as resistive heating of the central or circumferential type.

1. A filter device, comprising: a filter body and a jaw (7) disposed at a distal lip end of the filter body and extending axially;

6. A filter device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the junction of the proximal lip segment (3) and the distal lip segment (6) is the filler cavity (4).
7. A filter device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the proximal lip section of the proximal lip filter segment (3) is a divergent cavity (1) communicating (2) with the axial air flow passage.
8. A filter device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the outer diameter enlargement (5) or outer flange is located at the distal lip end of the proximal lip filter segment (3).
9. An aerosol-generating system, comprising: a filter device, aerosol-generating article and aerosol-generating device according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
wherein the filter device jaws (7) grip a labial end of the aerosol-generating article (10) into which the aerosol-generating article (10) is inserted.
10. Use of a filter device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, in combination with an aerosol-generating article free of cavity segments and filter segments.
11. Use of a filter device according to claim 1, characterized in that, upon suction, the aerosol-generating article (10) is inserted into a heated cavity (11-1) of the aerosol-generating device, and then the filter device is placed in the direction of the aerosol-generating article (10) so that it is connected to the aerosol-generating device, while the claws (7) on the filter device embrace the aerosol-generating article (10) from the periphery or are inserted inside the aerosol-generating article (10);
then, the heating chamber (11-1) heats the aerosol-generating article (10) to generate an aerosol for inhalation by a user;
