本发明公开了一种具有环保功能的除虫剂的制造方法及其除虫方法,次亚酸除虫剂的制造方法包括以下步骤:S101:取硅藻土70%、玉米淀粉2%、糊精2%、大豆粉4%、蔗糖蜜22%粉碎混合均匀成混合物,待用;S201:在水中添加浓度低于0.05%的食盐进行电解,得到次亚酸溶液;S301:取75毫升玻美度为40的硅酸钠、25毫升浓度为30%的氟硅酸水溶液,由于食盐与水电解主要作用成分为HCLO‑1(次氯酸根)、HCLO‑2(亚氯酸根)及微量HCLO‑3(高氯酸根),这三种有效成分具有强夺取电子能力(氧化能力),能够破坏害虫细胞,从而起到杀死害虫的作用,同时,因有效成分是以酸根形态存在于溶液中,因而次亚酸溶液PH呈微酸性,另外次亚酸消毒液作用后的产生物主要成分是水,因而不会产生耐药性。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体是一种具有环保功能的除虫剂的制造方法及其除虫方法。
背景技术
我国是农业大国,粮食生产与储藏量居世界第一位。我国储备粮平均储藏时间一般可长达3-4年,储藏期间容易感染病虫害,所以害虫危害储备粮食非常严重。目前,国内一般使用的种植与储粮杀虫剂都是化学药剂,共分两大类:喷雾剂与熏蒸剂和谷物保护剂。国家粮库主要使用熏蒸剂,主要品种是磷化铝片。谷物保护剂有防虫磷(有效成分为马拉硫磷)、杀螟松、凯安保、磷化氢(PH3)、溴甲烷(CH3Br)等。这些化学杀虫剂,由于杀虫效果好,操作简便,成本低,因而得到广泛使用,所以生产量、使用量急剧增加。但大规模使用化学杀虫剂带来很多副作用:一是对非目标对象有毒害作用;二是在粮食上残留污染严重;三是对环境污染严重;四是害虫抗药性日益突出。因此,世界各国都在试图开发一种新型高效低毒环保型杀虫剂以确保粮食作物的种植与储藏安全和保持粮食食用品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有环保功能的除虫剂的制造方法及其除虫方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种具有环保功能的除虫剂的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
S101:取硅藻土70%、玉米淀粉2%、糊精2%、大豆粉4%、蔗糖蜜22%粉碎混合均匀成混合物,待用;
S201:在水中添加浓度低于0.05%的食盐进行电解,得到次亚酸溶液;
S301:取75毫升玻美度为40的硅酸钠、25毫升浓度为30%的氟硅酸水溶液,与1500毫升水混合,得到混合溶液;
S401:将步骤S101中的混合物加入步骤S301中的混合溶液中,并搅拌均匀,静置、凝固,凝固结束后加入125毫升浓度为10%的氨水,30分钟后对其进行洗涤、过滤、干燥、粉磨、目筛得到粉末颗粒;
S501:将步骤S201中的次亚酸溶液与步骤S401中的粉末颗粒投入到水中混合搅拌均匀,得到除虫剂。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S101中的粉碎时间为35~50min,转速为5000~6000r/min。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤S401中凝固的时间为30min。

将该杀虫剂加水稀释,杀虫剂与水的比例为∶100,使得杀虫剂与水混合均匀,将该混合液直接喷洒在植株及地面上,完成对该杀虫剂的施用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
由于食盐与水电解主要作用成分为HCLO-1(次氯酸根)、HCLO-2(亚氯酸根)及微量HCLO-3(高氯酸根),这三种有效成分具有强夺取电子能力(氧化能力),能够破坏害虫细胞,从而起到杀死害虫的作用,同时,因有效成分是以酸根形态存在于溶液中,因而次亚酸溶液PH呈微酸性,另外次亚酸消毒液作用后的产生物主要成分是水,因而不会产生耐药性,不产生可污染环境的还原物,同时对人体安全无毒,另外玉米淀粉、糊精、大豆粉及蔗糖蜜会对害虫造成引诱,使得害虫与喷洒的杀虫剂接触,而硅藻土粉末的每一细微颗粒都带有非常锐利的边缘,与害虫接触时,可刺透害虫体表,甚至进入害虫体内,不仅能引起害虫呼吸、消化、生殖、运动等系统出现紊乱,而且能吸收3—4倍于自身重量的水分,致使害虫体液锐减,在失去10%以上的体液后死亡,且硅藻土安全无药害,不仅杀虫效果良好,且安全性高。

本发明的工作原理是:
