Abstract
The invention relates to a membrane electrode injection sealing structure which comprises a membrane electrode and an injection sealing ring, wherein injection holes are distributed on the frame of the membrane electrode, the injection sealing ring is an upper sealing ring unit, a lower sealing ring unit and a plurality of sealing column units which are of an integrated structure, the sealing column units are positioned between the upper sealing ring unit and the lower sealing ring unit and penetrate through the injection holes, so that the upper sealing ring unit and the lower sealing ring unit are injected on the front surface and the back surface of the membrane electrode, and the membrane electrode and the injection sealing ring form a whole. Compared with the prior art, the injection molding sealing ring is directly injected on the membrane electrode, so that the injection molding sealing ring and the membrane electrode form an integral part; when the bipolar plate is installed and sealed, the sealing can be realized only by directly pressing the integral part with the bipolar plate without additional materials, the assembly is simple and convenient, and the production efficiency is high.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hydrogen fuel cells, in particular to an injection molding sealing structure of a membrane electrode.
Background
In a conventional hydrogen fuel cell, the bipolar plate and the membrane electrode are mounted and sealed in the following manner: as shown in fig. 8, a glue line 4 is provided in the sealing groove 31 of the bipolar plate 3, and then the bipolar plate 3 and the membrane electrode 1 are bonded to each other. The traditional installation sealing method has the following problems: 1. the bonding process is complex, the production steps are multiple, and the efficiency is low. 2. The frame and the bipolar plate of the membrane electrode are easy to be slightly dislocated, and gas leakage can occur.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an injection molding sealing structure of a membrane electrode.

the membrane electrode injection molding sealing structure comprises a membrane electrode and an injection molding sealing ring, wherein injection molding holes are distributed in the frame of the membrane electrode, the injection molding sealing ring is an upper sealing ring unit, a lower sealing ring unit and a plurality of sealing column units which are of an integrated structure, the sealing column units are positioned between the upper sealing ring unit and the lower sealing ring unit and penetrate through the injection molding holes, so that the upper sealing ring unit and the lower sealing ring unit are injected on the front surface and the back surface of the membrane electrode, and the membrane electrode and the injection molding sealing ring form a whole.
The bipolar plate is respectively arranged on the front surface and the back surface of the membrane electrode, a sealing groove is arranged on the bipolar plate, and the injection molding sealing ring is embedded in the sealing groove.
Furthermore, the injection molding sealing ring is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer or silicon rubber.
Further, the injection molding sealing ring is made of hydrogenated nitrile rubber, fluororubber or fluorosilicone rubber.
Furthermore, the membrane electrode comprises a proton membrane and a frame, the frame wraps the periphery of the proton membrane, and the injection molding holes are distributed on the outer ring of the proton membrane.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the injection molding sealing ring is directly injected on the membrane electrode, so that the injection molding sealing ring and the membrane electrode form an integral part; when the bipolar plate is installed and sealed, the sealing can be realized only by directly pressing the integral part with the bipolar plate without additional materials, the assembly is simple and convenient, and the production efficiency is high.
2. The injection molding sealing ring is used as a limiting structure on the membrane electrode and can be matched with a sealing groove on the bipolar plate, so that the bipolar plate and the membrane electrode are positioned mutually, the assembly is ensured to be completely aligned, and the air tightness is ensured.
3. The injection molding sealing ring can be made of silicone rubber and ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, and the material can be molded at low injection molding pressure and low temperature, is convenient to process and is beneficial to reducing the production cost.

The membrane electrode 1 includes a proton membrane 12 and a frame 11. The upper and lower surfaces of the proton membrane 12 are respectively provided with anode carbon paper 13 and cathode carbon paper 14. The frame 11 is provided with an anode gas outlet 112, a cooling liquid outlet 113, a cathode gas inlet 114, a cathode gas outlet 115, a cooling liquid inlet 116, and an anode gas inlet 117. Injection molding holes 111 are distributed on the frame 11 of the membrane electrode 1, specifically on the outer ring of the proton membrane 12, and the outer rings of the outlets and inlets. The injection-molded seal ring 2 is an upper seal ring unit 21, a lower seal ring unit 22 and a plurality of seal column units 23 of an integrated structure. The sealing column unit 23 is positioned between the upper sealing ring unit 21 and the lower sealing ring unit 22 and penetrates through the injection molding hole 111, so that the upper sealing ring unit 21 and the lower sealing ring unit 22 are injection molded on the front surface and the back surface of the membrane electrode 1, and the membrane electrode 1 and the injection molding sealing ring 2 form a whole.
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment further includes bipolar plates 3, the bipolar plates 3 being respectively mounted on the front and back sides of the membrane electrode 1. The double click plate is provided with a seal groove 31, and the injection seal ring 2 is fitted in the seal groove 31.
The injection molding sealing ring 2 can be made of ethylene propylene diene monomer or silicon rubber, and the materials can be molded under low injection molding pressure and low temperature, so that the processing is convenient, and the production cost is favorably reduced. The injection molding sealing ring 2 can also be made of hydrogenated nitrile rubber, fluororubber or fluorosilicone rubber.
In the embodiment, the injection molding sealing ring 2 is directly injected on the membrane electrode 1, so that the two parts form an integral part; when the bipolar plate 3 is installed and sealed, the whole parts are directly pressed with the bipolar plate 3 to realize sealing without additional materials, the assembly is simple and convenient, and the production efficiency is high. Meanwhile, the injection molding sealing ring 2 is used as a limiting structure on the membrane electrode 1 and can be matched with the sealing groove 31 on the bipolar plate 3, so that the bipolar plate 3 and the membrane electrode 1 are positioned mutually, the assembly is ensured to be completely aligned, and the air tightness is ensured.

As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the upper and lower edges of the rectangle are convex arcs.
