As another example of this embodiment, the shopping data pushing apparatus in the above example further includes: and a second sending module. And the second sending module is used for sending the buyer real name information, the on-sale commodity information and the sales record corresponding to the infringing merchant to a third-party notarization institution after the infringing merchant is determined so as to ensure that the third-party notarization institution notarizes the infringing behavior of the infringing merchant.

The shopping data pushing method and device provided by the invention are characterized in that all historical shopping orders of a first merchant are obtained, the buyer real-name information corresponding to the buyer account information is extracted, all the buyer real-name information with the number larger than a first preset threshold value is screened out according to the number of the buyer real-name information, and finally, the shopping data to be pushed is generated according to the screened all the buyer real-name information, and the shopping data is pushed to the first merchant. Compared with the prior art that the buyer real-name information cannot be pushed to the first merchant for privacy, the embodiment of the invention provides an effective data sample for the seller while ensuring the privacy and the security of the user so as to improve the accuracy of data pushing. In addition, the embodiment of the invention also limits that all buyers or users on the platform need to pass real-name authentication, and any user can not inquire the buyer real-name information of other users, thereby further protecting the privacy of the user.
Further, the buyer types are distinguished, if the buyer is the individual buyer, whether the individual buyer has the matched enterprise information is inquired, and whether the individual buyer is matched with the first merchant is judged. If the buyer is an enterprise, directly judging whether the enterprise is matched with the first merchant, and further improving the accuracy of recommendation.
Furthermore, after the shopping data is pushed, merchant inquiry can be carried out on the platform or a third-party shopping platform according to the real name information of the buyer. When a second merchant exists, the similarity of the commodities sold between the second merchant and the first merchant is obtained through calculation, whether the second merchant is an infringing merchant or not can be further judged, the commodity information sold by the second merchant is pushed to the first merchant, a more effective data sample is further provided for the seller, and the accuracy of data pushing is improved.
Further, after the infringing merchant is determined, the buyer real name information, the selling commodity information and the sales record corresponding to the infringing merchant are sent to the third-party notarization institution, so that the third-party notarization institution notarizes the infringing behavior of the infringing merchant, breaks through the data barrier between the transaction platform and the third-party notarization institution, provides data support for subsequent maintenance, and improves the practicability of the invention.
It should be noted that the above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, where the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on multiple network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (10)

1. A shopping data pushing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring all historical shopping orders of a first merchant within a preset time interval, and extracting buyer account information in each historical shopping order; the buyer account information of each buyer passes real-name authentication and corresponds to real-name information of a buyer respectively; the buyer real name information comprises personal real name information and enterprise real name information; any user cannot inquire the buyer real name information of other users except the user;
counting the occurrence quantity of the real-name information of each buyer according to the extracted account information of each buyer, and screening out all the real-name information of the buyers of which the quantity is greater than a first preset threshold value;
generating shopping data to be pushed according to the screened real name information of all buyers, and pushing the shopping data to the first merchant; the shopping data comprises a plurality of buyer real-name information and all historical shopping orders corresponding to each buyer real-name information.
2. The shopping data pushing method according to claim 1, wherein the shopping data to be pushed is generated according to the screened real name information of all buyers, and specifically comprises:
acquiring a first buyer type corresponding to the screened first buyer real name information; wherein buyer types include individuals or businesses;
when the type of the first buyer is a person, inquiring enterprise information matched with the first person real name information according to the first person real name information, judging whether the enterprise information is matched with the first merchant or not, if yes, taking the first buyer real name information as information to be generated, and if not, rejecting the first buyer real name information;
when the type of the first buyer is an enterprise, judging whether first enterprise real name information is matched with the first merchant, if so, taking the first buyer real name information as information to be generated, and if not, rejecting the first buyer real name information;
and generating shopping data to be pushed according to all information to be generated and the historical purchase orders corresponding to the information to be generated.
3. The shopping data pushing method according to claim 2, wherein the determining whether the first business real name information matches the first merchant specifically comprises:
acquiring a preset operation range, an enterprise type and a service object of the first merchant;
according to the first enterprise real-name information, sequentially judging whether a first enterprise corresponding to the first enterprise real-name information is in the operation range, judging whether the enterprise type of the first enterprise is the same as that of a first merchant, and judging whether the first enterprise is a superior supplier of the service object;
if the judgment result is yes, determining that the first enterprise real name information is matched with the first merchant;
otherwise, determining that the first real-name information of the enterprise does not match the first merchant.
4. The shopping data pushing method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising, after said pushing the shopping data to the first merchant:
the shopping data comprises real name information of a plurality of second buyers;
inquiring whether a second merchant matched with the second buyer real name information exists in the platform or a third-party shopping platform or not according to the second buyer real name information;
if the second merchant exists, acquiring the information of the on-sale commodities of the second merchant on the platform or a third-party shopping platform;
according to the on-sale commodity information, calculating commodity similarity between the second merchant and the first merchant, and taking the second merchant with the similarity exceeding a second preset threshold value as an infringing merchant;
and sending the real name information of the second buyer corresponding to the infringing merchant and the information of the commodity sold in the market to the first merchant.
5. The shopping data pushing method of claim 4, further comprising, after determining an infringing merchant:
and sending the buyer real name information, the on-sale commodity information and the sales record corresponding to the infringing merchant to a third-party notarization institution so as to notarize the infringing behavior of the infringing merchant by the third-party notarization institution.
6. A shopping data pushing device, comprising: the device comprises an extraction module, a screening module and a pushing module;
the extraction module is used for acquiring all historical shopping orders of a first merchant within a preset time interval and extracting buyer account information in each historical shopping order; the buyer account information of each buyer passes real-name authentication and corresponds to real-name information of a buyer respectively; the buyer real name information comprises personal real name information and enterprise real name information; any user cannot inquire the buyer real name information of other users except the user;
the screening module is used for counting the occurrence quantity of the real-name information of each buyer according to the extracted account information of each buyer and screening out all the real-name information of the buyers of which the quantity is greater than a first preset threshold value;
the pushing module is used for generating shopping data to be pushed according to the screened real name information of all buyers and pushing the shopping data to the first merchant; the shopping data comprises a plurality of buyer real-name information and all historical shopping orders corresponding to each buyer real-name information.
7. The shopping data pushing device of claim 6, wherein the pushing module comprises: the device comprises an acquisition unit, a first matching unit, a second matching unit, a third matching unit and a generation unit;
the acquiring unit is used for acquiring a first buyer type corresponding to the screened first buyer real name information; wherein buyer types include individuals or businesses;
the first matching unit is used for inquiring enterprise information matched with the first personal real name information according to the first personal real name information when the type of the first buyer is a person, judging whether the enterprise information is matched with the first merchant or not, taking the first buyer real name information as information to be generated if the enterprise information is matched with the first merchant, and rejecting the first buyer real name information if the enterprise information is not matched with the first merchant;
the second matching unit is used for judging whether the first enterprise real name information is matched with the first merchant or not when the type of the first buyer is an enterprise, taking the first buyer real name information as information to be generated if the first enterprise real name information is matched with the first merchant, and rejecting the first buyer real name information if the first buyer real name information is not matched;
the generation unit is used for generating shopping data to be pushed according to all information to be generated and historical purchase orders corresponding to the information to be generated.
8. The shopping data pushing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the second matching unit is configured to determine whether the first real-name information of the first business matches the first merchant, specifically:
acquiring a preset operation range, an enterprise type and a service object of the first merchant;
according to the first enterprise real-name information, sequentially judging whether a first enterprise corresponding to the first enterprise real-name information is in the operation range, judging whether the enterprise type of the first enterprise is the same as that of a first merchant, and judging whether the first enterprise is a superior supplier of the service object;
if the judgment result is yes, determining that the first enterprise real name information is matched with the first merchant;
otherwise, determining that the first real-name information of the enterprise does not match the first merchant.
9. The shopping data pushing apparatus according to any one of claims 6 to 8, further comprising: the system comprises a query module, a commodity information acquisition module, a calculation module and a first sending module;
the shopping data comprises a plurality of second buyer real name information;
the inquiry module is used for inquiring whether a second merchant matched with the second buyer real name information exists in the platform or a third-party shopping platform or not according to the second buyer real name information;
the commodity information acquisition module is used for acquiring the information of the commodities sold by the second merchant on the platform or the third-party shopping platform when the inquiry module determines that the commodities exist;
the calculation module is used for calculating the commodity similarity between the second merchant and the first merchant according to the on-sale commodity information, and taking the second merchant with the similarity exceeding a second preset threshold value as an infringing merchant;
the first sending module is used for sending the real name information of the second buyer corresponding to the infringing merchant and the information of the commodity sold in the market to the first merchant.
10. The shopping data pushing apparatus of claim 9, further comprising: a second sending module;
and the second sending module is used for sending the buyer real name information, the on-sale commodity information and the sales record corresponding to the infringing merchant to a third-party notarization institution after the infringing merchant is determined so as to ensure that the third-party notarization institution notarizes the infringing behavior of the infringing merchant.
