Background
Scaling problems are prevalent in oil and gas production, water injection, and drainage processes. Formation water or reinjection water often contains a certain amount of Ca2+、Mg2+、Ba2+、Sr2+Iso-cation, and a certain amount of CO3 2-、SO4 2-The anions cause scaling due to the change of thermodynamic factors such as temperature and pressure, the change of kinetic factors such as flow rate and flow form, the compatibility between the reinjection water and the formation water and the like, thereby reducing the exploitation efficiencyEven the oil and gas well is stopped producing and scrapped; in addition, the scaling and corrosion of the pipeline also easily cause the problems of perforation and the like, so that the scale removal and prevention are one of the problems faced by the petroleum industry. Anionic polymers containing carboxyl functional groups are a common class of scale and scale inhibitors. These polymers are usually homopolymers or modified copolymers of acrylic acid, maleic acid. On one hand, functional groups such as carboxyl and the like in the polymer can generate chelation with high-valence metal ions, so that the solubility is increased; on the other hand, polymers may also change the lattice, creating lattice deformities that result in difficult or softened crystals. In addition, the polymer can also be adsorbed on the surface of the scale particles, making the scale particles more easily dispersed.

The chelating descaling mechanism is researched systematically by influence of the molecular structure, basic physicochemical properties and environmental factors of the chelating agent on the scale dissolving effect, and when some chelating agents dissolve sulfate scales, the chelating agent has better using effect by matching with a catalyst, such as oxalic acid, fluoride, formate and the like, and has promotion effect on the chelating dissolution of EDTA, DTPA and sulfate. The current trend is to develop a scale dissolver with high scale removal rate and high scale dissolution rate.
In the text of synthesis of polycarboxylic acid macromolecular surfactant and application thereof in mold gypsum in 2014, which is equivalent to Maoyou and Huichi, polycarboxylic acid macromolecules have certain surface activity, and when the concentration is 3.0 percent at 30 ℃, the surface tension of a polycarboxylic acid macromolecular solution is 53.6mN/m, so that the surface tension reducing capability is weaker. The oil washing agent is beneficial to peeling of the dirt, but is easy to adsorb, and has no obvious effect on peeling of the dirt. The descaling synergist is potassium fluoride, sodium oxalate or ammonium persulfate. Potassium fluoride and sodium oxalate have certain solubilization effect, but are easy to generate precipitates.
The Chinese patent application CN202110137541.9 discloses a barium sulfate scale dissolver, wherein the solubilizer comprises sodium formate and sodium hydroxide. Sodium formate is poorly solubilised on calcium carbonate, which is converted to calcium hydroxide by sodium hydroxide, increasing solubility, but at pH values greater than 11.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an oil field insoluble scale dispersing solubilizer and a preparation method thereof, which utilizes the strong electronegativity, high activity and strong polarity of a compound containing pyridine rings and pyridine-N-oxide compounds in a molecular structure to be matched with a common chelating agent to disperse and solubilize insoluble scales such as barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, calcium sulfate and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an oil field insoluble scale dispersing solubilizer is prepared by compounding a pyridine compound and a pyridine-N-oxide compound, wherein the mass ratio of the pyridine compound to the pyridine-N-oxide compound is (80-85) to (15-20).
Further, the mass ratio of the pyridine compound to the pyridine-N-oxide compound is 4: 1.
Further, the pyridine compounds include: 5-ethyl-2-methylpyridine, 3-ethylpyridine, 2-ethylpyridine, 3-methylpyridine, 2-hydroxy-6-methylpyridine and 3-amino-2-methylpyridine.
Further, the pyridine-N-oxide based compound includes: 2, 3-lutidine-N-oxide, 3, 5-lutidine-N-oxide, 2-methylpyridine-N-oxide and 3-methylpyridine-N-oxide.
As another object of the invention, the invention also provides a preparation method of the oil field insoluble scale dispersing solubilizer, which comprises the following steps: sequentially adding a pyridine compound and a pyridine-N-oxide compound into a container, wherein the mass ratio of the pyridine compound to the pyridine-N-oxide compound is as follows: w (pyridines): and (5) continuously stirring W (pyridine-N-oxide compounds) (80-85) (15-20) at the room temperature at the rotating speed of 100-120 r/min for 50-70 minutes to obtain the compound.

The nitrogen atom of the pyridine ring has strong electronegativity, and has strong repulsion action on scales such as calcium sulfate, barium sulfate and the like, so that the scales are stripped, dispersed and solubilized. The compound containing pyridine ring or pyridine-N-oxide has strong polarity and strong molecular vibration capability at normal temperature, and increases the scale dissolving speed of the scale dissolving agent at normal temperature. The pyridine-N-oxide compounds have higher activity, lower molecular weight and easy penetration; and because the solubilizer contains pyridine rings, the solubilizer has good wettability to crude oil and strong oil washing capability, so that the chelating agent is more easily contacted with the surface of scale, and the on-site actual scale sample scale dissolving speed is increased.
The oil field insoluble scale dispersing solubilizer prepared by the invention is used together with a chelating agent commonly used in oil fields, and when the temperature is higher than 30 ℃, the insoluble scale dissolving rate of calcium sulfate, strontium sulfate, barium sulfate and the like is not lower than 81 percent, and the scale dissolving performance is improved.

After 72 hours at the temperature of 60 ℃, colloidal asphaltene in the scale sample is dispersed in the solution, most of the scale sample is dispersed in the solution, a small amount of small particles are present at the bottom of the bottle, solid particles at the bottom of the bottle are filtered out and weighed, and the dissolution rate of the mixed scale sample is calculated to be 81%.

Claims (7)
1. The oil field insoluble scale dispersing solubilizer is characterized by being prepared by compounding a pyridine compound and a pyridine-N-oxide compound, wherein the mass ratio of the pyridine compound to the pyridine-N-oxide compound is (80-85) to (15-20).

4. The oilfield poorly soluble scale dispersing and solubilizing agent of claim 1, wherein the pyridine-N-oxide based compound comprises: 2, 3-lutidine-N-oxide, 3, 5-lutidine-N-oxide, 2-methylpyridine-N-oxide and 3-methylpyridine-N-oxide.

The preparation method of the oil field insoluble scale dispersing and solubilizing agent of any one of claims 1 to 4, which comprises the following steps: sequentially adding a pyridine compound and a pyridine-N-oxide compound into a container, wherein the mass ratio of the pyridine compound to the pyridine-N-oxide compound is as follows: w (pyridines): and (5) continuously stirring W (pyridine-N-oxide compounds) (80-85) (15-20) at the room temperature at the rotating speed of 100-120 r/min for 50-70 minutes to obtain the compound.

The oilfield poorly soluble scale dispersing and solubilizing solution as claimed in claim 6, wherein the components are preferably: 1.5 wt% of oil field insoluble scale dispersing solubilizer, 5.5 wt% of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt, 1.5 wt% of tetrakis hydroxymethyl phosphonium sulfate and the balance of water.
