Background
Currently, for a specific route in computer interlocking, after the route approaches to locking, the time delay of manual unlocking is fixed. For example, the time delay of manual unlocking of the inbound route in the computer interlocking in China is 3min for a common speed railway and 4min for a high speed railway; for the signal machine on the main line which is out of the station, the manual unlocking delay of the out-of-station route is 3min for the ordinary speed railway, and the manual unlocking delay of the out-of-station route is 4min for the high speed railway; and the lateral line outbound signal machine has the outbound route manual unlocking delay time of 30s for the ordinary speed railway and 1min for the high speed railway. The unlocking time of each route is fixed, and the unlocking delay time has no relation with the unlocking time.
In fact, the actually required delay time should be unfixed according to the influence of factors such as the position and the speed of the train when the manual unlocking is given. The current method for setting the delay time of the manual unlocking takes the maximum delay value, ensures the safety, but sacrifices partial efficiency.

The train passes through at a high speed, and the time required for manual unlocking is long; when the train passes through the train at a low speed or is just started, the time required for manual unlocking is short. For the approach, the computer interlocking has no means to distinguish whether the approaching train is a passing train which is just started or is running all the time, so that the train is uniformly processed according to the high-speed train, and the manual unlocking delay time is uniformly 4 min; the side-line outbound signal machine is an outbound route at the starting end, and because the vehicle speed is slow, the side-line outbound signal machine carries out delay processing uniformly according to 1 min.
However, for an outbound route with a main outbound signal machine as the starting end, the computer interlock can distinguish whether an approaching train just starts the train or passes through the train, and the flow of the manual unlocking delay timing method in the process is shown in fig. 1; the method flexibly designs the manual unlocking delay time-keeping time under different unlocking occasions by combining the current running condition of the train, is different from the fixed route unlocking delay time in the prior art, enables the unlocking delay to be more efficient in the outbound route-keeping process, and simultaneously ensures the running safety of the train.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for setting a delay time for manual unlocking according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes: determining that the outbound route is a positive outbound route and the inbound route is close to locking; determining a locking state of a main line receiving route of the main line outbound route; and setting unlocking delay time according to the locking state of the positive line receiving route. The locking state of the positive line receiving route comprises that the approaching section of the positive line outbound route is locked by the positive line receiving route or locked by the lateral line receiving route.
When the locking state of the positive line receiving route is that the approaching section of the positive line outbound route is locked by the positive line receiving route, setting a first delay time as an unlocking delay time; or
And when the locking state of the positive line pick-up approach is that the approaching section of the positive line outbound approach is locked by the side line pick-up approach, setting a second delay time as an unlocking delay time.
When the locking state of the main line receiving route is that the approach section of the main line outbound route is not locked by the side line receiving route, determining whether the approach section of the main line outbound route is locked; when the adjacent section is not locked, judging the train state of the adjacent section of the main line outbound route; setting unlocking delay time according to the train state;
if the train is stopped stably, setting a second delay time as an unlocking delay time;
if the train is not stopped stably, judging that the train is a main line train receiving section entering an approaching section or a lateral line train receiving section entering the approaching section and setting unlocking delay time; if the train is a positive line train, receiving the train and entering an approaching section, setting first delay time as unlocking delay time;
and if the train is a side line receiving train entering the approaching section, setting a second delay time as an unlocking delay time.
For example, in scenario 1, when the outbound route is manually unlocked, the current route is the forward outbound route, the section close to the forward outbound route is locked, and the forward route is locked, the train does not pass through the train at high speed, and the time delay is 4min for unlocking; in a scene 2, the approaching section of the main line outbound route is locked, the side line pickup route is locked, and the train passes through the train at a low speed in an interlocking way due to the slow speed of the side line pickup, and the train is unlocked in a delayed way for 1 min; in a scene 3, the approaching section of the main line outbound route is not locked and the train is stopped stably, at the moment, the train can be considered to be in a just-started state, the speed is slow, and the train is unlocked in a delayed mode for 1 min; in a scene 4, an approaching section of a positive line outbound route is not locked, but the stability stopping delay of the approaching section is not finished, the stability stopping delay is triggered by a positive line receiving route, and the interlocking distinguishes that the train passes through the high-speed train, so that the unlocking is delayed for 4 min; in a scene 5, the approaching section of the positive line outbound route is not locked, but the instability delay of the approaching section is not finished, the instability delay is triggered by the side line receiving route, and the interlocking section delays for unlocking for 1min when the train passes through the train at a low speed.

In conclusion, when the outbound route with the head-line outbound signal machine as the starting end is manually unlocked, different delay times can be set according to different unlocking opportunities, the delay calculation mode is not fixed, and different unlocking delay times are set according to the current route locking state, the route locking type, whether the train is stable or not, and the like.
