Abstract
The invention relates to automotive interior trim, in particular to a rear side wall structure with a changeable trunk space. The rear side wall structure comprises a rear side wall interior trim panel body and a movable plate connected to the rear side wall interior trim panel body, wherein the rear side wall interior trim panel body is provided with a cavity structure sunken towards the outer side of a vehicle body, and the movable plate corresponds to an opening of the cavity structure and is connected with the opening through a PVC soft belt ring; a clamping shaft is arranged on the moving plate; the rear side wall interior trimming plate body is provided with a button and a spring, the button is positioned on the inner side of the spring, and the button is provided with a switch for the clamping shaft to enter and exit; and the rear side wall interior trimming panel has a simple and practical integral structure, is good in adaptability to different vehicle types, and has a wide application prospect.

Background
Along with the improvement of the life quality of people, the automobile is more and more important in the life of people, corresponding people put forward higher and higher requirements on the automobile, the requirement on the size of a trunk space is higher and higher, and particularly in urban and rural families such as five, six and seven lines, the larger the requirement on the trunk space is, the better the trunk space is, and the more things are contained. However, some users feel that the space of the luggage case is large, the integral sense of the whole luggage case is not coordinated, the appearance gives the user a sense of no delicacy, and the appearance quality is influenced.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the existing automobile trunk is small in space and poor in compatibility.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the rear side wall structure capable of changing the space of the trunk comprises a rear side wall interior trim panel body and a movable plate connected to the rear side wall interior trim panel body, wherein the rear side wall interior trim panel body is provided with a cavity structure sunken towards the outer side of a trunk body, and the movable plate corresponds to the opening part of the cavity structure and is connected with the opening part of the cavity structure through a PVC soft belt ring;

Specifically, a plurality of small holes are formed in the outer ring surface of the PVC soft belt ring and the movable plate, and a plurality of welding columns corresponding to the small holes are arranged on the inner pressing strip; and sequentially penetrating the welding column through the outer ring surface of the PVC flexible belt ring and the small hole on the moving plate, and then welding the inner pressing strip, the outer ring surface of the PVC flexible belt ring and the moving plate together.
The inner ring surface of the PVC soft belt ring and the rear side wall interior trim panel body are provided with a plurality of small holes, and the outer pressing strip is provided with a plurality of welding columns corresponding to the small holes; and sequentially passing the welding and melting column through the inner ring surface of the PVC flexible belt ring and the small hole on the rear side wall interior trim panel body, and then welding the outer pressing bar, the PVC flexible belt ring and the rear side wall interior trim panel body together.
Furthermore, an electric component is arranged on the moving plate.
Specifically, the electrical component is a horn, a trunk light and/or a 12V power supply.
Preferably, the rear side wall interior trim panel body and the moving plate are made of plastics or PP glass fiber plates.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The movable plate and the rear side wall interior trim panel are separated, the surface of the periphery of the movable plate is matched with the surface of the rear side wall structure body to form an arc transition surface, the integral design feeling is increased, the traditional rigid visual feeling is eliminated, and the delicate feeling of parts of the rear side wall structure assembly is improved. The edges of the movable plate and the rear side wall interior trim panel body are connected through the PVC soft belt, and when the movable plate moves relatively, gaps cannot be seen in the whole vision, so that the whole vision quality of the luggage case is improved. Due to different requirements of users, other electronic devices such as a loudspeaker, a trunk lamp and a 12V power supply which are commonly used by the users can be arranged on the moving plate, and personalized devices can be arranged according to the requirements of the users. As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a plurality of bosses 9 with through holes are arranged outside a spring 8 on the quarter trim panel body 1, and a plurality of limiting columns 12 are arranged on the moving plate 2; the plurality of limiting columns 12 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of through holes in the bosses 9 and can penetrate through the through holes.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a plurality of small holes are arranged on the outer ring surface of the PVC soft belt ring 3 and the moving plate 2, and a plurality of welding columns corresponding to the small holes are arranged on the inner pressing strip 4; and sequentially penetrating the welding column through the outer ring surface of the PVC soft belt ring 3 and the small hole on the moving plate 2, and then welding the inner pressing strip 4, the outer ring surface of the PVC soft belt ring 3 and the moving plate 2 together. The inner ring surface of the PVC soft belt ring 3 and the rear side wall interior trim panel body 1 are provided with a plurality of small holes, and the outer pressure bar 5 is provided with a plurality of welding columns corresponding to the small holes; and sequentially passing the welding column through the inner ring surface of the PVC soft belt ring 3 and the small hole on the rear side wall interior trim panel body 1, and then welding the outer pressing strip 5, the inner ring surface of the PVC soft belt ring 3 and the rear side wall interior trim panel body 1 together.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the moving plate 2 is further provided with an electric member 6. The electrical component 6 is a horn, a trunk light and/or a 12V power supply.
In a preferred embodiment, the material of the quarter trim panel body and the moving plate is plastic or a PP glass fiber plate.
The side wall trim panel body and the movable panel which are provided with the components are connected by using a PVC soft belt. And welding one end of the PVC soft belt with the inner pressing strip and the movable plate into a whole by using the welding column and the welding column hole, and welding the other end of the PVC soft belt with the outer pressing strip and the rear side wall interior trim panel body into a whole. Electronic equipment such as a horn cover, a trunk lamp and a 12V power supply can be arranged on the moving plate according to the requirements of users.

The movable plate is pressed again, so that the boss at the tail end of the clamping shaft is unlocked from the button switch, the spring is restored to the original state, the limiting column on the movable plate is separated from the limiting column clamping table on the rear side wall interior trimming plate body, the PVC soft belt is changed from a stretching state to a folding state at the moment, the whole thickness of the interior trimming plate is thickened, and the space of the trunk is reduced.
Claims (7)
1. The rear side wall structure capable of changing the space of the trunk is characterized by comprising a rear side wall interior trimming panel body (1) and a movable plate (2) connected to the rear side wall interior trimming panel body, wherein the rear side wall interior trimming panel body (1) is provided with a cavity structure sunken towards the outer side of a trunk body, and the movable plate (2) corresponds to the opening of the cavity structure and is connected with the opening through a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) soft belt ring (3);
a clamping shaft (7) is arranged on the moving plate (2); the side wall rear trim panel body (1) is provided with a button (10) and a spring (8), the button (10) is located on the inner side of the spring (8), and the button (10) is provided with a switch (11) for the clamping shaft (7) to go in and out.
