The invention belongs to the technical field of machinery, and relates to a quick repairing method for looseness of a water retaining ring of a roller, wherein the water retaining ring is arranged on a shaft neck of the roller, and a sealing ring is arranged between the water retaining ring and the roller, and the method comprises the following steps: after the water retaining ring is detached from the roller, measuring the assembling contact range of the water retaining ring and the roller neck, determining a roller neck repairing area, and controlling the width of the roller neck repairing area to be 5-10 mm larger than that of the water retaining ring; processing a mesh groove in the circumferential direction of the roll neck repairing area, uniformly coating a rapid repairing agent on the roll neck repairing area, and filling the mesh groove with the coating thickness of 0.3-0.5 mm; heating the water retaining ring, installing a sealing ring, and sleeving the water retaining ring on the roll neck of the roll to enable the water retaining ring to be tightly attached to the roll; and (5) after standing and curing, sleeving a bearing seat, and finishing. The invention provides a method for quickly repairing the loosening of the roller water retaining ring by adopting a quick repairing agent, which can realize the quick repairing of the roller water retaining ring without reconfiguring parts and can be quickly put into production and use.

Background

s1, disassembling the loose roll bearing seat of the water retaining ring, and taking down the loose water retaining ring;
s2, cleaning the roll neck of the roll and the dismounted water retaining ring;
s3, measuring the assembling contact range of the water retaining ring and the roll neck, determining a roll neck repairing area, and controlling the width of the roll neck repairing area to be 5-10 mm larger than that of the water retaining ring;
s4, processing a mesh groove in the circumferential direction of the roll neck repairing area;
s5, preparing a quick repairing agent to be uniform and viscous, wherein the quick repairing agent comprises metal alloy powder and a bonding agent; the metal alloy powder is nickel-based alloy powder, and the adhesive is hard film anti-rust oil;
s6, uniformly coating the prepared rapid repairing agent on the roller neck repairing area, and filling the rapid repairing agent into the mesh groove, wherein the coating thickness is 0.3-0.5 mm;
s7, heating the water retaining ring, installing a sealing ring, and sleeving the water retaining ring on the roll neck of the roll to enable the water retaining ring to be tightly attached to the roll;
and S8, standing and cooling, sleeving a bearing block after the metal powder between the water retaining ring and the roll neck of the roll is completely solidified, and finishing repair to enable the roll to be normally put into use.
Further, in step S4, the depth of the mesh groove is controlled to be 0.2-0.5 mm.
Further, in step S5, the ratio of the metal alloy powder to the binder is 3:2 by volume.

the invention provides a method for quickly repairing the loosening of the roller water retaining ring by adopting a quick repairing agent, which has the advantages of no need of reconfiguring parts, realization of quick repairing of the roller water retaining ring, quick production and use, low cost, good use effect and effective saving of repairing cost of the roller water retaining ring; meanwhile, the service life of the bearing can be prolonged, and the maintenance cost of the tool and the die is further reduced.

s4, processing a mesh groove in the circumferential direction of the roll neck repairing area 11 by using an angle grinder, wherein the depth of the mesh groove is controlled to be 0.2-0.5 mm;
s5, preparing a quick repairing agent to be uniform and viscous, wherein the quick repairing agent comprises metal alloy powder and a bonding agent; the metal alloy powder is nickel-based alloy powder, the adhesive is hard film anti-rust oil, the metal alloy powder and the adhesive are in volume ratio, and the ratio of the metal powder to the anti-rust oil is 3: 2;
s6, uniformly coating the prepared rapid repairing agent on the area 11 of the roll neck repairing area, and fully filling the rapid repairing agent into the mesh groove, wherein the coating thickness is 0.3-0.5 mm;
s7, heating the water retaining ring 2, installing the O-shaped sealing ring 3, and sleeving the water retaining ring 2 on the roll neck of the roll 1 to enable the water retaining ring 2 to be tightly attached to the roll 1;
and S8, standing and cooling for more than 12 hours, sleeving a bearing seat after the metal powder between the water retaining ring 2 and the roll neck of the roll 1 is completely solidified, and after the repair is finished, putting the roll 1 into normal use.

s5, preparing a quick repairing agent to be uniform and viscous, wherein the quick repairing agent comprises metal alloy powder and a bonding agent; the metal alloy powder is nickel-based alloy powder, and the adhesive is hard film anti-rust oil;

s7, heating the water retaining ring, installing a sealing ring, and sleeving the water retaining ring on the roll neck of the roll to enable the water retaining ring to be tightly attached to the roll;
and S8, standing and cooling, sleeving a bearing block after the metal powder between the water retaining ring and the roll neck of the roll is completely solidified, and finishing repair to enable the roll to be normally put into use.
