The second rotary fixing rod 105 may be rotated randomly, so that when the discharging plate 93 slides downwards, the discharging plate 93 may make the inclined plane driving block 1104 move downwards, when the inclined plane driving block 1104 moves downwards to contact with the second blocking rod 1102, the inclined plane driving block 1104 may make the second blocking rod 1102 slide outwards on the third sliding sleeve 1101, the fourth spring 1103 is compressed, and then the second blocking rod 1102 may temporarily stop blocking the second rotary fixing rod 105, the second rotary fixing rod 105 may rotate on the rotary supporting rod 104, so that the second rotary fixing rod 105 may temporarily stop contacting with the charging roller 5, and then the charging roller 5 may rotate to be in a vertical state, when the discharging plate 93 slides upwards, the discharging plate 93 may make the inclined plane driving block 1104 move upwards, and when the inclined plane driving block 1104 moves upwards to temporarily stop contacting with the second blocking rod 1102, the inclined plane driving block 1104 may make the second blocking rod 1102 slide inwards on the third sliding sleeve 1101, the fourth spring 1103 resets and can assist the second to block the pole 1102 and slide to the inboard, and then the second blocks the pole 1102 and can block the rotatory dead lever 105 of second again, and then the rotatory dead lever 105 of second can temporarily stop rotating on the rotation support pole 104, and then can be with the rotatory dead lever 105 of second and the contact of cylinder 5 that charges, the cylinder 5 that charges is blocked then, so the device is effectual to have avoided the rotatory dead lever 105 of second to rotate at will to and the random wobbling condition of cylinder 5 that charges appears.

The animal manure rotating and scattering device as claimed in claim 1, wherein one side of the rotary connecting rod (3) and one side of the loading roller (5) are welded with first sliding sleeves (61), each of the two first sliding sleeves (61) is slidably provided with a sliding blocking plate (62), the number of the sliding blocking plates (62) is eight, each of the eight sliding blocking plates (62) is sleeved with a first spring (63), and two ends of the first spring (63) are respectively connected to the first sliding sleeve (61) and the sliding blocking plate (62).
