本公开涉及电子设备、用户设备、无线通信方法和存储介质。根据本公开的网络侧的电子设备包括处理电路,被配置为:根据位置信息将所述电子设备的服务范围划分为多个定时提前量组TAG区域,将每个TAG区域中的一个或多个用户设备分配到同一个TAG;以及向用户设备发送定时提前量TA信息,所述TA信息包括与为所述用户设备分配的TAG相对应的TA值,以用于所述用户设备将与为所述用户设备分配的TAG相对应的TA值用作所述用户设备与所述电子设备之间的TA值。使用根据本公开的电子设备、用户设备、无线通信方法和存储介质,可以减少由TA的更新带来的信令开销,并减少随机接入前导码冲突的概率,从而提高随机接入成功的概率。
