(1) Integral structure
The air conditioner 1 of the present embodiment includes a usage unit 10, a heat source unit, and refrigerant piping connecting the usage unit and the heat source unit, and constitutes a vapor compression refrigeration cycle.
The air conditioning apparatus 1 performs air conditioning operations such as cooling, heating, dehumidification, and air blowing of a space in which the usage unit is disposed.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of the usage unit 10, fig. 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the usage unit 10, and fig. 3 is a perspective view of the inside of the usage unit 10 as viewed from the front right.
The use unit 10 of the air conditioner 1 is a wall-mounted air conditioner in which the rear surface is suspended from a wall in a room. In the drawings, the directions of the usage unit 10 when the usage unit 10 is hung on a wall are indicated by front, rear, upper, lower, right, and left arrows.
The utilization unit 10 includes a housing 11, a heat exchanger 12, a fan 14, a drain pan 13, an electrical component assembly 20, and a baffle 15. The heat exchanger 12, the fan 14, the drain pan 13, and the electrical component assembly 20 are disposed inside the casing 11, and the baffle 15 is disposed at the outlet B1 of the casing 11.
The heat exchanger 12 is disposed inside the casing 11. The refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant circuit flows through the heat exchanger 12. The refrigerant exchanges heat with air. The air is taken into the casing 11 through the air inlet B2 at the upper portion of the casing 11 by the rotation of the fan 14, and is blown out of the casing 11 through the air outlet B1 at the lower portion of the casing 11 by the heat exchanger 12 and the fan 14. The direction of the blown air is controlled by the position of the flap 15.
(2) Detailed structure
(2-1) Drain tray 13
Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the drain pan 13.
The water condensed on the heat exchanger 12 falls on the front tray 13a and the rear tray 131 as shown in the sectional view of fig. 2. The front tray 13a is a part of the drain pan 13. The rear tray 131 is a part of the structural member 111 constituting a part of the housing 11. The drain water accumulated in the rear tray 131 moves to the front tray 13 a. The drain water accumulated in the front tray 13a is discharged to the outside of the usage unit 10 through the drain hose 18, and further discharged to the outside.
The drain hose 18 is connected to the drain pan 13 through a connection portion 19 so that drain water can flow therethrough. The connecting portion 19 has a screw 19 a.
(2-2) Electrical component Assembly 20
As shown in fig. 5, the electrical component assembly 20 includes a first electrical component 21, a second electrical component 22, a first support portion 23, a second support portion 24, and a room temperature sensor 31.
As shown in fig. 5, the first electrical component 21 includes a printed circuit board and an electrical component disposed on the printed circuit board. The first electrical component 21 includes a drive circuit for driving the fan motor.
The second electrical component 22 includes an operation switch, a display unit, an electromagnetic wave receiving unit, and a buzzer.
As shown in fig. 1, the second electrical component 22 is disposed on the right side of the air outlet B1, and a part thereof is disposed on the outer surface (front lower surface) of the casing 11.
The operation switch enables the user to operate the operation/stop of the air conditioner. When the operation switch is pressed, the air conditioner 1 starts the automatic operation. The automatic operation is an operation performed by the air conditioner to select a cooling operation or a heating operation based on a current indoor temperature or the like. The operation is stopped by pressing the operation switch again. The run switch is useful when the user cannot find the remote control or the remote control is not working.
The display unit uses an LED. The display unit displays the operating state of the air conditioner, the state of the timer, the necessity of cleaning the filter, the occurrence of an abnormality, and the like by lighting or blinking of light.
The electromagnetic wave receiving unit receives an electromagnetic wave from a remote controller. The electromagnetic wave is infrared.
The buzzer is not exposed to the outside of the housing 11, but is a part of the second electrical component 22. When the electromagnetic wave receiving part receives a signal from the remote controller, the buzzer emits a sound corresponding to the signal.
The first electrical component 21 is mounted on the first support portion 23. The first support portion 23 is fixed to the structural member 111 of the housing 11.
The second electrical component 22 is attached to the second support 24. As can be seen from fig. 5 and the like, the second support portion 24 is attached to the first support portion 23 by a hinge structure. The second support portion 24 is rotatable about the stay 24a of the hinge portion from a first position (P1) shown in fig. 6 to a second position (P2) shown in fig. 7. The first position (P1) of the second support portion 24 is the position of the second support portion 24 when the air conditioner 1 is used. The second position (P2) of the second support portion 24 is the position of the second support portion 24 when the drain pan 13 is detached. When the second support portion 24 is rotated about the support post 24a and moved from the first position to the second position, the stopper 23a of the first support portion 23 prevents further rotation of the second support portion 24, and the second support portion 24 is separated from the first support portion 23 when the second support portion 24 is further rotated. In this case, the second electrical component 22 is also connected to the first electrical component 21 by the harness, and the second electrical component 22 and the second support portion 24 do not fall off.
The room temperature sensor 31 is a thermistor. The room temperature sensor 31 is attached to the first support portion 23. The room temperature sensor 31 is a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature around the sensor. A flow path of air is secured around the room temperature sensor 31 so that the air in the room is introduced from the outside of the housing 11 and discharged. Therefore, the room temperature sensor 31 can measure the room temperature.
(3) Removal of the drain pan 13
When cleaning, maintenance or inspection of the air conditioner 1, the drain pan 13 is preferably detached from the housing 11. Here, a procedure of detaching the drain pan 13 will be explained.
(3-1) moving the second support 24 from the first position (P1) to the second position (P2).
As described in (2-2), when the air conditioner 1 is used, the second support portion 24 is located at the first position (P1) (fig. 6). In this state, the second support portion 24 is positioned on the path when the drain pan 13 is detached, and it is difficult to detach the drain pan 13. Therefore, the second support portion 24 is rotated about the support column 24a and moved to the second position (P2) (fig. 7). Thereby, the second support portion 24 and the second electrical component 22 are deviated from the removal path of the drain pan.
The second support portion 24 need only be displaced from the drain pan removal path, and need not necessarily be at the second position (P2). As described in (2-2), the second support portion 24 may be detached from the first support portion 23.
(3-2) detachment of the drain hose 18
To remove the drain pan 13 from the housing 11, the drain hose 18 needs to be removed from the drain pan 13. The drain hose 18 is connected to the drain pan 13 via a connection portion 19. The connecting portion 19 includes a screw 19 a.
In the arrangement of the usage state of the air conditioner 1, the second support portion 24 is located at the first position P1, and the second support portion 24 overlaps the connection portion 19 when viewed from the front (or when viewed from the direction of an insertion tool described later). Therefore, when the second support portion 24 is at the first position P1, it is difficult to loosen the screw 19a of the connection portion 19 using a tool such as a screwdriver. By moving the second support portion from the first position P1 to the second position P2, as shown in fig. 8, the screw 19a of the connecting portion 19 is exposed. By exposing screw 19a, insertion of a tool such as a screwdriver into screw 19a becomes easy, and screw 19a can be easily removed. Thereby, the drain hose 18 is detached from the drain pan 13.
(3-3) disassembly of the drain pan 13
As described in (3-1) and (3-2), the drain pan 13 can be detached by moving the second support portion out of the detaching path of the drain pan 13 and detaching the drain hose 18. The drain pan 13 is detachable from the structural member 111 of the housing 11 by being pulled out toward the front lower side.
(4) Feature(s)
(4-1)
The air conditioner 1 of the present embodiment includes a use unit 10, and the use unit 10 includes a housing 11, a drain pan 13, and an electrical component assembly 20.
The electrical component assembly 20 includes a first electrical component 21, a second electrical component 22, a first support portion 23 that supports the first electrical component 21, and a second support portion 24 that supports the second electrical component 22.
The second support portion 24 is movably attached to the first support portion 23. When the air conditioner 1 is used, the second support portion 24 is located at the first position P1. When the second support portion 24 is located at the first position, the second support portion 24 is located on a path when the drain pan 13 is detached from the housing 11. By moving the second support portion 24 from the first position P1 to the second position P2, the second support portion 24 is out of the path of removal of the drain pan.
Conventionally, when the support portions of the electrical components are integrated and the second support portion 24 is fixedly attached to the first support portion, the electrical component assembly 20 needs to be integrally removed when the drain pan is removed. In the electrical component assembly 20 of the present embodiment, since the second support portion 24 is movably attached to the first support portion 23, it is only necessary to move the second support portion 24 to the second position P2 without integrally detaching the electrical component assembly 20 when detaching the drain pan 13.
In addition, the first electrical component 21 includes a drive circuit for driving the fan motor. In other words, the first electrical component includes a power component through which a relatively large current flows. In contrast, the second electrical component 22 includes 1 or a combination selected from the group consisting of an operation switch, a display unit, an electromagnetic wave receiving unit, and a buzzer. The second electrical component 22 consumes less power. In addition, the second electrical component 22 serves as an interface with the user. A part of the second electrical component is disposed on the outer surface of the housing 11.
(4-2)
The movement of the second support 24 from the first position P1 to the second position P2 is a rotational movement. Since the movement is rotational, the movement can be performed without using an extra space.
(4-3)
By moving second support 24 from first position P1 to second position P2, screw 19a of connection portion 19 can be exposed. When the second support portion 24 is located at the first position P1, the second support portion overlaps the screw 19a of the connection portion 19 when viewed from the tool insertion direction, and it is difficult to insert a tool.
Therefore, by moving the second support portion 24 from the first position P1 to the second position P2, the screw 19a of the connection portion 19 can be easily detached, and the drain pan 13 and the drain hose 18 can be detached.
(5) Modification example
(5-1) modification 1A
In the first embodiment, the movement of the second support 24 from the first position P1 to the second position P2 is rotation. In modification 1A, the second support 24 slides from the first position P1 to the second position P2.
In modification 1A, the second support portion 24 is configured to be slidable (parallel-movable) rightward from the first position P1 in fig. 6. In this case, a space is required on the right side of the second support portion 24.
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it should be understood that various changes in the form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure as set forth in the appended claims.
