Abstract
A positioning and assembling device for a fuse chemical reserve battery reactor is characterized by comprising a base (5), a pressing block (6), a positioning needle (7) and a fixing block (8); base (5), briquetting (6), fixed block (8) are made by polytetrafluoroethylene processing, and fixed block (8) highly compress tightly the battery reactor of assembling through adjusting hexagon head bolt, and pilot pin (7) are the long 10 mm's of diameter 1mm rod iron, and two kinds of materials of polytetrafluoroethylene and rod iron do not all react with battery pole piece. The invention adopts the battery reactor positioning assembly device, overcomes the problem of poor consistency of the fuse chemical reserve battery, improves the product percent of pass and realizes the batch production of the chemical reserve battery.

At present, the chemical reserve battery matched with the small-caliber distance fuse developed by 152 factories has the characteristics of small volume, short activation time (less than 10 milliseconds), wide working temperature range (-40 ℃ to +50 ℃) and the like. The reactor of the battery adopts a laminated structure, and according to the structural characteristics of the battery, a certain number of battery positive plates 1, plastic gaskets 2, bipolar plates 3 and negative plates 4 are required to be sequentially arranged in a tool during assembly, as shown in figure 1. The method has the problems of poor consistency of the assembled battery reactor and low product percent of pass, and cannot meet the technical requirements of fuze work and batch production of chemical reserve batteries, so that a positioning and assembling device of the battery reactor is needed to improve the assembly consistency of the battery reactor.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The required materials of the invention are polytetrafluoroethylene, steel bars with the diameter of 1mm and hexagon head bolts.
The materials are processed through a common lathe, a common drilling machine and a common milling machine according to the designed size to prepare each part of the positioning and assembling device, and the operation is simple and easy.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, two positioning pins 7 are respectively inserted into two circular holes with the diameter of 1mm at the bottom of a base 5, then a certain number of negative plates 4 coated with adhesive, bipolar plates 3, plastic gaskets 2 and positive plates 1 are orderly stacked into a large central circular hole of the base 5, the positioning pins 7 are clamped by gaps of the negative plates 4, the bipolar plates 3, the plastic gaskets 2 and the positive plates 1, then a pressing block 6 is inserted into the circular hole of the base 5, the positioning pins 7 are aligned with the circular hole of the pressing block 6, finally the positioning assembly with a battery stack is placed into a fixing block 8, and a hexagon bolt is screwed.
And after the adhesive is dried completely, unscrewing the hexagon head bolt of the fixing block 8, and ejecting the battery stack out from the round hole of the base 5 by using a steel bar with the diameter of 5mm and separating the battery stack from the positioning assembly tool.
Through practical application, the battery stack is positioned and assembled by adopting the positioning and assembling tool, so that the problem of poor consistency in manual assembly of the battery stack is effectively solved, and the product percent of pass of the battery is improved.
