Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the ward management method is provided.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a ward management method, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of the ward management method according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the ward management method includes:
step S10, acquiring ward configuration information based on the ward information of the target ward, acquiring bed management information according to the ward configuration information, and acquiring patient information according to the bed management information;
in order to better manage the wards in the embodiment, various information of the wards needs to be acquired. For example, as shown in fig. 4, when various information of a patient room is acquired, it is first necessary to acquire information based on patient room information of a target patient room, and the patient room information of the target patient room includes actual patient room number information and actual patient room characteristic information representing characteristics of the patient room. The actual ward number information refers to the room number of the ward, and the actual ward characteristic information may include a general ward, a VIP ward and an intensive care unit. The ward number and the ward characteristic of the position preset in the controller need to be found according to the actual position of the ward, for example, the actual position of the actual ward is a, the position a can be found in the controller, and the ward number and the characteristic on the position a can be obtained and used as the actual ward number information and the actual ward characteristic information of the target ward.
And secondly, obtaining actual ward bed information and ward environment information according to actual ward number information in the ward information of the target ward, wherein the actual ward bed information refers to the serial number and the number of beds in the actual ward, and the ward environment information refers to the air quality of the ward. The method comprises the steps of determining a ward bed preset in a room in a controller and environmental data required to be acquired on the basis of an actual ward number, judging the environmental data to obtain ward environmental information, wherein the actual ward number information is, for example, a No. 5 room, the ward number information set in the controller is 5-1,5-2,5-3, and when the bed information of the No. 5 ward is determined, obtaining the bed information in the ward with the ward number of 5 set in the controller according to the actual ward number information of No. 5 ward, and taking 5-1,5-2 and 5-3 as the actual bed information. After the environmental data of the target ward is collected, a certain numerical value in the environmental data is subjected to environmental judgment according to the internal definition of the controller, wherein the collected environmental data can comprise information such as temperature, humidity and illumination, the certain numerical value can also refer to the numerical value of the information such as temperature, humidity and illumination, and the internal definition of the controller refers to the interval set for the judgment of the environment. For example, the controller sets an interval for humidity, including a first interval and a second interval which is included in the first interval and is far greater than the first interval, where the first humidity interval represents that the environment is good, the second humidity interval represents that the environment is general, and other ranges represent that the environment is poor, then a certain value of the environment data refers to humidity, and if the humidity value in the environment data is B and B is matched with the first humidity interval, it may be determined that the actual ward environment is good according to the actual humidity value and the interval defined inside the controller. And after the actual ward bed information and the ward environment information are obtained, the actual ward bed information and the ward environment information are stored as ward configuration information.
And finally, after the actual ward bed information is obtained, determining the name of the patient on the bed according to the actual bed information, and storing the patient information and the bed information together to determine the bed management information, wherein the bed information is the number of the bed, and the bed management information is the combination of the bed information and the name of the patient. For example, the patient information and the bed information can be put together to be used as the bed management information of 5-1, C when the patient name corresponding to the inside of the actual ward bed information 5-1,5-2,5-3, 5-1 controller is C and the patient name corresponding to the inside of the 5-2 controller is D; 5-2, D; 5-3, empty bed. After the bed management information is obtained, the patient information including the medical care information of the patient and the patient state information is determined according to the patient name, wherein the medical care information refers to the responsible doctor or nurse of the patient, and the patient state information refers to whether the patient is in the ward or not. On one hand, medical care information stored in the controller is determined according to the name of the patient, and on the other hand, the state information of the patient is determined by detecting instruments such as an electronic bracelet worn on the hand of the patient according to the name of the patient. For example, the patient D, the medical care of the patient D stored in the controller is E and the detecting device F, wherein the detecting data of the detecting device F is that the patient is in the ward, the patient information can be obtained according to the above information: patient D is medically cared E and the patient is currently in the ward.
The controller completes the acquisition of various information of the wards through the steps, the acquired various information is stored in the memory, and the user realizes the high-efficiency management of the wards according to the various information of the wards.
Step S20, obtaining patient diagnosis information based on the patient information, and determining the patient diagnosis progress information according to the patient diagnosis information;
in this embodiment, after acquiring the patient information, monitoring data is detected according to the patient status information, and patient diagnosis information and diagnosis progress information are confirmed according to the monitoring data, where the monitoring data refers to status and progress information of various instruments. For example, as shown in fig. 5, first, monitoring data is detected based on patient information, mainly to detect whether the monitoring data is received or not, and if not, it indicates that the patient is not diagnosed; otherwise, the patient is diagnosed and the monitoring data is received, then the controller determines monitoring target information corresponding to the monitoring data, the monitoring target information is used as patient diagnosis information, finally process information in the patient diagnosis information is determined, and the process information is used as patient diagnosis process information.
Firstly, the controller detects whether monitoring data is received or not based on the patient information, and if not, the controller indicates that the patient is not diagnosed; otherwise, it indicates that the patient is making a diagnosis and receiving the monitoring data. The controller can detect the monitoring data according to the patient state information in the patient information, and if the patient state information is not in the ward, the controller indicates that the patient in the ward is not possible to be diagnosed, and the monitoring data does not need to be detected; when the patient state information is detected in the ward, the patient may be in diagnosis, the monitoring information needs to be detected, and if the controller detects that the monitoring data is received, the patient can be indicated to be in diagnosis; whereas the controller does not detect the monitoring data, indicating that activities other than diagnosis are being performed in the patient room, wherein the controller will always perform the monitoring data detection process as long as the patient is in the patient room. For example, if the patient D is in the ward, the controller will detect the monitoring information of the patient D, and if the monitoring information of the patient D is transmitted back, the controller will indicate that the patient D is in diagnosis and store the monitoring information; on the other hand, if no monitoring information of the patient D is returned, it indicates that the patient D is not in diagnosis, and similarly, if the status information of the patient D is not in the ward, the controller will not detect the monitoring data of the patient D.
And secondly, the controller determines monitoring target information corresponding to the monitoring data and takes the monitoring target information as diagnosis information. The monitoring target information refers to information of a source instrument of the monitoring data, the controller can confirm the monitoring target information of the received monitoring data, and can determine diagnosis information of the patient according to the monitoring target information defined in the controller, wherein the monitoring target information defined in the controller comprises the fact that the monitoring target information detecting that a medical staff working board enters a ward is diagnosis, the monitoring target information detecting an infusion bottle is infusion, the monitoring target information detecting an oxygen bottle is oxygen delivery, and the monitoring target information detecting the heartbeat frequency of the patient is electrocardiographic monitoring. The diagnosis information of the patient can be obtained according to the monitoring target information internally defined by the controller, for example, if the received monitoring data of the patient D is the residual amount of the liquid medicine of the infusion bottle, the diagnosis information of the patient D can be obtained according to the detection data and the monitoring target information internally defined by the controller, and the patient is in the infusion and the residual amount of the liquid medicine is obtained.
And finally, determining the process information in the patient diagnosis information, and taking the process information as the patient diagnosis process information. The process information refers to the process of the monitoring target information in the diagnosis information, and the confirmed patient diagnosis information is used for determining the process information in the patient diagnosis information, wherein the process information refers to the state, abnormality, difference from actual requirements and the like of a certain device in the monitoring data, and for example, the process information of the infusion can include the remaining amount of the infusion, whether the infusion is normal or not, whether the infusion requirement is achieved or not and the like.
Step S30, if receiving the input display instruction, displaying at least one of the ward information, the ward configuration information, the bed management information, the patient information, and the patient diagnosis progress information according to the display instruction.
In this embodiment, after the information acquisition and the detection of the diagnosis information are completed, the information is processed according to the user requirement, and the main processing manner is to display at least one of the ward information, the ward configuration information, the bed management information, the patient information, and the patient diagnosis progress information according to the requirement of the display instruction. For example, as shown in fig. 6, the controller may detect the electronic screen, mainly determine whether the electronic screen receives a display instruction. Assuming that the electronic screen receives a display instruction, the controller judges according to the display instruction, determines the requirement of the display instruction and displays corresponding information according to the requirement of the instruction; otherwise, the process is ended when the display instruction is not received, the detection process is executed all the time as long as the electronic screen is in the open state, for example, the electronic screen receives the instruction for displaying the bed management information and transmits the instruction back to the controller, the controller judges the instruction, the obtained demand information of the instruction is the bed management information, and the controller transmits the bed management information inside to the electronic screen for displaying.
Referring to fig. 7, when the electronic screen is in an open state, a user inputs an information requirement on the electronic screen, the ward electronic screen requests data from the controller, if the request fails due to network problems and the like, the controller controls the electronic screen to display for 5S retry, the user can input the information requirement again after the time is over, otherwise, when the controller receives the request, the controller obtains ward configuration corresponding to the ward electronic screen, when the controller does not obtain the configuration information, the controller sends a missing configuration prompt to the ward electronic screen, otherwise, the controller obtains the ward information and patient information in the ward from the HIS system, and sends the information to the ward electronic screen for display. For example, the user needs to search the patient name information of the ward, the controller can acquire the patient name information of the ward according to the requirements of the user, if the patient information is not acquired from the controller, the electronic screen can display missing configuration, otherwise, the patient name can be acquired and displayed on the ward electronic screen, and the user can timely perform simple and efficient management on the ward by acquiring the requirement information, so that the labor cost of ward management is saved.
This embodiment also introduces the actual display of the electronic screen in the ward management method, referring to fig. 8, when the medical staff enters the ward, the ward door will detect the work board of the medical staff, the work board is already used as the monitoring target information inside the control cabinet, for the safety of the patient and the privacy of the patient, family members and other personnel cannot enter the ward, and the definition of the work board is in the electronic screen display diagnosis and treatment of the control door, the "do not disturb! And target bed information can be displayed according to the patient state information and the monitoring data of other monitoring instruments.
In the embodiment, ward configuration information, bed management information and patient information are obtained by acquiring ward information of a target ward; acquiring patient diagnosis information according to the patient name in the patient information and detecting the patient diagnosis information to obtain patient diagnosis progress information; and finally, if an input display instruction is received, displaying corresponding ward information, ward configuration information, bed management information, patient information and patient diagnosis process information according to the display instruction. The ward information, the ward configuration information, the bed management information, the patient information and the patient diagnosis process information are intelligently acquired and displayed according to the instructions, so that manual management of repeated and complex information of all wards by collecting medical personnel is avoided, the ward management efficiency is improved, and the ward management cost is reduced.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the ward management method of the present invention, a second embodiment of the ward management method is provided, and the ward management method includes:
step a, acquiring an actual ward position of a target ward, and if the actual ward position is consistent with a preset ward position, determining the room number information corresponding to the preset ward position as the actual ward number information of the target ward;
in this embodiment, before acquiring the ward configuration information, the ward information of the target ward needs to be confirmed, after acquiring the actual position of the target ward, the preset ward position in the controller is searched, if the actual position is consistent with the preset ward position, the ward number of the target ward can be obtained according to the ward number of the preset ward position, otherwise, the ward number is continuously searched, wherein the actual position refers to a defined position of the ward in the controller. For example, if the actual position of the target ward is a, and the ward number of the preset a position in the controller is 5, the controller may directly search for the a position in the controller and obtain the ward number information of 5. The actual ward number information of the target ward is determined, and the basis is passed for acquiring other subsequent information, so that the accuracy of the subsequent information is ensured.
And b, if the actual ward number information is consistent with the preset ward number information, acquiring characteristic information corresponding to the preset ward number information, and taking the characteristic information as the actual ward characteristic information, wherein the ward information comprises the actual ward characteristic information and the actual ward number information.
In this embodiment, after the actual ward number information of the target ward is obtained, the actual ward number is obtained by searching the preset ward number inside the controller, if the actual ward number is consistent with the actual ward number, the actual ward characteristic information is obtained according to the characteristic information corresponding to the preset ward number, otherwise, the searching is continued, wherein the characteristic information refers to the function definition of the ward, the actual ward characteristic information refers to the actual ward function definition, and the actual ward characteristic information and the actual ward number information are used as the ward information. For example, if the characteristic information of the controller-internal ward No. 5 is a general ward, the ward information to be acquired is that the target ward is the general ward No. 5.
In this embodiment, the ward configuration information is obtained based on the ward information of the target ward, which indicates that the subsequent information obtaining, the information detection and the ward management are all based on the ward information of the target ward, and the ward information is obtained to ensure the accuracy of the subsequent execution steps of the ward management method.
Further, the step of obtaining ward configuration information based on the ward information of the target ward includes:
step c, acquiring ward environment information according to the ward information of the target ward;
in this embodiment, after obtaining ward information of a target ward, configuration information of the ward is obtained, and obtaining the ward environment is included when obtaining the configuration information of the ward, where the ward environment information refers to determination of air quality in the ward. When the ward environment information is acquired, the ward which needs to acquire the ward environment information is determined according to the actual ward number. For example, if the actual ward number information in the ward information of the target ward is 5, the environment information of the ward environment of which is 5 is correspondingly acquired. The ward environment information is acquired according to the actual ward number information of the ward information of the target ward, and the accuracy of the acquired ward environment information is guaranteed.
And d, determining bed information corresponding to actual ward number information in the ward information, and taking the bed information as the actual ward bed information, wherein the ward configuration information comprises the ward environment information and the actual ward bed information.
In this embodiment, the configuration information of the ward includes not only the acquired ward environment information but also the actual ward bed information. When the actual ward bed information is obtained, the bed information corresponding to the ward number is found in the controller according to the ward number in the ward information and is used as the actual ward bed information, wherein the bed information refers to the serial number of the bed in the actual ward. For example, the bed information of the No. 5 ward inside the controller is 5-1,5-2,5-3, and the bed information to be acquired is the bed information of the No. 5 ward is 5-1,5-2, 5-3.
In this embodiment, bed basis is provided for realizing ward management in the ward management method by acquiring actual ward bed information.
Further, the step of obtaining ward environment information according to the ward information of the target ward comprises:
step e, acquiring a ward humidity value of a target ward according to the ward information;
in this embodiment, after determining that the number of the environmental information ward needs to be obtained, a certain value of the environmental data of the ward is collected by the environment collector for judgment, where the environmental data may include, but is not limited to, information such as temperature, humidity, and illumination, and the certain value may also refer to a value of the information such as temperature, humidity, and illumination. For example, the collection of environmental information may be: the temperature is 25 ℃, the humidity is 35%, the illumination intensity is 90 lux, the controller can obtain a certain numerical value according to the requirement, namely the humidity value of the ward defined by the controller is 25%, and a basis is provided for judging the environment of the ward according to the collection of the environmental data.
