the vehicle identification submodule is used for calling a camera identification system of the vehicle through the target vehicle scanning process, and identifying the surrounding vehicle through the camera identification system to obtain license plate information and/or vehicle image data of the surrounding vehicle;
and the identification data transmission submodule is used for receiving the license plate information and/or the vehicle image data of the surrounding vehicle transmitted by the camera identification system through the target vehicle scanning process.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the target vehicle scanning process is deployed in an independent system owned by the vehicle itself, and the independent system is configured to encrypt the transmitted information, and the apparatus may further include:
and the vehicle data downloading module is used for receiving the target vehicle data transmitted by the law enforcement system of the law enforcement object in an independent system of the vehicle per se according to a preset time interval and storing the transmitted target vehicle data.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the target vehicle data includes license plate information and/or image data for the target vehicle, and the data matching module 303 may include the following sub-modules:
and the data matching sub-module is used for matching the license plate information and/or the vehicle image data of the identified surrounding vehicles with the license plate information and/or the image data of the target vehicle transmitted by a law enforcement system through the target vehicle scanning process in an independent system of the vehicle so as to determine the target vehicle matched with the target vehicle data.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the data matching module 303 may include the following sub-modules:
the target vehicle information acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring vehicle information of the target vehicle matched with the target vehicle data; the vehicle information includes license plate information, data recognition time information, and vehicle position information for the target vehicle;
and the data uploading sub-module is used for uploading the license plate information, the data identification time information and the vehicle position information aiming at the target vehicle to a law enforcement system of a law enforcement object so that the law enforcement system sorts the target vehicle on a map according to the data identification time information to obtain a target vehicle route map.
In one embodiment of the invention, data transmitted between the vehicle interior systems and data transmitted between the vehicle and a law enforcement system are subjected to encryption transmission, wherein the data transmitted between the vehicle interior systems comprises identification information of surrounding vehicles transmitted to an independent system of the vehicle by a camera identification system; the data transmitted between the vehicle and the law enforcement system comprises vehicle information of a target vehicle uploaded by the vehicle and target vehicle data issued by the law enforcement system.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle, including:
the vehicle identification method comprises the target vehicle identification device, a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the computer program is executed by the processor, each process of the target vehicle identification method embodiment is realized, the same technical effect can be achieved, and the repeated description is omitted for avoiding the repetition.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements each process of the above-mentioned embodiment of the target vehicle identification method, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.

Claims (10)

1. A method of identifying a target vehicle, the method comprising:
when a vehicle is powered on and started, automatically running a target vehicle scanning process built in the vehicle; the target vehicle scanning process built in the vehicle is used for indicating that a vehicle user allows the vehicle to assist in scanning the target vehicle;
acquiring identification information of surrounding vehicles through the target vehicle scanning process;
uploading vehicle information matched with the target vehicle data to a law enforcement system of a law enforcement object according to the matching of the identification information of the surrounding vehicle and the target vehicle data stored in the vehicle; and the vehicle information matched with the target vehicle data is used for generating a target vehicle route map.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a downloading instruction of a vehicle user to a target vehicle scanning process, showing process information aiming at the target vehicle scanning process to the user and providing a downloading confirmation entrance for the user so as to guide the user to confirm the process information through the downloading confirmation entrance;
and responding to an operation instruction of the vehicle user to the download confirmation entrance, and downloading the target vehicle scanning process in an independent system of the vehicle.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring identification information of the nearby vehicle through the target vehicle scanning process includes:
calling a camera recognition system of the vehicle through the target vehicle scanning process, and recognizing the surrounding vehicle through the camera recognition system to obtain license plate information and/or vehicle image data of the surrounding vehicle;
and receiving the license plate information and/or the vehicle image data of the surrounding vehicle transmitted by the camera recognition system through the target vehicle scanning process.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the target vehicle scanning process is deployed in a separate system owned by the vehicle, and the separate system is used for encrypting the transmitted information, and further comprising:
the vehicle itself has an independent system that receives target vehicle data transmitted from a law enforcement system of a law enforcement target at a predetermined time interval and stores the transmitted target vehicle data.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the target vehicle data comprises license plate information and/or image data for a target vehicle; the matching of the target vehicle data stored in the vehicle according to the identification information of the nearby vehicle includes:
in an independent system of the vehicle, the license plate information and/or the vehicle image data of the identified surrounding vehicles are matched with the license plate information and/or the image data of the target vehicle transmitted by a law enforcement system through the target vehicle scanning process, so that the target vehicle matched with the target vehicle data is determined.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein uploading vehicle information matching target vehicle data to a law enforcement system of a law enforcement subject comprises:
acquiring vehicle information of a target vehicle matched with the target vehicle data; the vehicle information includes license plate information, data recognition time information, and vehicle position information for the target vehicle;
and uploading the license plate information, the data identification time information and the vehicle position information aiming at the target vehicle to a law enforcement system of a law enforcement object, so that the law enforcement system sorts the target vehicle on a map according to the data identification time information to obtain a target vehicle route map.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein data transmitted between the vehicle interior systems, including identification information of the nearby vehicle transmitted from the camera identification system to an independent system provided in the vehicle itself, and data transmitted between the vehicle and a law enforcement system are transmitted in encrypted form; the data transmitted between the vehicle and the law enforcement system comprises vehicle information of a target vehicle uploaded by the vehicle and target vehicle data issued by the law enforcement system.
8. An apparatus for identifying a target vehicle, the apparatus comprising:
the vehicle scanning process running module is used for automatically running a target vehicle scanning process built in the vehicle when the vehicle is powered on and started; the target vehicle scanning process built in the vehicle is used for indicating that a vehicle user allows the vehicle to assist in scanning the target vehicle;
the vehicle identification module is used for acquiring identification information of the surrounding vehicle through the target vehicle scanning process;
the data matching module is used for uploading vehicle information matched with the target vehicle data to a law enforcement system of a law enforcement object according to the matching of the identification information of the surrounding vehicle and the target vehicle data stored in the vehicle; and the vehicle information matched with the target vehicle data is used for generating a target vehicle route map.
9. A vehicle, characterized by comprising: target vehicle identification apparatus according to claim 8, a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the target vehicle identification method according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the target vehicle identification method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
