By adopting the device provided by the embodiment of the application, the current operating condition is determined to be good according to the condition score of the target individual industrial and commercial company being larger than the first preset score, the business object of the target individual industrial and commercial company is further determined, whether the good condition of the operating condition of the target individual industrial and commercial company has sustainability is judged, and then the feedback result of the loan application of the target individual industrial and commercial company is finally determined.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the credit granting and evaluating device for individual business entity loans may be divided into the functional units according to the above method example, for example, each functional unit may be divided according to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit. It should be noted that the division of the unit in the embodiment of the present application is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
In accordance with the embodiment shown in fig. 2, an electronic device is provided in an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating a server structure of a hardware operating environment of an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device includes a processor, a memory, and computer-executable instructions stored in the memory and operable on the processor, and when the computer-executable instructions are executed, the electronic device executes instructions including steps of a credit granting evaluation method for any one of the individual industrial and commercial customers' loans.
Wherein, the processor is a CPU (Central Processing Unit).
The memory may be a high-speed RAM memory, or may be a stable memory, such as a disk memory.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the server shown in fig. 6 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 6, the memory may include computer-implemented instructions for an operating system, a network communication module, and a method for credit assessment of individual merchant loans. The operating system is used for managing and controlling hardware and software resources of the server and supporting the operation of executing instructions by the computer. The network communication module is used for realizing communication between each component in the memory and communication with other hardware and software in the server, and the communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to GSM (Global System of Mobile communication), GPRS (General Packet Radio Service), CDMA2000(Code Division Multiple Access 2000), WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access), TD-SCDMA (Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access), etc.
In the server shown in fig. 6, the processor is configured to execute computer-executable instructions for personnel management stored in the memory, and to implement the following steps: receiving a loan application, wherein the loan application is used for obtaining guarantee loan for a request of a target individual tradesman and merchant; acquiring the operation condition information of target individual industrial and commercial customers, and determining the operation condition score of the target individual industrial and commercial customers according to the operation condition information; if the operation condition score of the target individual industrial and commercial company is larger than a first preset score, acquiring the geographical position information of the target individual industrial and commercial company; determining business objects of the target individual industrial and commercial enterprises according to the geographical position information of the target individual industrial and commercial enterprises, wherein the business objects comprise online users or offline users; and determining a feedback result of the loan application according to the business object of the target individual business entity.
For specific implementation of the server related to the present application, reference may be made to the above embodiments of the credit granting evaluation method for individual business entity loans, which are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the application provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer instructions are stored, and when the computer instructions are run on a communication device, the communication device is caused to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the credit granting and evaluating methods for loan of individual industry and business entities as described in the above method embodiments. The computer includes an electronic device.
The electronic terminal equipment comprises a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, wearable equipment and the like.
The computer-readable storage medium may be an internal storage unit of the electronic device described in the above embodiments, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the electronic device. The computer readable storage medium may also be an external storage device of the electronic device, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, provided on the electronic device. Further, the computer-readable storage medium may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the electronic device. Computer-readable storage media are used to store computer-executable instructions and data as well as other computer-executable instructions and data needed by electronic devices. The computer-readable storage medium may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
For specific implementation of the computer-readable storage medium related to the present application, reference may be made to the above embodiments of the credit granting evaluation method for individual business entity loans, which are not described herein again.
Embodiments of the present application provide a computer program product, wherein the computer program product comprises a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods for credit assessment of individual industrial and commercial merchant loans as described in the above method embodiments, and the computer program product may be a software installation package.
It should be noted that any of the above embodiments of the credit granting and evaluating method for individual merchant loan is described as a series of actions for simplicity of description, but those skilled in the art should understand that the present application is not limited by the described action sequence, as some steps may be performed in other sequences or simultaneously according to the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
The above embodiments of the present application are introduced in detail, and the principle and implementation of the method for assessing credit of individual business entity loan of the present application are explained herein by applying specific embodiments, and the description of the above embodiments is only used to help understand the method and the core ideas of the method; meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the credit granting evaluation method for individual business loan of the present application, the specific implementation and application scope may be changed, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
While the present application has been described in connection with various embodiments, other variations to the disclosed embodiments can be understood and effected by those skilled in the art in practicing the claimed application, from a review of the drawings, the disclosure, and the appended claims. In the claims, the word "comprising" does not exclude other elements or steps, and the word "a" or "an" does not exclude a plurality. The mere fact that certain measures are recited in mutually different dependent claims does not indicate that a combination of these measures cannot be used to advantage.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the various methods of the method embodiments of any of the above described methods for credit assessment of individual merchant loans may be performed by associated hardware instructed by a program, which may be stored in a computer-readable memory, which may include: flash Memory disks, Read-Only memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the trust assessment method for individual business loan provided by the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such modifications and variations as well.

Claims (10)

1. A credit granting and evaluating method for individual industrial and commercial merchant loan, which is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a loan application, wherein the loan application is used for requesting to obtain a guarantee loan for a target individual business;
acquiring the operation condition information of the target individual industrial and commercial customers, and determining the operation condition score of the target individual industrial and commercial customers according to the operation condition information;
if the operation condition score of the target individual industrial and commercial customer is larger than a first preset score, acquiring the geographical position information of the target individual industrial and commercial customer;
determining business objects of the target individual industrial and commercial enterprises according to the geographical position information of the target individual industrial and commercial enterprises, wherein the business objects comprise online users or offline users;
and determining a feedback result of the loan application according to the business object of the target individual business entity.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein if it is determined that the business object of the target individual industrial company is the offline user, the determining the feedback result of the loan application according to the business object of the target individual industrial company comprises:
and determining that the feedback result of the loan application is that the target individual business entity is agreed to obtain the guarantee loan or the target individual business entity is agreed to obtain the guarantee loan with the first amount.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein if it is determined that the business object of the target individual industrial company is the online user, the determining the feedback result of the loan application according to the business object of the target individual industrial company comprises:
obtaining the network evaluation of the target individual industrial and commercial customers;
analyzing the network evaluation of the target individual industrial and commercial customers, and determining the network evaluation level of the target individual industrial and commercial customers;
and if the network evaluation level of the target individual industrial and commercial tenant is higher than a first preset level, determining that the feedback result of the loan application is to agree with the target individual industrial and commercial tenant to obtain a guarantee loan or agree with the target individual industrial and commercial tenant to obtain a guarantee loan of a first amount.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the geographic location information comprises business place information of the target individual industrial business, and wherein determining business objects of the target individual industrial business according to the geographic location information of the target individual industrial business comprises:
determining a plurality of peripheral enterprises according to the information of the business place of the target individual industrial and commercial enterprises, wherein the peripheral enterprises are enterprises within a first preset distance range from the target individual industrial and commercial enterprises;
acquiring the operation range of the target individual industrial and commercial business and the operation range of each peripheral enterprise in the plurality of peripheral enterprises;
matching the operation range of the target individual industrial and commercial enterprises with the operation range of each peripheral enterprise in the plurality of peripheral enterprises to determine the occupation ratio of the same-row enterprises, wherein the occupation ratio of the same-row enterprises is the ratio of the number of the peripheral enterprises, the operation range of which is successfully matched with the target individual industrial and commercial enterprises, to the number of the plurality of peripheral enterprises;
if the occupation ratio of the same-row enterprise is smaller than a first preset occupation ratio, determining the business object of the target individual industrial and commercial business as the online user; and/or if the occupation ratio of the same-row enterprise is greater than or equal to the first preset occupation ratio, determining the business object of the target individual industrial and commercial business as the offline user.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
acquiring the business years of each peripheral enterprise;
determining the median of the business years of the peripheral enterprises according to the business years of each peripheral enterprise;
if the occupation ratio of the same-row enterprise is smaller than a first preset occupation ratio, determining the business object of the target individual industrial and commercial business as the online user; and/or if the business proportion of the same-row enterprise is greater than or equal to the first preset proportion, determining that the business object of the target individual industrial and commercial business is the offline user, wherein the business object comprises the following steps:
if the occupation ratio of the same-row enterprise is smaller than the first preset occupation ratio and the median of the business years is smaller than the first preset median, determining the business object of the target individual industrial and commercial business as the online user; and/or if the occupation ratio of the same-row enterprise is greater than or equal to the first preset occupation ratio and the median of the business years is greater than or equal to the first preset median, determining the business object of the target individual industrial and commercial business as the offline user.
6. The method of claim 1, the business condition information comprising invoice data for the target individual industrial business within a first preset time, the determining a business condition score for the target individual industrial business from the business condition information comprising:
acquiring a plurality of upstream transaction objects of the target individual industrial and commercial customers according to the invoice data in the first preset time, wherein the upstream transaction objects are sellers corresponding to the target individual industrial and commercial customers as buyers in the invoice data in the first preset time;
calculating to obtain the transaction proportion mean square error between the target individual industrial and commercial customer and the plurality of upstream transaction objects according to invoice data corresponding to each upstream transaction object in the plurality of upstream transaction objects;
and determining the operation condition score of the target individual industrial and commercial business according to the transaction proportion mean square error, wherein the transaction proportion mean square error is in negative correlation with the operation condition score.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the business situation information includes invoice data of the target individual industrial and commercial entity within a second preset time, and wherein determining the business situation score of the target individual industrial and commercial entity according to the business situation information includes:
acquiring a plurality of downstream transaction objects of the target individual industrial and commercial customers according to the invoice data in the second preset time, wherein the downstream transaction objects are corresponding buyers in the invoice data in the second preset time when the target individual industrial and commercial customers are sellers;
determining at least one return downstream transaction object, wherein the return downstream transaction object is the downstream transaction object of which the transaction times with the target individual industrial and commercial customer are greater than a first preset time;
determining a return transaction object ratio according to the number of the at least one return downstream transaction object and the number of the plurality of downstream transaction objects, wherein the return transaction object ratio is the number of the at least one return downstream transaction object/the number of the plurality of downstream transaction objects;
and determining the operation condition score of the target individual industrial and commercial company according to the return transaction object proportion and the invoice data of the target individual industrial and commercial company in second preset time.
8. An individual tradesman loan credit granting assessment device, said device comprising:
the system comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving a loan application, and the loan application is used for requesting to obtain a guarantee loan for a target individual business;
the scoring unit is used for acquiring the operation condition information of the target individual industrial and commercial customers and determining the operation condition score of the target individual industrial and commercial customers according to the operation condition information;

and the feedback unit is used for determining a feedback result of the loan application according to the business object of the target individual business entity.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, and computer-executable instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed cause the electronic device to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when run on a communication device, cause the communication device to perform the method of any one of claims 1-7.
