Spreadsheets, also known as spreadsheets, are a class of computer programs that simulate a computational form on paper. determining a storage address of the data cooperation document according to a document address field of a data reference formula, searching a third data cooperation document corresponding to a document identification field in the storage address, selecting each third initial data entry corresponding to a header field in the third data cooperation document, arranging the third initial data entries according to a sorting field sequence, and recombining and combining the arranged third initial data entries to form an area serving as a third selected area of the third data cooperation document.

In yet another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, is implemented to perform the data referencing methods provided above, the method comprising: determining a selected area of the data collaboration document according to the input instruction; acquiring target data content corresponding to the selected area of the data collaboration document according to the selected area; the target data content is referenced to the target document.

1. A data referencing method, comprising:
determining a selected area of the data collaboration document according to the input instruction;
acquiring target data content corresponding to the selected area of the data collaboration document according to the selected area;
and referencing the target data content to a target document.
2. The data referencing method according to claim 1, wherein said determining a selected region of a data collaboration document based on an input instruction comprises:
generating a data reference formula according to the input instruction; wherein the data reference formula contains at least one data reference field;
and determining data items corresponding to the data reference fields according to the data reference fields, and taking the area formed by combining the data items as the selected area of the data collaboration document.
3. The data referencing method according to claim 2, wherein said generating a data referencing formula according to said input instruction comprises:
receiving click operation or input operation of a user through a user interface, and determining the generated data reference field;
in the case where the data reference field is plural,
generating the data reference formula with a plurality of data reference fields and logic;
or generating the data reference formula by using a plurality of data reference fields in OR logic;
alternatively, a plurality of data reference fields are combined with logic and or logic to generate the data reference formula.
4. The data referencing method according to claim 2, wherein said data referencing formula contains at least one data referencing field, comprising:
the data reference formula comprises: a document address field, a document identification field and a header field;
determining data items corresponding to the data reference fields according to the data reference fields, and taking the area formed by combining the data items as the selected area of the data collaboration document, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
determining a storage address of the data cooperation document according to a document address field of the data reference formula, searching a first data cooperation document corresponding to the document identification field in the storage address, selecting each first initial data entry corresponding to the header field in the first data cooperation document, and taking an area formed by combining each first initial data entry as a first selected area of the first data cooperation document.
5. The data referencing method according to claim 2, wherein said data referencing formula contains at least one data referencing field, comprising:
the data reference formula comprises: a document address field, a document identification field, a header field and a screening field;
determining data items corresponding to the data reference fields according to the data reference fields, and taking the area formed by combining the data items as the selected area of the data collaboration document, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
determining a storage address of the data collaboration document according to a document address field of the data reference formula, searching a second data collaboration document corresponding to the document identification field in the storage address, selecting each second initial data entry corresponding to the header field in the second data collaboration document, selecting at least one second data entry conforming to the screening field in each second initial data entry, and recombining and combining the at least one second data entry to form a region serving as a second selected region of the second data collaboration document.
6. The data referencing method according to claim 2, wherein said data referencing formula contains at least one data referencing field, comprising:
the data reference formula comprises: a document address field, a document identification field, a header field and a sorting field;
determining data items corresponding to the data reference fields according to the data reference fields, and taking the area formed by combining the data items as the selected area of the data collaboration document, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
determining a storage address of the data cooperation document according to a document address field of the data reference formula, searching a third data cooperation document corresponding to the document identification field in the storage address, selecting each third initial data entry corresponding to the header field in the third data cooperation document, arranging the third initial data entries according to the sorting field sequence, and recombining and combining the third initial data entries after the arrangement sequence to form an area as a third selected area of the third data cooperation document.
7. The data referencing method according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein before accessing the data collaboration document, said method further comprises:
determining whether there is access permission for the data collaboration document;
and if so, executing the access operation on the data collaboration document.
8. The data referencing method according to claim 1, wherein after said referencing of said target data content to a target document, said method further comprises:
setting a callback parameter for the data collaboration document;
monitoring whether the target data content is updated or not by utilizing the callback parameter;
and sending an update notification to the target document when the target data content is monitored to be updated.
9. The data referencing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said data collaboration document is a data table for specifying data content;
the target document comprises any one of a data table, an online table and an electronic table.
10. A data referencing apparatus, comprising:
the first processing unit is used for determining a selected area of the data collaboration document according to an input instruction;
the second processing unit is used for acquiring target data content corresponding to the selected area of the data collaboration document according to the selected area;
and the third processing unit is used for referencing the target data content to a target document.
11. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the data referencing method according to any one of claims 1 to 9 when executing the program.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the data referencing method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
