Claims (14)

1. A scientific research result pushing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
according to the name of the scientific research institution, filtering the scientific research achievements of the scientific research institution in the achievement library;
classifying scientists and scientific research achievements of the scientific research institutions to obtain scientists and scientific research achievements which cannot be directly matched and scientists and scientific research achievements which can be directly matched;
directly matching scientists and scientific research results which can be directly matched according to personnel information of the scientists and first preset label field information of the scientific research results; for scientists and scientific research achievements which cannot be directly matched, similarity matching is carried out on images of the scientists and second preset label field information of the scientific research achievements;
for scientists and scientific achievements which can be directly matched, pushing the successfully matched scientific achievements to the corresponding scientists; and for scientists and scientific research results which cannot be directly matched, pushing the scientific research results to scientists giving pictures with the highest similarity to second preset label field information of the scientific research results.
2. The scientific research result pushing method according to claim 1,
storing the scientific achievements which are not matched with the public achievements into an unclassified public achievements pool.
3. The scientific research result pushing method according to claim 1, wherein the establishment of the result library comprises:
mapping original label field information of each document with the document;
and constructing a result library according to the mapping relation between the literature and the original label field information thereof.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of classifying the scientists and the scientific achievements in the scientific research institutions to obtain the scientists and the scientific achievements which cannot be directly matched and the scientists and the scientific achievements which can be directly matched comprises:
judging whether the scientific research institutions have famous scientists or not and whether English name formats of the scientists are not unique or not;
under the condition that the English name formats of the scientists with the same names and the scientists with the same names are not unique, the scientific research results of the scientists with the same names and the scientists with the same names, the English documents with the same names and the corresponding scientists with the same names and the English documents with the same names and the corresponding scientists are classified as scientists and scientific research results which cannot be directly matched; the rest of scientists and scientific achievements are classified as scientists capable of direct matching.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein for scientists and achievements capable of being directly matched, the process of directly matching the scientists and the achievements according to personnel information of the scientists and first preset tag field information of the achievements comprises:
for each scientist, matching with the author list of all authors of each scientific research result according to the personnel information of the scientist;
when the name of a scientist is included in the author list of all authors of a scientific result, the scientist is matched with the scientific result.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the representation includes a research area label and a list of collaborators, and the representation creation process of the scientist includes:
classifying the historical scientific research results of scientists according to the subject field of the scientific research institution and the label vocabulary corresponding to the subject field based on a deep neural network classification method to obtain the subject field of the historical scientific research results;
obtaining research field labels of scientists according to the subject field to which the historical scientific research achievements belong, and obtaining a collaborator list of the scientists according to all authors of the historical scientific research achievements;
the research domain tags and list of collaborators serve as a representation of the scientist.
7. The method of pushing research results according to claim 6, wherein the second preset tag field information includes: scientific research results belong to the research field, keywords, subject words and result attribution list.
8. The scientific research result pushing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and according to the third label field information input by the scientist, searching the scientific research results matched with the third label field information in the public result pool, and pushing the scientific research results to the scientist.
9. A method of achievements in scientific research claim, comprising: the scientific research result pushing method based on any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the claiming method comprises the following steps:
after pushing the scientific research results to the matched scientists, judging whether receiving a claim rejection command sent by the scientists;
upon receipt of the accept rejection command, the scientific results are stored in an unclaimed pool of public results.
10. A achievements scientific research claim method as claimed in claim 8, further comprising:
and matching the scientist with the scientific research result according to the third label field information of the scientific research result input by the scientist to finish the claiming.
11. A scientific research result pushing system, comprising:
the filtering module is used for filtering the scientific research achievements of the scientific research institutions in the achievement library according to the names of the scientific research institutions;
the classification module is used for classifying scientists and scientific research achievements of the scientific research institutions to obtain scientists and scientific research achievements which cannot be directly matched and scientists and scientific research achievements which can be directly matched;
the matching module is used for directly matching scientists and scientific research achievements which can be directly matched with each other according to personnel information of the scientists and first preset label field information of the scientific research achievements; for scientists and scientific research achievements which cannot be directly matched, similarity matching is carried out on images of the scientists and second preset label field information of the scientific research achievements;
the pushing module is used for pushing the scientific research achievements which are successfully matched to the scientists and the scientific research achievements which can be directly matched to the corresponding scientists; and for scientists and scientific research results which cannot be directly matched, pushing the scientific research results to scientists giving pictures with the highest similarity to second preset label field information of the scientific research results.
12. A achievements-in-scientific claim system, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
the judging module is used for pushing the scientific research results to the matched scientists and then judging whether receiving a claim rejection command sent by the scientists;
and the storage module is used for storing the scientific research result into an unclaimed public result pool after receiving the claim rejection command.

A computer device, comprising: at least one processor, and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor, wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the scientific research pushing method of any of claims 1-8 and the scientific research claiming method of any of claims 9-10.
14. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to execute the scientific research result pushing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 and the scientific research result claiming method according to any one of claims 9 to 10.
