The accumulated value of the watching duration may be the accumulated watching duration of the target application program on each of the other cloud mobile phones except the target cloud mobile phone on the cloud platform by the cloud mobile phone watching party. The accumulated control duration value can be accumulated control duration of the target application program on each of the other cloud mobile phones except the target cloud mobile phone on the cloud platform by the cloud mobile phone viewer.
It can be understood that the cloud platform manages the plurality of cloud mobile phones, and when a cloud mobile phone viewer logs in a cloud mobile phone client and rents the cloud mobile phones, the cloud platform randomly allocates an idle cloud mobile phone to the cloud mobile phone viewer, so that the viewing and control operation of the cloud mobile phone viewer for a certain application program can be performed on any cloud mobile phone, and therefore, the viewing and control time length of the cloud mobile phone viewer for the target application program can be obtained when the viewing time length and the control time length of the cloud mobile phone viewer for the target application program are counted.
And S340, updating the viewing duration accumulated value and the manipulation duration accumulated value according to the counted viewing duration and manipulation duration.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the viewing duration and the control duration which are obtained by statistics on the target cloud mobile phone at present can be accumulated to the obtained viewing duration accumulated value and control duration accumulated value which are stored by the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer, so as to obtain the updated viewing duration accumulated value and control duration accumulated value.
And S350, according to the updated viewing duration accumulated value and the updated control duration accumulated value, updating to obtain an effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer.
The updated viewing duration accumulated value and the control duration accumulated value can be subjected to weighted summation, and the effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer is updated.
For the operations in S330 to S350, the advantage of this setting is that the effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer can be updated in time, and the timeliness of the cloud mobile phone application operation monitoring is improved.
In an optional implementation manner of the present disclosure, the updating to obtain the effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer according to the updated viewing duration accumulated value and the updated manipulation duration accumulated value may include:
acquiring a basic operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer; the basic operation score is generated after the target application program is installed in the target cloud mobile phone by the cloud mobile phone viewer; carrying out weighted summation on the viewing duration accumulated value and the control duration accumulated value and the matched calculation weight to obtain a dynamic operation score; wherein a calculation weight of the manipulation duration accumulated value is greater than a calculation weight of the viewing duration accumulated value; determining the sum of the base operating score and the dynamic operating score as the effective operating score.
After the target application program is installed in the target cloud mobile phone, the cloud mobile phone viewer can generate a basic operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer. And then summing the basic operation score with a dynamic operation score obtained by weighted summation according to the viewing duration accumulated value and the control duration accumulated value, and finally determining the effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer.
The advantage of setting up like this is that can more accurate obtain the effective operation score of target application to cloud cell-phone viewer.
Illustratively, the 3 factors for the effective operating score are now expressed as follows: whether an application program is installed is marked as A, and the weight is 0.1; the duration of the cloud mobile phone user watching the application program is marked as B, and the weight is 0.4; the duration of the cloud mobile phone user operating the application program is recorded as C, and the weight is 0.5.
The method comprises 2 users A and 2 users B, wherein the user A installs two application programs X and Y on a cloud mobile phone; and B, installing X and Z application programs on the cloud mobile phone. The first user is connected with the cloud mobile phone through the cloud mobile phone client, and watches others to play games (no screen operation is performed during watching) after the X is started, and the cloud mobile phone is disconnected after watching for 2 hours. After a period of time, connecting the cloud mobile phone, and playing the game for 1 hour in the X; and B, connecting the cloud mobile phone through the cloud mobile phone client, starting X, playing the game for 1 hour and then disconnecting the cloud mobile phone. Through the above operations, the effective operation scores of the application programs for A and B are respectively:
aiming at a user A: x effectively ran on a score of 0.1+2X0.4+1X0.5 to 1.4; the effective operating score of Y is 0.1; the Z-active operation score is 0 (since user b did not install the Z application on the cloud handset).
Aiming at the user B: x is effectively run 0.1+1X0.5 ═ 0.6; the effective running score of Y is 0 (since user b does not install the Y application on the cloud phone); the Z effective run score was 0.1.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the condition that the communication connection between the cloud mobile phone viewer and the target cloud mobile phone is established is detected, the target application program running in the foreground in the target cloud mobile phone is identified; in the process of determining that the cloud mobile phone viewer is in communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone, respectively counting the viewing time and the control time of the cloud mobile phone viewer on the target application program; acquiring a viewing duration accumulated value and a control duration accumulated value which are stored by a target application program aiming at a cloud mobile phone viewer; updating the accumulated value of the watching duration and the accumulated value of the control duration according to the counted watching duration and control duration; and updating to obtain the effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer according to the updated viewing duration accumulated value and the updated control duration accumulated value. The problem of in the prior art because of the online characteristics of cloud cell-phone high in clouds operation whole period, appear when the user does not look over cloud cell-phone application, this application also in the situation that the high in clouds lasts the operation, lead to the software in service behavior of unable accurate study user is solved, realize the effect of accurate study user software in service behavior, provide more accurate and individualized service for the user.
Exemplarily, fig. 3a is a schematic diagram of a specific scene of a network connection between a cloud mobile phone viewer, a cloud mobile phone platform and a cloud mobile phone provided according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The cloud mobile phone watcher logs in the cloud mobile phone client to establish communication connection with the cloud mobile phone platform, after the cloud mobile phone platform allocates a cloud mobile phone to the cloud mobile phone watcher, the cloud mobile phone client can directly establish communication connection with the cloud mobile phone through a network, and the cloud mobile phone can display a picture of cloud mobile phone application to the cloud mobile phone watcher through the cloud mobile phone client. When a cloud mobile phone viewer has a cloud platform customer service request, connection is established with a cloud platform through a network, and the cloud platform matches the appropriate customer service for the cloud mobile phone viewer according to the user attributes of the cloud mobile phone viewer. The cloud platform counts the watching time and the control time of the cloud mobile phone application by the cloud mobile phone watching party in the cloud mobile phone, and the cloud platform and the cloud mobile phone can be connected through a network to complete the counting operation in time.
Fig. 3b is a schematic diagram of a specific application scenario of an operation monitoring method for a cloud mobile phone application according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. After a cloud mobile phone user (namely, a cloud mobile phone viewer) remotely accesses the cloud mobile phone, whether an application attribute label exists in an application program running in a foreground of the current cloud mobile phone can be judged, if the application program has the application attribute label, corresponding viewing time and control time can be counted aiming at the application program, then an effective running score of the application program is calculated and updated to a cloud mobile phone background, after a preset waiting time is set, whether the cloud mobile phone viewer is disconnected from the current cloud mobile phone or not can be judged, if the communication connection is disconnected, the cloud mobile phone viewer can be waited to establish communication connection with the cloud mobile phone, and if the communication connection is not disconnected, the cloud mobile phone viewer can return to continuously judge whether the application program running in the cloud mobile phone foreground has the application attribute label or not. Correspondingly, if the application program running in the foreground in the current cloud mobile phone is judged not to have the application attribute tag, whether the communication connection between the cloud mobile phone viewer and the current cloud mobile phone is disconnected or not can be directly judged after the preset waiting time. The application programs running in the foreground of the cloud mobile phone may not have application attribute tags, for example, some system-level application programs such as a desktop and system settings do not need to be tagged.
For example, fig. 3c is a specific application scenario diagram for counting the viewing and manipulation durations of an application program with an application attribute tag according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The counter B is used for counting watching duration, and the counter C is used for counting control duration. When the statistical operation (namely effective operation time acquisition) is started, whether a foreground running application program of a current cloud mobile phone is changed or not can be judged firstly, if the foreground running application program of the current cloud mobile phone is not changed, whether an operation instruction is sent to the current foreground running application program or not by a cloud mobile phone viewer or not can be detected within every preset monitoring time (namely threshold N seconds), if the operation instruction is sent, the value of a technical device C can be increased by 1 (if the operation instruction is not sent, the value of a counter B can be increased by 1), and then after the interval preset waiting time, whether the cloud mobile phone viewer is disconnected with the current cloud mobile phone or not can be detected, if the disconnection is detected, the statistical operation to the foreground running application program on the cloud mobile phone can be quitted, and the values of the technical devices B and C can be returned. Correspondingly, if the foreground running application program of the current cloud mobile phone is judged to be changed, the statistical operation of the foreground running application program on the cloud mobile phone can be directly quitted, and the values of the technical devices B and C are returned.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an operation monitoring apparatus for a cloud mobile phone application according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The device can be used for executing the operation monitoring method of the cloud mobile phone application provided by any embodiment of the disclosure. The apparatus may be executed by a cloud phone platform, and referring to fig. 4, the apparatus includes: a target application identification module 410, a viewing and manipulation duration statistics module 420, and an operation score update module 430. Wherein:
the target application program identification module 410 is used for identifying a target application program which runs in a foreground in a target cloud mobile phone when a cloud mobile phone viewer is detected to establish communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone;
the viewing and operating duration counting module 420 is configured to count the viewing duration and the operating duration of the target application program by the cloud mobile phone viewer respectively in the process of determining that the cloud mobile phone viewer is in communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone;
and the operation score updating module 430 is configured to update the effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone watcher according to the watching duration and the control duration.
In the above apparatus, optionally, the watching and controlling duration counting module 420 may be specifically configured to:
in the process of determining that the cloud mobile phone watcher is in communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone, detecting whether the cloud mobile phone watcher sends a control instruction to the target application program or not at intervals of a preset monitoring time;
if so, updating the control duration according to the monitoring duration;
if not, updating the watching time length according to the monitoring time length.
In the above apparatus, optionally, the watching and controlling duration counting module 420 may be further specifically configured to:
detecting whether the cloud mobile phone viewer is in a communication connection state with the target cloud mobile phone;
if so, determining that the cloud mobile phone watcher is in communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone, and returning to execute the operation of detecting whether the cloud mobile phone watcher is in communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone after a preset waiting time interval;
if not, determining that the cloud mobile phone viewer is disconnected from the target cloud mobile phone in communication, and finishing detection.
In the above apparatus, optionally, the apparatus further includes a cloud platform service providing module, where the cloud platform service providing module includes:
a user attribute updating subunit, configured to update a user attribute corresponding to the cloud mobile phone watcher according to an application attribute of the target application program if it is determined that an effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone watcher is greater than or equal to a preset score threshold;
and the cloud platform service providing subunit is used for responding to the cloud platform service requirement of the cloud mobile phone watcher and providing the matched cloud platform service to the cloud mobile phone watcher according to the user attribute matched with the cloud mobile phone watcher.
In the above apparatus, optionally, the cloud platform service providing subunit may be specifically configured to:
responding to the cloud platform customer service requirement of the cloud mobile phone watcher, and screening to obtain target cloud platform customer service according to the matching degree between the user attribute of the cloud mobile phone watcher and the customer service attribute of each cloud platform customer service;
and forwarding the cloud platform customer service requirement of the cloud mobile phone watcher to the target cloud platform customer service.
In the foregoing apparatus, optionally, the score updating module 430 is executed, and includes:
the viewing and control duration accumulated value acquisition subunit is used for acquiring a viewing duration accumulated value and a control duration accumulated value which are stored by the target application program aiming at the cloud mobile phone viewer;
the watching and control duration accumulated value updating subunit is used for updating the watching duration accumulated value and the control duration accumulated value according to the counted watching duration and control duration;
and the effective operation score updating subunit is used for updating to obtain the effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer according to the updated viewing duration accumulated value and the updated control duration accumulated value.
In the above apparatus, optionally, the effective operation score updating subunit may be specifically configured to:
acquiring a basic operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer;
the basic operation is generated after the cloud mobile phone viewer installs the target application program in the target cloud mobile phone;
carrying out weighted summation on the viewing duration accumulated value and the control duration accumulated value and the matched calculation weight to obtain a dynamic operation score;

The operation monitoring device for the cloud mobile phone application provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can execute the operation monitoring method for the cloud mobile phone application provided by any embodiment of the disclosure, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.

FIG. 5 illustrates a schematic block diagram of an example electronic device 500 that can be used to implement embodiments of the present disclosure. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the disclosure described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus 500 comprises a computing unit 501 which may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a computer program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)502 or a computer program loaded from a storage unit 508 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 503. In the RAM 503, various programs and data required for the operation of the device 500 can also be stored. The calculation unit 501, the ROM 502, and the RAM 503 are connected to each other by a bus 504. An input/output (I/O) interface 505 is also connected to bus 504.
A number of components in the device 500 are connected to the I/O interface 505, including: an input unit 506 such as a keyboard, a mouse, or the like; an output unit 507 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 508, such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 509 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 509 allows the device 500 to exchange information/data with other devices through a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.
The computing unit 501 may be a variety of general-purpose and/or special-purpose processing components having processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of the computing unit 501 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various dedicated Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various computing units running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, and so forth. The computing unit 501 executes the above-described methods and processes, such as an operation monitoring method of a cloud mobile phone application. For example, in some embodiments, the operation monitoring method of the cloud phone application may be implemented as a computer software program tangibly embodied in a machine-readable medium, such as the storage unit 508. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the device 500 via the ROM 502 and/or the communication unit 509. When the computer program is loaded into the RAM 503 and executed by the computing unit 501, one or more steps of the operation monitoring method of the cloud handset application described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the computing unit 501 may be configured to perform the operation monitoring method of the cloud handset application by any other suitable means (e.g., by means of firmware).
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), Complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. The server can be a cloud server, also called a cloud computing server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so that the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical host and VPS service are overcome. The server may also be a server of a distributed system, or a server incorporating a blockchain.
Artificial intelligence is the subject of research that makes computers simulate some human mental processes and intelligent behaviors (such as learning, reasoning, thinking, planning, etc.), both at the hardware level and at the software level. Artificial intelligence hardware technologies generally include technologies such as sensors, dedicated artificial intelligence chips, cloud computing, distributed storage, big data processing, and the like; the artificial intelligence software technology mainly comprises a computer vision technology, a voice recognition technology, a natural language processing technology, a machine learning/deep learning technology, a big data processing technology, a knowledge map technology and the like.
Cloud computing (cloud computing) refers to a technology system that accesses a flexibly extensible shared physical or virtual resource pool through a network, where resources may include servers, operating systems, networks, software, applications, storage devices, and the like, and may be deployed and managed in a self-service manner as needed. Through the cloud computing technology, high-efficiency and strong data processing capacity can be provided for technical application and model training of artificial intelligence, block chains and the like.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present disclosure may be executed in parallel or sequentially or in different orders, and are not limited herein as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present disclosure can be achieved.

Claims (11)

1. An operation monitoring method for a cloud mobile phone application comprises the following steps:
when a cloud mobile phone viewer is detected to establish communication connection with a target cloud mobile phone, identifying a target application program running in a foreground in the target cloud mobile phone;
in the process of determining that the cloud mobile phone watcher is in communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone, respectively counting watching duration and control duration of the cloud mobile phone watcher on the target application program;
and updating the effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer according to the viewing time length and the control time length.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the respectively counting the viewing duration and the manipulation duration of the target application program by the cloud mobile phone viewer in the process of determining that the cloud mobile phone viewer is in communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone comprises:
in the process of determining that the cloud mobile phone watcher is in communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone, detecting whether the cloud mobile phone watcher sends a control instruction to the target application program or not at intervals of a preset monitoring time;
if so, updating the control duration according to the monitoring duration;
if not, updating the watching time length according to the monitoring time length.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining that the cloud handset viewer remains in communicative connection with the target cloud handset comprises:
detecting whether the cloud mobile phone viewer is in a communication connection state with the target cloud mobile phone;
if so, determining that the cloud mobile phone watcher is in communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone, and returning to execute the operation of detecting whether the cloud mobile phone watcher is in communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone after a preset waiting time interval;
if not, determining that the cloud mobile phone viewer is disconnected from the target cloud mobile phone in communication, and finishing detection.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after updating the target application's effective operating score for the cloud handset viewer in accordance with the viewing duration and the manipulation duration:
if the effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer is determined to be larger than or equal to a preset score threshold value, updating a user attribute corresponding to the cloud mobile phone viewer according to the application attribute of the target application program;
responding to the cloud platform service requirement of the cloud mobile phone watcher, and providing the cloud mobile phone watcher with matched cloud platform service according to the user attribute matched with the cloud mobile phone watcher.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein providing the cloud cell phone viewer with a matching cloud platform service according to a user attribute matching the cloud cell phone viewer in response to the cloud platform service requirement of the cloud cell phone viewer comprises:
responding to the cloud platform customer service requirement of the cloud mobile phone watcher, and screening to obtain target cloud platform customer service according to the matching degree between the user attribute of the cloud mobile phone watcher and the customer service attribute of each cloud platform customer service;
and forwarding the cloud platform customer service requirement of the cloud mobile phone watcher to the target cloud platform customer service.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein updating the effective operation score of the target application for the cloud phone viewer according to the viewing duration and the manipulation duration comprises:
acquiring a viewing duration accumulated value and a control duration accumulated value which are stored by the target application program aiming at the cloud mobile phone viewer;
updating the viewing duration accumulated value and the manipulation duration accumulated value according to the counted viewing duration and manipulation duration;
and updating to obtain the effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer according to the updated viewing duration accumulated value and the updated control duration accumulated value.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein updating the effective operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer according to the updated viewing duration accumulated value and the updated manipulation duration accumulated value comprises:
acquiring a basic operation score of the target application program for the cloud mobile phone viewer;
the basic operation score is generated after the target application program is installed in the target cloud mobile phone by the cloud mobile phone viewer;
carrying out weighted summation on the viewing duration accumulated value and the control duration accumulated value and the matched calculation weight to obtain a dynamic operation score;
wherein a calculation weight of the manipulation duration accumulated value is greater than a calculation weight of the viewing duration accumulated value;
determining the sum of the base operating score and the dynamic operating score as the effective operating score.
8. An operation monitoring device of cloud mobile phone application comprises:
the target application program identification module is used for identifying a target application program which runs in a foreground in a target cloud mobile phone when the condition that a cloud mobile phone viewer establishes communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone is detected;
the viewing and control duration counting module is used for respectively counting the viewing duration and the control duration of the cloud mobile phone viewer on the target application program in the process of determining that the cloud mobile phone viewer is in communication connection with the target cloud mobile phone;
