In the process of generating the purchase order, the bill header of the purchase order is generated based on a purchase order abstract class, the purchase order abstract class comprises attributes of a purchase order number and an object account number identification, the purchase order metadata can be generated based on the attributes of the purchase order number or the object account number identification, and the purchase order unit data is used for constructing a required initial bill interface.
And step 404, filling the interface element of the first display position with the bill header of the application demand information to obtain the bill header in the display information of the first display position of the bill.
In an optional embodiment, the way of filling the interface element at the first display position by applying the document header is various, the header field can be determined as a keyword of the first display position, and the filling position corresponding to the header field is filled with the header filling data to obtain the interface element at the first display position; or combining the header field and the header filling data to obtain combined data, instantiating the combined data, and using the instantiated combined data as the display content of the interface element at the first display position.
In the embodiment, the header field and the header filling data are assembled, the initial document interface is generated by the assembled data, the header field is not easy to change along with the service information, and the header filling data can be adjusted along with different services, so that the document header is dissociated, and the target document interface is conveniently constructed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the purchase order is made by the buyer and not provided by the supplier, the demand information sheet header includes a purchase order identification header and a supplier account identification header, and obtaining the demand information sheet header from the purchase order of the demand information includes:
step 502, acquiring a purchase order identifier of the purchase order based on the purchase order identifier header, and using the purchase order identifier as a document identifier, where the document identifier is used to determine a correspondence between the header of the document list and the predicted delivery information.
Step 504, acquiring a supplier account id of the purchase order based on the header of the supplier account id, and using the supplier id as a target account id, where the target account id is used to determine the target account.
In an optional implementation manner, the demand information document header consists of a purchase order identification header and a supplier account identification header, the purchase order identification header and the supplier account identification header serve as different interface elements in the first display position respectively, and data or information corresponding to the purchase order can be determined more intuitively through the purchase order identification header and the supplier account identification header, so that an initial document interface is obtained.
In the embodiment, the corresponding relation between the document and the document entry is constructed based on the purchase order identification header and the corresponding data thereof; constructing a corresponding relation between the document and the target account based on the supplier account identification header and the corresponding data thereof; therefore, multiple corresponding relations can be reflected through one target interface, data related to the corresponding relations do not need to be scheduled to be compared, and data do not need to be compared and checked on different document interfaces, so that the data can be displayed clearly and visually, and checking and operation are facilitated.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, how to use document entry to improve interface display effect is discussed. The generation of the document entry comprises the following steps:
step 602, determining a document entry to be filled, wherein the document entry to be filled corresponds to a first entry identifier and a second entry identifier.
In an optional embodiment, determining that a document entry to be filled needs to use a document identifier of an initial document interface, wherein the document identifier of the initial document interface is used for representing a certain document, the document corresponds to the initial document interface, the initial document interfaces corresponding to the same document are the same, and whether the document identifier of the initial document interface is displayed or not can be selected; the document identification of an initial document interface corresponds to one or more document entries to be filled, the document entries to be filled correspond to entry identifications in a one-to-one mode, and the entry identifications can be entry serial numbers.
In an optional embodiment, the document entry to be filled carries a document identifier, and determining the document entry to be filled based on the document identifier of the initial document interface includes: the method comprises the steps of matching a document identifier of an initial document interface with a document identifier carried by a document entry to be filled, determining a corresponding relation between the initial document interface and the document entry to be filled based on a matching result, and determining the document entry to be filled in the initial document interface based on the corresponding relation.
Step 604, obtaining the demand information based on the first record identifier, and obtaining the expected delivery information based on the second record identifier.
And 606, filling the document entry to be filled based on the demand information and the predicted delivery information to obtain the filled document entry, wherein the filled document entry is used for generating a target document interface.
In an optional embodiment, the initial order interface, the demand information and the entry to be filled corresponding to the demand information are of a data structure of a first level, the entry to be filled corresponding to the expected delivery information is of a data structure of a second level, and the expected delivery information is of a data structure of a third level; wherein the data structures of the first hierarchy may correspond to one or more data structures of the second hierarchy, and the data structures of the second hierarchy may correspond to one or more data structures of the third hierarchy.
In an optional embodiment, in the first level data structure, a purchase order abstract class is included for constructing one or more initial order interfaces, the purchase order abstract class including a supplier identification attribute and a first purchase order number attribute; the first purchase order number meeting the attribute of the first purchase order number is used for determining the corresponding relation between the first level and the second level.
In another optional embodiment, in the data structure of the second layer, a purchase order entry abstract class is included, which is used for constructing a to-be-filled document entry corresponding to the predicted delivery information; the purchase order entry abstract class comprises a second purchase order number attribute, a purchase material identification attribute and a first purchase order entry identification attribute; the second purchase order number which accords with the attribute of the second purchase order number corresponds to the first purchase order number and is used for determining the corresponding relation between the first level and the second level; and correspondingly, the first purchase order entry identifier which accords with the attribute of the first purchase order entry identifier is used for determining the corresponding relation between the second layer and the third layer.
In yet another alternative embodiment, a delivery schedule abstraction class is included in the third level data structure for constructing the projected delivery information; the abstract class of the delivery plan comprises a second purchase order entry identification attribute, a delivery date attribute and a delivery quantity attribute; and the second purchase order entry identifier which accords with the attribute of the second purchase order entry identifier corresponds to the first purchase order entry identifier and is used for determining the corresponding relation between the second layer and the third layer.
In the embodiment, the predicted delivery information is determined based on the document entry to be filled, and the filled document entry is further constructed, so that the data structures of three layers are combined, the whole data debugging mode is more convenient, the data hierarchy is refined, the possibility of errors of the filled document entry in the target document interface is reduced, and the display effect of the target document interface is better.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, how to generate a document entry to be populated is discussed. The bill identification in the demand information is a first bill identification, the bill identification in the expected delivery information is a second bill identification, the target resource comprises the target material, and the bill entry to be filled can be an order entry. The generation of the entry of the document to be filled comprises the following steps:
step 702, determining a document entry class to be filled, wherein the document entry class to be filled comprises a document identification attribute, an entry identification attribute and a target material identification attribute.
Step 704, determining a corresponding relationship between the first document identifier and the second document identifier based on the document identifier attribute, wherein the corresponding relationship between the first document identifier and the second document identifier is used for determining a corresponding relationship between the demand information and the expected delivery information.
In an optional implementation mode, whether the obtained second bill identification accords with the bill identification attribute is judged based on the bill identification attribute, and whether the bill identification attribute is correct is further determined; in an optional implementation manner, the corresponding relationship between the first document identifier and the second document identifier is determined, so as to determine that the entry of the document to be filled conforms to the data structure of the first hierarchy, so as to construct the corresponding relationship between the first hierarchy and the second hierarchy.
Step 706, based on the entry identifier attribute, an entry identifier field is generated, where the entry identifier field carries a first entry identifier and a second entry identifier, and the first entry identifier and the second entry identifier are respectively used to determine the demand information and the target predicted delivery information corresponding to the entry identifier.
In an optional embodiment, the process of generating the entry field based on the entry identifier attribute may include an automatic filling process, or may include a process of acquiring a preset entry identifier; if the automatic filling process is included, a series of data can be directly generated, and the series of data can be arranged in an ascending order or a descending order and the like according to an arithmetic progression series or an geometric progression series and the like by using preset data, so that the entry mark conforming to the attribute of the entry mark can be directly generated; if the process of obtaining the preset entry identifier is included, the entry sequence number which accords with the attribute of the entry identifier can be directly obtained from a database or a block chain.
In an optional embodiment, the entry identifier has a corresponding relationship with the delivery information, and the corresponding delivery information can be determined through the entry identifier, so that the corresponding relationship between the second layer and the third layer is established, and the basis for combining the second layer and the third layer is laid.
Step 708, generating a target material identification field carrying a target material identification based on the target material identification attribute;
and step 710, generating a field to be filled corresponding to the target material identification.
In an optional embodiment, based on the target material identification attribute, generating a target material identification field carrying a target material identification, and generating a field to be filled corresponding to the target material identification; in an optional embodiment, after the attribute of the target material identifier is based on, the target material identifier is determined, and the corresponding field to be filled is determined based on the target material identifier. The target material identification field can be a field corresponding to static data such as a name field and a number field of the target material, and correspondingly, the field to be filled can be a field corresponding to dynamic data such as delivery date, delivery quantity and delivery place.
In the embodiment, at least part of entry structures in the document entry to be filled are constructed through various field attributes in the document entry to be filled of the order entry, so that the logic construction among the first level, the second level and the third level is facilitated, the corresponding relation among all layers of data structures in the target document interface is optimized, and the display effect of the target document interface is better.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the target account includes a buyer account and a seller account corresponding to the buyer, and the method further includes:
step S802, a target document interface generation instruction triggered by the buyer account is obtained, and a target document interface of the buyer account is generated.
Step S804, the target document interface of the buyer account is used as the target document interface of the seller account.
In an optional embodiment, while the target document interface of the buyer account is used as the target document interface of the seller account, the method further includes: and acquiring reply information of the target account, wherein the reply information is feedback information of the demand information or feedback information of predicted delivery information of the target resource. Correspondingly, after the target document interface of the buyer account is used as the target document interface of the seller account, the method further includes: feedback information of the demand information, and/or feedback information of the predicted delivery information is added to a target document interface of the seller account.
In the embodiment, the target document interface is constructed through the buyer account and is shared with the corresponding seller account, so that the directional transmission of the interface is realized, the whole process is monitored by the same target document interface, the interface monitors the whole plan and the whole process, the scheduling of the whole data is facilitated, and the problem of the target document interface caused by correlation or other factors is avoided.
In one embodiment, not focusing on the description of the innovation point, but illustrating the application scenario of the overall system, as shown in fig. 9, it includes four service process nodes, which are the ERP node of the purchasing party, the APS node of the purchasing party, the SRM node of the purchasing party and the SRM node of the supplying party; wherein, the ERP node uses an ERP (Enterprise Resource planning) industry Resource planning system, and the ERP node can generate a purchase order; the APS node uses APS (advanced Planning and scheduling) advanced Planning and scheduling system, and the APS node generates delivery plan; the SRM node of the purchasing party uses the SRM system of the purchasing party, the SRM node of the supplying party uses the SRM system of the supplying party, the SRM node of the purchasing party and the SRM node of the supplying party can respectively use different SRM (supplier Relationship management) supplier Relationship management systems, and can also correspond to account interfaces of different process nodes under the same system; under the four process nodes, the processes include:
the purchase order is synchronized to the SRM platform from the ERP platform, is displayed as the purchase order, is correspondingly displayed in the order entry, and the supplier sees the customer purchase order and replies;
the delivery plan is synchronized to the SRM platform from the APS, the purchase order is displayed through the associated purchase order entry ID and correspondingly displayed on the sub-entry of the order entry, and the supplier sees the delivery plan of the sub-entry of the purchase order of the client and replies;
each entry of the purchase order is directly related and displayed on the sub-entry corresponding to the arranged delivery plan without being inquired in two places. Therefore, by displaying the purchase order and the delivery plan in a document interface in a correlated manner, the supplier can know the specific details of all the delivery plans of the order clearly and intuitively, and the order can be answered according to the actual situation and the delivery can be arranged.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, which sets forth the three-level data structure of the present application, a first level of data structure may correspond to one or more second level of data structures, and a second level of data structure may correspond to one or more third level of data structures. Wherein, the first level data structure is a purchase order abstract class, which includes a purchase order number attribute and a supplier number attribute, and in the instantiated purchase order class (such as a purchase order object), the purchase order number is a character string type, and the supplier number is a long integer type; the second level data structure is a purchase order entry abstract class which comprises a purchase order number attribute, a material identification attribute and a purchase order entry attribute, and in the instantiated purchase order entry abstract class (such as a purchase order entry object and the like), the purchase order number is a character string type, the material identification is a long integer type, and the purchase order entry is a long integer type; the third level of data structure is a delivery plan abstract class including a purchase order entry attribute, a delivery date attribute, and a delivery quantity attribute, and in an instantiated delivery plan abstract class (such as a delivery plan abstract object), the purchase order entry is a long integer, the delivery date corresponds to the actual delivery time, and the delivery quantity corresponds to the time-delivery date. And after the abstract class in the three-layer data structure is instantiated, a target document interface can be constructed.
In an alternative embodiment, the target document interface is as shown in FIG. 11; the document header comprises headers such as an order number, a customer abbreviation, a service type, an order generation date, a reply state, a delivery state and the like, and can also comprise headers such as an entry serial number, a commodity name, a commodity quantity, a delivery date and the like; the order number is an order identifier, the customer is a supplier identifier for short, and the entry sequence number is an entry identifier; the target resource identification field may be a product name, or may include information such as a product unit. Therefore, the purchase order and the delivery plan are displayed on one interface, a plurality of interfaces are not required to be opened for comparison and checking, the planned quantity and the non-planned quantity of the order are clearly known, the planned delivery is related, and meanwhile, the planned delivery is gathered to the catalog of the plan, so that the method is clear and visual.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments as described above are sequentially displayed as indicated by arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed sequentially as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the execution order of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be rotated or alternated with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a document display device for realizing the document display method. The solution to the problem provided by the device is similar to the solution described in the above method, so the specific limitations in one or more embodiments of the document display device provided below can be referred to as the limitations on the document display method in the above, and are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, there is provided a document display apparatus comprising:
a first position determining module 1202, configured to determine an initial document interface corresponding to a target account, where the initial document interface includes a document list, and generate display information of a first display position of a document in the document list based on demand information of a target resource, where the demand information of the target resource is obtained from a resource demander system;
a delivery information obtaining module 1204, configured to obtain predicted delivery information of the target resource, where the predicted delivery information of the target resource is obtained from a resource provider system;
a second position determining module 1206, configured to determine, in the initial document interface, a second display position corresponding to the first display position;
and the target document generation module 1208 is configured to apply the predicted delivery information to fill the second display position to obtain a target document interface.
In one embodiment, the documents in the document list include a document entry, and the document entry includes the first display position corresponding to a first entry identifier in the target resource demand information and the second display position corresponding to a second entry identifier in the target resource expected delivery information. The second position determination module 1206 is further configured to: and determining a second display position corresponding to the first display position based on the corresponding relation between the first recording identification and the second recording identification.
In one embodiment, the second display positions are multiple, the document entry corresponds to a document entry identifier, and the target document generating module 1208 includes:
the classification information determining unit is used for determining the arrangement sequence of the to-be-displayed entry information corresponding to each second display position according to the arrangement sequence of the second entry identifiers;
and the interface element filling unit is used for respectively filling the second display positions with the entry information to be displayed according to the arrangement sequence.
In one embodiment, the demand information includes a purchase order, the apparatus further includes an initial document interface generating module, and the initial document interface generating module includes:
the document header acquisition unit is used for acquiring a document header of the purchase order, and the document header comprises header fields and header filling data corresponding to the header fields;
and the initial interface generating unit is used for applying the bill head and filling the interface elements at the first display position to obtain the initial bill interface.
In one embodiment, the document header includes a purchase order identification header and a supplier account identification header, and the target document generation module 1208 includes:
the order form header generation unit is used for acquiring a purchase order form identifier of a purchase order form based on the purchase order form identifier header, and taking the purchase order form identifier as a form identifier, wherein the form identifier is used for determining the corresponding relation between the initial form interface and the form entry;
and the supplier header generation unit is used for acquiring the supplier account identification of the purchase order based on the purchase supplier account identification header, and using the supplier identification as the target account identification, wherein the target account identification is used for determining the target account.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further includes a document entry generation module, where the document entry generation module includes:
the to-be-filled entry determining unit is used for determining a to-be-filled document entry, and the to-be-filled document entry corresponds to the first entry identifier and the second entry identifier;
a delivery information acquisition unit configured to acquire the demand information based on the first entry identifier and acquire the predicted delivery information based on the second entry identifier;
and the target document generation unit is used for filling the document entry to be filled based on the demand information and the predicted delivery information to obtain a filled document entry, and the filled document entry is used for generating the target document interface.
In one embodiment, a document identifier in the demand information is a first document identifier, a document identifier in the expected acquired information is a second document identifier, the target resource includes a target material, the apparatus further includes a to-be-filled entry generating module, and the to-be-filled entry generating module includes:
the entry determining unit is used for determining an entry of the document to be filled, wherein the entry of the document to be filled comprises a document identification attribute, an entry identification attribute and a target material identification attribute;
the corresponding relation determining unit is used for determining the corresponding relation between the first bill identification and the second bill identification, and the corresponding relation between the first bill identification and the second bill identification is used for determining the corresponding relation between the demand information and the predicted delivery information;
an entry identifier determining unit, configured to generate the entry identifier field based on the entry identifier attribute, where the entry identifier field carries the first entry identifier and the second entry identifier, and the first entry identifier and the second entry identifier are respectively used to determine the demand information and the target predicted delivery information corresponding to the entry identifier;

In one embodiment, the target account includes a buyer account and a seller account corresponding to the buyer, and the method further includes a document display module, where the document display module includes:
the interface generating unit is used for acquiring a target document interface generating instruction triggered by the buyer account and generating a target document interface of the buyer account;
and the target document display unit is used for taking a target document interface of the buyer account as a target document interface of the seller account.
All or part of the modules in the document display device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 13. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a document presentation method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 13 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Claims (11)

1. A document display method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining an initial document interface corresponding to a target account, wherein the initial document interface comprises a document list, generating display information of a first display position of a document in the document list based on demand information of a target resource, and the demand information of the target resource is obtained from a resource demander system;
acquiring the predicted delivery information of the target resource, wherein the predicted delivery information of the target resource is acquired from a resource supplier system;
determining a second display position corresponding to the first display position in the initial bill interface;
and filling the second display position with the predicted delivery information to obtain a target bill interface.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the documents in the document list include a document entry, the document entry including the first display location corresponding to a first entry identifier in the target resource demand information and the second display location corresponding to a second entry identifier in the projected delivery information for the target resource; the determining a second display position corresponding to the first display position comprises: the first record identification is obtained from the demand information, the second record identification is obtained from the predicted delivery information, and a second display position corresponding to the first display position is determined based on the corresponding relation between the first record identification and the second record identification.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the populating the second display location with the projected delivery information comprises:
determining the arrangement sequence of the to-be-displayed entry information corresponding to each second display position according to the arrangement sequence of the second entry identifiers;
and filling the second display positions with the entry information to be displayed according to the arrangement sequence.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the demand information comprises a purchase order, and wherein generating display information for a first display location of a document in the list of documents based on the demand information for the target resource comprises:
acquiring a required information bill header from a purchase order of the required information, wherein the required information bill header comprises a header field and header filling data corresponding to the header field;
and filling the interface element of the first display position with the required information sheet header to obtain the sheet header in the display information of the first display position of the sheet.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the demand information sheet header comprises a purchase order identification header and a supplier account identification header, and wherein obtaining the demand information sheet header from the purchase order of the demand information comprises:
acquiring a purchase order identifier of a purchase order based on the purchase order identifier header, and taking the purchase order identifier as a bill identifier, wherein the bill identifier is used for determining the corresponding relation between the header of the bill list and the predicted delivery information;
and acquiring a supplier account identifier of the purchase order based on the purchase supplier account identifier table header, and taking the supplier identifier as the target account identifier, wherein the target account identifier is used for determining the target account.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the generating of the document entry comprises:
determining a document entry to be filled, wherein the document entry to be filled corresponds to the first entry identifier and the second entry identifier;
acquiring the demand information based on the first record identification, and acquiring the predicted delivery information based on the second record identification;
and filling the bill entry to be filled based on the demand information and the predicted delivery information to obtain a filled bill entry, wherein the filled bill entry is used for generating the target bill interface.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the document identifier in the demand information is a first document identifier, the document identifier in the expected acquired information is a second document identifier, the target resource includes a target material, and the generating of the to-be-filled document entry includes:
determining a document entry class to be filled, wherein the document entry class to be filled comprises a document identification attribute, an entry identification attribute and a target material identification attribute;
determining the corresponding relation between the first bill identification and the second bill identification based on the bill identification attribute, wherein the corresponding relation between the first bill identification and the second bill identification is used for determining the corresponding relation between the demand information and the predicted delivery information;
generating the entry identification field based on the entry identification attribute, wherein the entry identification field carries the first entry identification and the second entry identification, and the first entry identification and the second entry identification are respectively used for determining the demand information and the target predicted delivery information corresponding to the entry identification;
generating a target material identification field carrying a target material identification based on the target material identification attribute;
and generating a field to be filled corresponding to the target material identification.
8. The method of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the target account number comprises a buyer account number corresponding to a buyer account number of the seller, the method further comprising:
acquiring a target document interface generation instruction triggered by the buyer account, and generating a target document interface of the buyer account;
and taking the target bill interface of the buyer account as the target bill interface of the seller account.
9. A document display apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a first position determination module, a second position determination module and a display module, wherein the first position determination module is used for determining an initial document interface corresponding to a target account, the initial document interface comprises a document list, display information of a first display position of a document in the document list is generated based on demand information of a target resource, and the demand information of the target resource is obtained from a resource demand side system;
the delivery information acquisition module is used for acquiring the predicted delivery information of the target resource, and the predicted delivery information of the target resource is acquired from a resource supplier system;
the second position determining module is used for determining a second display position corresponding to the first display position in the initial bill interface;
and the target bill generation module is used for filling the second display position with the predicted delivery information to obtain a target bill interface.
10. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 8.
