Abstract
The invention discloses a device for detecting the consumption of a tow bag for a filter stick forming machine. The automatic measuring device can realize automatic dosage detection, does not need a material worker to measure the height of the tow bag and estimate the used time on site by using a steel tape one by one device, not only can accurately measure the tow allowance, but also can reduce the manual working strength, particularly effectively avoids the problems of serial number and wrong number caused by manual measurement, ensures that the tow specification corresponds to the produced filter stick, and avoids the generation of waste products.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cigarette manufacturing, in particular to a device for detecting the use amount of a tow bag for a filter stick forming machine.
Background
Acetate fiber tows are raw materials for producing cigarette filter sticks and are generally packaged into a cuboid-shaped tow bag, the weight of each tow bag of each brand and each specification is about 400 kg and 600kg, tows are continuously consumed in the production process of the filter sticks, the residual quantity is gradually reduced, and when the tows of one tow bag are completely consumed, the next tow bag needs to be replaced to continue production.
The mode adopted at present is that a material worker inspects in a workshop, manually measures the height of a tow bag, predicts the time of the tow bag being used up, unseals a new tow bag about 10 minutes before the predicted time, and sends the tow bag to a corresponding machine table for replacement by a forklift for a wire feeder.
The method that the height of the tows is measured by the steel tape to estimate the allowance cannot accurately reflect the real use condition of the tows, and in the mode, the height of the tows needs to be counted by a material worker through routing inspection in a workshop at any time, so that the labor intensity is high; moreover, if a plurality of forming machines for producing filter sticks with different brands change the yarns at the same time, the production quality risks of serial numbers and wrong numbers (the yarns are wrongly matched with the brands of the corresponding filter sticks) exist.

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a tow package usage amount detection device for a filter rod making machine to solve the problems of the estimated usage amount measured by a steel tape.

the distance measuring sensor is arranged at a preset vertical distance above the tow bag, is in electric signal connection with an original machine controller of the forming machine and is used for collecting and sending a distance signal between the top surface of the tow bag and the distance measuring sensor in real time;
the angle adjusting mechanism is connected with the ranging sensor and used for adjusting the installation and detection angle of the ranging sensor.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the angle adjusting mechanism is fixedly installed on a dust cover located above the tow bag, and the distance measuring sensor is detachably assembled with the angle adjusting mechanism.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the initial setting angle of the distance measuring sensor is towards the middle of the top surface of the tow bag.
In at least one possible implementation, the angle adjustment mechanism has a mechanical manual adjustment member having a handle, a rotating member, and a stop;
the handle is connected with the rotating piece, and the distance measuring sensor is installed on the rotating piece;
the stop member cooperates with the rotating member for limiting and stopping the angular position of the rotating member.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the angle adjusting mechanism is provided with an automatically-controlled automatic adjusting part, and the automatically-controlled automatic adjusting part is connected with the distance measuring sensor and used for driving the distance measuring sensor to rotate.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the ranging sensor is in electric signal connection with the original machine controller in a wireless mode.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the detection device further comprises a prompting component electrically connected with the original machine controller, and the prompting component is used for outputting the information of the using amount of the tow packages or the information of the tow package replacement.
In at least one possible implementation, the tow package is placed on a tray of a machine table of the forming machine, the tray being held stationary.
The main design concept of the invention is that the distance measuring sensor and the angle adjusting mechanism are arranged, so that the distance measuring sensor can collect the descending change of the top surface of the tow bag according to the required detection angle, and the real-time consumption condition of the tow bag can be obtained through the distance signal. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the distance change signals acquired by the distance measuring sensor in real time in the using process of the tow bag can be used for replacing manual measurement to automatically know whether the usage amount of the tow bag reaches the condition that the tow bag needs to be replaced by a new tow bag, and how to design the association between the distance signals and the usage amount can refer to the existing related technology, for example, a distance threshold value can be set first, and once the distance signals reach the threshold value, the tow bag can be prompted to be replaced; or the usage amount conversion can be carried out by combining the height of the inherent tow bag and the installation height of the distance measuring sensor; or can also be designed to convert into the usage data of the tow packet by utilizing the speed of the interval change; or the angle adjusting mechanism can change the detection angle along with the use of the tow package, the time for measuring and calculating the consumption of the tows is calculated by detecting the distance change signals of a plurality of points on the top surface of the tow package, and the time for changing the tow package is given by the time angle.
Further, the angle adjusting mechanism 2 is fixedly installed on the dust cover 20 located above the tow bag 10, and the distance measuring sensor 1 is detachably assembled with the angle adjusting mechanism 2.
Further, the initial setting angle of the distance measuring sensor 1 may be toward the middle of the top surface of the tow bag 10 (the dotted line represents the detection direction).
Further, the angle adjusting mechanism has a mechanical manual adjusting part having a handle, a rotating member and a stopper;
the handle is connected with the rotating piece, and the distance measuring sensor is installed on the rotating piece;
the stop member cooperates with the rotating member for limiting and stopping the angular position of the rotating member.
Furthermore, the angle adjusting mechanism is provided with an electric control type automatic adjusting part, and the automatic adjusting part is connected with the distance measuring sensor and used for driving the distance measuring sensor to rotate. The automatic regulating component can be connected with the original machine controller through an electric signal and can also be independent of an original machine electric control system.

Further, the tow package is placed on a tray 30 of the machine table, which tray 30 remains stationary. It is understood that the foregoing embodiments detect the amount of the tow based on the distance between the top surface of the tow bag and the distance measuring sensor, and if the tow bag is lifted by other parts such as a machine, the tow bag does not serve the purpose of detecting the amount of the tow and replacing the tow bag accordingly.

the angle adjusting mechanism is connected with the ranging sensor and used for adjusting the installation and detection angle of the ranging sensor.
2. The tow bag usage amount detection apparatus for a filter rod making machine according to claim 1, wherein the angle adjustment mechanism is fixedly installed on a dust cap located above the tow bag, and the distance measuring sensor is detachably assembled with the angle adjustment mechanism.
3. The tow bale usage detection apparatus for a filter rod making machine according to claim 1, wherein the distance measuring sensor is initially disposed at an angle toward a middle of a top surface of the tow bale.
4. The tow bale usage detection device for a filter rod making machine according to claim 1, wherein the angle adjustment mechanism has a mechanical manual adjustment member having a handle, a rotating member, and a stopper;
the handle is connected with the rotating piece, and the distance measuring sensor is installed on the rotating piece;
the stop member cooperates with the rotating member for limiting and stopping the angular position of the rotating member.

The tow bale usage detection apparatus for a filter rod making machine according to claim 1, wherein the angle adjustment mechanism has an automatically adjustable member of an electrically controlled type, the automatically adjustable member being connected to the distance measuring sensor for driving the distance measuring sensor to rotate.
6. The tow bale usage detection apparatus for a filter rod making machine according to claim 1, wherein the ranging sensor is in electrical signal connection with the original machine controller in a wireless manner.

The tow package usage detection device for a filter rod making machine according to claim 1, further comprising a prompting component in electrical signal connection with an original machine controller, wherein the prompting component is used for outputting tow package usage information or tow package replacement information.
8. The tow bale usage detection device for a filter rod making machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the tow bales are placed on a tray of a machine table of the making machine, and the tray is kept in a stationary state.
