Abstract
The invention discloses a roller expanding tube of an aluminum tube and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of heating ventilation air-conditioning connection, comprising an aluminum tube, a steel tube sleeve which is arranged at the outer side of the aluminum tube by adopting an interlayer expansion joint method, and a glue film layer which is formed between the steel tube sleeve and the aluminum tube, wherein a plurality of expansion joint grooves are arranged on the contact surface of the steel tube sleeve and the glue film layer; secondly, under the condition that the expansion groove exists, a part of materials of the aluminum pipe can be extruded into the expansion groove during pipe expansion, a convex aluminum ring is correspondingly formed on the outer wall of the aluminum pipe and is buckled into the expansion groove of the steel pipe sleeve, and the connection strength of mechanical connection is greatly improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heating ventilation air conditioner connection, in particular to a roller expansion pipe of an aluminum pipe and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the industries of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating ventilation and the like, the roller expanding pipe sealing connection is mainly adopted at present in the sealing connection method of the aluminum pipe and the steel pipe sleeve (carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel pipe sleeve, hereinafter collectively referred to as steel pipe sleeve), and various quality problems exist in the roller expanding pipe method of the aluminum pipe, which is not overcome for a long time, so that the wide popularization and application of the aluminum pipe fitting in the field are limited.
The aluminum tube expansion pipe is applied to containers and heat exchanger products as a sealing connection method, has the advantages of rapidness, simplicity, convenience, low cost and the like in expansion pipe connection, and is suitable for mass production. There are many methods of expansion joint, of which the roller expansion method is the most commonly used form of expansion joint. However, when the roller tube expansion method is applied to an aluminum tube and a steel tube sleeve (carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel tube sleeve, hereinafter referred to as steel tube sleeve), a fatal weakness exists: the expand tube quality is unstable, and the reliability is not high, reveals very easily, even adopt different expand tube rates, reveals all can the ubiquitous. The reason for this problem is analyzed, and finally, the problem is still caused by various mechanical properties such as elasticity, plasticity, mechanical strength and the like of the aluminum material, the pipe expansion rate is low, and the increase of the pipe expansion rate can cause fatigue, cracking or inner wall peeling of the aluminum pipe, and the like.

The invention provides a roller tube expansion of an aluminum tube and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the quality problem of the roller tube expansion between the aluminum tube and a steel tube sleeve.
The specific technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
on one hand, the roller expanding tube of the aluminum tube comprises the aluminum tube, a steel tube sleeve arranged on the outer side of the aluminum tube by adopting an interlayer expansion joint method, and a rubber film layer formed between the steel tube sleeve and the aluminum tube, wherein a plurality of expansion joint grooves are formed in the contact surface of the steel tube sleeve and the rubber film layer, and the rubber film layer is formed on the outer surface of the aluminum tube in a glue solution dip-coating mode.
Optionally, the adhesive film layer is distributed on the whole contact surface between the aluminum pipe and the steel pipe sleeve, and the thickness of the adhesive film layer is 0.03 mm-3 mm.
Optionally, the glue solution adopted by the glue film layer is prepared from an epoxy primer, a diluent and a curing agent in a volume ratio of 15:15: 4.
Optionally, the length of the adhesive film layer is 45 mm-60 mm.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a roller expander production method of an aluminum pipe, the roller expander production method being for producing a roller expander of the aluminum pipe as described above, the roller expander production method comprising:
(1) mixing and uniformly stirring the epoxy primer, the diluent and the curing agent according to the volume ratio of 15:15:4 to form a glue solution for later use;
(2) dip-coating the two ends of the aluminum pipe in the prepared glue solution respectively, naturally airing, and forming glue film layers with the thickness of 0.03-3 mm and the length of 45-60 mm at the two ends of the aluminum pipe after the glue films are cured;
(3) and two ends of the aluminum pipe with the glue film layer are inserted into the central hole of the steel pipe sleeve, and the connection between the aluminum pipe and the steel pipe sleeve is realized by adopting a roller tube expansion method to form the roller tube expansion of the aluminum pipe.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:

A roller expander for an aluminum pipe and a method for manufacturing the same according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a roller expansion pipe of an aluminum pipe according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an aluminum pipe 1, a steel pipe sleeve 2 installed outside the aluminum pipe 1 by using a sandwich expansion method, and a glue film layer 3 formed between the steel pipe sleeve 2 and the aluminum pipe 1, wherein a plurality of expansion grooves 4 are provided on a contact surface of the steel pipe sleeve 2 and the glue film layer 3, and the glue film layer 3 is formed on an outer surface of the aluminum pipe 1 by using a dip-coating glue solution, wherein the glue film layer 3 is made by using a dip-coating glue solution to have a good effect of being relatively brushed, so that the glue film layer 3 can have a uniform thickness and a smooth surface, and a sealing effect between the steel pipe sleeve 2 and the aluminum pipe 1 after expansion joint is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a film layer 3 is fully distributed on the whole contact surface between the aluminum pipe 1 and the steel pipe sleeve 2, and the thickness of the film layer 3 is 0.03mm to 3 mm. The glue solution adopted by the glue film layer 3 is prepared by adopting epoxy primer, diluent and curing agent with the volume ratio of 15:15: 4. The length of the adhesive film layer 3 is 45 mm-60 mm.
The invention provides a roller expanding tube of an aluminum tube, which comprises an aluminum tube, a steel tube sleeve arranged on the outer side of the aluminum tube by adopting an interlayer expansion joint method, and a rubber film layer formed between the steel tube sleeve and the aluminum tube, wherein a plurality of expansion joint grooves are formed on the contact surface of the steel tube sleeve and the rubber film layer, and the rubber film layer is formed on the outer surface of the aluminum tube by adopting a glue solution dip-coating mode; secondly, under the condition that the expansion groove exists, a part of materials of the aluminum pipe can be extruded into the expansion groove during pipe expansion, a convex aluminum ring is correspondingly formed on the outer wall of the aluminum pipe and is buckled into the expansion groove of the steel pipe sleeve, and the connection strength of mechanical connection is greatly improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, embodiments of the present invention also provide a roller expansion pipe preparation method of an aluminum pipe, the roller expansion pipe preparation method being used for preparing a roller expansion pipe of the aluminum pipe as described above, the roller expansion pipe preparation method including:
(1) mixing and uniformly stirring the epoxy primer, the diluent and the curing agent according to the volume ratio of 15:15:4 to form a glue solution for later use;
(2) dip-coating the two ends of the aluminum pipe in the prepared glue solution respectively, naturally airing, and forming glue film layers with the thickness of 0.03-3 mm and the length of 45-60 mm at the two ends of the aluminum pipe after the glue films are cured;
(3) and two ends of the aluminum pipe with the glue film layer are inserted into the central hole of the steel pipe sleeve, and the connection between the aluminum pipe and the steel pipe sleeve is realized by adopting a roller tube expansion method to form the roller tube expansion of the aluminum pipe.
Specifically, the sandwich pipe expanding method is the same as the pipe expanding process of the direct pipe expanding method, a central expanding rod of the pipe expander is a conical mandrel and is in contact with three peripheral rollers, and the rollers are kept in position through a retainer. When the pipe expander works, the pipe expander is placed in an inner hole of an aluminum pipe, the central expanding rod rotates and simultaneously pushes forwards, so that the three rollers are driven to rotate reversely, the inner wall of the aluminum pipe is rolled, the metal of the pipe wall is forced to extend, the pipe diameter is increased, and pipe expansion is completed.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the embodiments of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the embodiments of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to encompass such modifications and variations.
Claims (5)
1. The roller expansion pipe of the aluminum pipe is characterized by comprising an aluminum pipe, a steel pipe sleeve arranged on the outer side of the aluminum pipe by adopting an interlayer expansion joint method, and a glue film layer formed between the steel pipe sleeve and the aluminum pipe, wherein a plurality of expansion joint grooves are formed in the contact surface of the steel pipe sleeve and the glue film layer, and the glue film layer is formed on the outer surface of the aluminum pipe in a glue dip coating mode.
2. The roller expander of an aluminum pipe according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive film layer is spread over the entire contact surface between the aluminum pipe and the steel pipe sleeve, and the thickness of the adhesive film layer is 0.03mm to 3 mm.
3. The roller expander of an aluminum pipe according to claim 2, wherein the glue solution adopted by the glue film layer is prepared by using an epoxy primer, a diluent and a curing agent in a volume ratio of 15:15: 4.
4. The roller expander of an aluminum pipe as recited in claim 1, wherein the length of said film layer is 45mm to 60 mm.
5. A roller expansion manufacturing method of an aluminum pipe, characterized in that the roller expansion manufacturing method is used for manufacturing a roller expansion of the aluminum pipe as recited in any one of claims 1 to 4, the roller expansion manufacturing method comprising:
(1) mixing and uniformly stirring the epoxy primer, the diluent and the curing agent according to the volume ratio of 15:15:4 to form a glue solution for later use;
(2) dip-coating the two ends of the aluminum pipe in the prepared glue solution respectively, naturally airing, and forming glue film layers with the thickness of 0.03-3 mm and the length of 45-60 mm at the two ends of the aluminum pipe after the glue films are cured;
(3) and two ends of the aluminum pipe with the glue film layer are inserted into the central hole of the steel pipe sleeve, and the connection between the aluminum pipe and the steel pipe sleeve is realized by adopting a roller tube expansion method to form the roller tube expansion of the aluminum pipe.
