The invention discloses a bolt connection node of a box-type assembled square steel pipe frame structure, which comprises a transverse node plate, wherein 8 node plates are welded in the vertical direction of the transverse node plate, and bolt holes of two sizes are formed in the node plates; the node plates in the vertical direction are connected through the W-shaped stiffening ribs, the positions of the W-shaped stiffening ribs in the vertical direction are slightly lower than the positions of the bolt holes, the rigidity of the nodes can be increased and the overall stability of the nodes can be improved by the W-shaped stiffening ribs, and 8 square steel tube frames can be connected into a whole with higher rigidity through the node connection mode. The bolt connection node has the characteristics of convenient construction, high overall rigidity after connection, high overall stability and the like, and simultaneously provides technical support for the construction of the assembled frame building.

The node connection in the assembled building is of great importance, so that the stability and the safety of the whole assembled building can be directly influenced. Meanwhile, the construction form of the node also directly influences the construction progress and the construction cost of the steel structure. The construction method has the advantages that the construction is convenient and quick due to the selection of the proper node construction form, and more importantly, the stability of the building can be guaranteed. However, the construction is convenient and quick, the cost is low, the stability of the structure is facilitated, the rigidity of the structure can be increased, and the like, which is a troublesome problem. Based on the current research on the node connection of the fabricated steel structure building, the research on the node connection of the fabricated steel structure should be further deepened.
The current results of the research on the connection nodes of the fabricated square steel pipe frame structure show that the suitable node structure should meet the following requirements:
1. the cost is reduced as much as possible;
2. the construction is convenient and quick, and the construction period is shortened;
3. the rigidity of the structure is increased as much as possible, and the building is provided with greater stability.
In general, the rigidity of the joints can be increased by utilizing the W-shaped stiffening ribs, so that the structural rigidity and the integrity after connection are increased, and the overall performance of the building is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the inner blind hole bolts can enter the inner side through the outer side bolt holes to finish the installation of the inner side bolts by utilizing the difference of the sizes of the inner side outer bolt holes. If the blind hole bolt on the inner side carelessly slides down during installation, the W-shaped stiffening rib can also play a role in catching the sliding bolt. The design can make construction simpler and more convenient, and is favorable for accelerating construction speed.

s4: the W-shaped stiffening rib is slightly lower than the bolt hole in the vertical direction;
s5: and a certain distance is reserved between the node plates positioned on the inner side.
The invention is characterized in that:
the advantages of the W-shaped stiffening ribs are fully utilized by the bolt connection node to strengthen the connection of the inner side node plate and the outer side node plate, so that the rigidity of the node can be increased, and the rigidity and the integrity of the whole structure are greatly enhanced after the 8 square steel tube frames are connected by the bolt connection node. The common bolt needs to be screwed down, and the construction and installation time can be increased due to the blocking of certain components, and the bolts used in the design are blind hole bolts, so that the screwing down is not needed, and the construction time is saved.
The W-shaped stiffening rib is slightly lower than the position of the bolt hole in the vertical direction. If the bolts slide in the process from the larger bolt holes to the smaller bolt holes, the bolts can be supported by the W-shaped stiffening ribs, and the construction speed can be improved due to the characteristics.
