the water tank is characterized in that an overflow assembly is arranged on one side of the tank body, a slot is formed in the top side of the overflow assembly, a mounting component for mounting the overflow assembly is arranged in the slot, one end of the mounting component is connected with the overflow slot, a water outlet pipe is connected to the bottom side of the overflow slot through a connector, the water outlet pipe is connected with a water outlet pipe, a water filtering device is arranged in the water outlet slot, according to the water storage or water discharging requirement of the tank body, the water discharging and water storage functions of the tank body are realized through adjusting the water filtering device, the water filtering device can realize free conversion of water storage and water discharging according to daily requirements, the application range of the water filtering device is improved, the defect that the traditional water filtering device can only realize filtering is overcome, the situation that the water filtering device is not convenient to clean can be avoided, meanwhile, water is discharged into the overflow slot from the overflow assembly through the arrangement of the overflow assembly, the situation that the water level is excessively high is avoided, the water is discharged outwards through the water outlet pipe, the situation that water level is excessively high is avoided, and the water tank is high in practicality is high, and the water tank is suitable for various occasions.
The water filtering device comprises a water filtering tank, a drainer is arranged in the water filtering tank, a plurality of groups of diversion holes are formed in the drainer, a filter cartridge is rotatably connected to the outer wall of the drainer, a conversion device is arranged between the drainer and the filter cartridge, a plurality of groups of filtering holes are formed in the periphery of the outer wall of the filter cartridge, and a lifting part is arranged on the top side of the filter cartridge, so that food is prevented from directly flowing to the drain pipe, the drain pipe is prevented from being blocked, and the drainage efficiency is improved.

The stainless steel commercial water tank provided by the application can realize free conversion of water drainage and water storage, avoid blocking the water tank, influence the water drainage efficiency, and avoid overflow caused by overhigh water level.
